1. Chaos - The best one, obviously.

2. Time Eater - There might not be much lore going for it, but it has a sweet clockwork design, and Eggman successfully tamed it, soooo...

3. Solaris - This might be surprising given my not-so-positive thoughts on its two separated halves, but the complete Solaris actually has a cool design(s), and had it been used in a better plot, it could have worked as a deliberate parallel to Chaos, instead of Iblis being a weak copy of him.

4. Biolizard - The foreshadowing, or lack thereof, was pretty laughable (wow, a single shot that appears extremely briefly), but I've really warmed up to its design over the years given how mutated and somewhat tragic it looks. I mean it when I say this guy is the most interesting part of Shadow's backstory for me, lol.

5. Black Dragon - Like the Time Eater, there's not much lore, but its design is alright as an evil reflection of Super Trip, and it doesn't really do anything at the expense of Eggman's role, so it's alright in my book.

6. Ifrit - I prefer this as a fire monster over Iblis, because it has a Firebird thing going for it. That's pretty much the only thing it has going for it since it's from Rivals 2 and is unfortunate to be associated with Eggman Nega, but it is what it is.

7. Iblis - Poor man's Chaos.

8. Dark Gaia - Iblis should probably be ranked below it, but whereas Iblis is somewhat salvaged by its superior Pokemon evolution into Solaris, Dark Gaia doesn't have that luxury. Its design is kind of bland and looks like a demonic taco, and by this point, it literally swatting Eggman aside made it painfully clear that they were all too aware of how common that trope became, but didn't do anything about it. After the one-two punch of Eggmanland and the Egg Dragoon, this guy is so flaccid by comparison.

9. The End - Common L for purple testicle person.

Shoto's First Kiss Part 5 is gonna be WILD I can't wait to finish it so y'all can screech along with me. I'm writing some silly plot twists and turns but I am trying to stick to a few main themes as I craft the tale:

Shoto x The Reader's banter and relationship

The smut. Obviously.

Shoto receiving the gentle love and support he deserves because he is such a sweet soul and genuinely just needs some quiet moments of sweetness and praise. I'm rewatching the Sports Festival arc right now and our boy is so angry and sad and I hate it. I love that after Midoriya yells at him to reclaim his power, he becomes like this friendly boi with zero ability to read social queues. Shoto "The Hand Crusher" Todoroki is just a little sweetie deserving of love.

Top 5 Sonic villains who AREN'T Eggman (because we all know he'd be #1) :P

5. Captain Whisker - He's a robot pirate with a jaunty boss theme who effortlessly proves to be a better Eggman Nega than the actual Eggman Nega. What's not to like?

4. Metal Sonic - I normally don't care for evil clone characters since they're overdone and barely require much imagination, but the robot-who-thinks-he's-the-real-deal angle adds a lot here. Not to mention an iconic design, and a healthy dose of HUE HUE. Please explore him without turning him into an usurper, writers. (Just writers in general.)

3. Erazor Djinn - "What if we made another Mephiles, but didn't make him a Baby's First DeviantART this time?" He has a cunning plan unlike Mephiles, his villainy had an impact unlike Mephiles, and Sonic interacts with him and gets much personal resolution for himself as well as Shahra upon defeating him… unlike Mephiles.

2. Chaos - The original giant monster, and still the best, because its designs are cool and have a meaningful progression, and its backstory adds some depth despite them being mute. Too bad it had to start that trend, but most of my bitterness with that goes to SA2 for officially cementing it as a trend.

1. Hard-Boiled Heavies - haha funny egg robos with more personality than certain voiced characters with too much spotlight go wheeee

Shout out to Black Doom for being the best worst villain. Shout out also to Starline during his simp phase, before he was tragically transformed into a more typical IDW character. I can also give Merlina some slight kudos for having a unique setup compared to other villains in the series, but the execution was a bit bland and Disney Twist Villain-tier.
