Lisa met you on a stop for coffee one morning, you were the barista, and it was your first day. She thought it was kind of cute how you fidgeted and were clearly nervous. She ended up giving you a large tip at the end of her order, even if you did miss it up slightly.

She began coming every day, timing it so that she could say hi, talk a little bit. She thought you were adorable, but not in an 'I should ask them out' way, more of a 'they need taken care of' way.

One night, while browsing the internet she finds an interesting concept. Photos and stories of adults regressing to younger ages as ways of relaxing or healing trauma, and she can't help but imagine you in that place.

She's a little ashamed of it at first, but her maternal instinct can't help but fantasize about taking care of you.

One morning, when she goes in for her morning coffee, she gets stuck behind another guy who is extremely rude to you. Even yelling at you until you cried.

Lisa decided she had to do something to help you. You clearly can't handle being an adult on your own, and she'll help you.

She waits until you're leaving work for the night and uses some meds from the hospital to knock you out.

After taking you Lisa pretends that you've always been there. She believes keeping a strict schedule immediately will help you settle into your life with her.

She really doesn't do drugging or anything, you're her baby, and she would never drug a baby!

She loves dressing you up, playing games, feeding you from a bottle, and anything that involves bonding.

Your room is perfect, a paradise of colors, toys, and stuffed animals.

Lisa is careful to not spoil you though, she wants a respectable, well-behaved baby.

You can try to act up, but Lisa is patient and puts up with all your 'temper tantrums' until you learn it's just easier to give in.

James Wilson

James meets you at the hospital where you're an intern. He notices quickly how soft spoken you are, how you never stand up for yourself, and he can't help but feel protective over you.

He starts a friendship with you but keeps it on the downlow the best he can. With how sensitive you are he doesn't want House anywhere near you.

While going over some medical books he ends up finding a phycology one that talks about age regression being used for therapeutic reasons. While you've never revealed some sort of trauma, he can't help but see you in the descriptions, and can't stop thinking about being your 'caregiver' as it says in the book.

Without thinking about it, James starts to buy little things he thinks you'd like. Small stuffed animals, toys, old Disney movies, and before he knows it, he's turned the spare bedroom into a nursery for you. It may not be the best one, but it's cozy.

James is meticulous with how he kidnaps you, planning it out for months before finally taking you.

He's unprepared when it comes to your reaction, however. He didn't expect the fighting, the yelling, the anger you direct at him. He does anything to calm you down, even drugging your milk to keep you calm for a while.

James isn't as strict about you looking or acting like a baby all the time. He doesn't want you to be an adult, but also recognizes that you are one and it would be difficult to just give that up.

James will spoil you, giving you your way most if the time. He's a lot less organized than Lisa.

✩ First of all, if you two had plans to go out or any sort of outdoors-y activity and it started raining really hard? He'd be so bummed out about it.

✩ Of course, any time he spends with you is a good time, but he's an active boy at heart!

✩ On the bright side, he has his fair share of nerdy hobbies too. And he absolutely has no qualms with cozying up with you on the sofa or bed and watching some movies. Maybe even a tokusatsu marathon, if you share that interest with him.

✩ I feel like he'd spoil you for real. He'd cover you with blankets and pillows, and then reassures you that he can handle all the necessary prep for making a good, romantic time.

"You just stay put! This hero will make sure to blow away all your rainy day woes!" Chiaki stood in front of you with that eager look in his eyes, making sure to put on a pose that makes him look really cool.

✩ After that, he'd scurry off to the kitchen. Probably to prepare your favorite snacks or drinks for you to enjoy. The level of his success varies, but what matters is he tried his best, right?

✩ Once he's done, he'd squeeze into the blankets with you, and if you weren't warm earlier, you definitely are now. Maybe it's suffocatingly hot, even.

✩ But there's really no way you can tell him to leave. He looks so happy being by your side. His smile is as bright and sunny as ever, but he's looking at you with such mirth that you can already see his heartbreak if you asked him for some space.

✩ Chiaki would lean into you, arm reaching around to your shoulder to pull you in even closer. Then he'd put on whatever it was you two agreed to watch, and then he'd be really engrossed!

✩ Unless you suggested that you watch horror. That's a whole different story, now is it?

✩ Izumi would probably not be as lucky to be indoors with you when it started raining. Maybe you two were walking home or worse. On the way to your actual date.

✩ If it starts to pour, he'd definitely let his annoyance be known. Clicking his tongue, quickening his pace, grabbing at you a bit harder. All the good stuff. Maybe he'd even throw in a "So annoying!"

✩ Maybe he'd even tell you off, blaming you for planning a date without checking the forecast. But you know he isn't saying it out of malice.

✩ If the rain gets really hard though, all those platitudes fall through. If you're underdressed, he'd wordlessly hand you his jacket, and would probably get all flustered if you bring it up.

"Huh? It's because you're such a dumbass. It was already bad enough you invited me out during a damn storm, but you even had the gall to not bring a jacket." Despite his harsh words, Izumi still brought you inside the nearest establishment within his line of sight to hide from the rain.

"Don't even think about saying 'thank you'. If you're really grateful, then make sure there isn't a next time."

✩ He'd fuss over you though. Patting your hair dry, making sure your clothes aren't too wet. Stuff like that. Maybe letting you get sick is the best way for you to learn your lesson, but as fun as taking care of you would be, even he isn't that heartless.

✩ Once things have settled down, he'd probably want to hightail it back to his place. Or yours, depending on which one's closer.

Izumi practically dragged you back to the apartment, immediately ushering you towards the bathroom. "Go take a hot shower, or something." He would demand, but with the way he seems to be preparing clothes for you to wear after? He doesn't seem too upset.

You thank him for being considerate, but he just rolls his eyes. "Haah? I'm just making sure you do the stuff you're supposed to do after getting rained on. But... I guess it isn't so bad to hear you say that."

✩ Just don't tell him his face has been a bit flushed since earlier. He probably wouldn't be able to handle that.

✩ Rain is romantic! Though he wouldn't happily jump into a storm, Kaoru would be more than grateful for the vibes that a nice, rainy day brings.

✩ Its a bit sad that he can't take you out on a date like this, but that's okay! Because there are things that he can do even while indoors.

✩ Like playing his guitar. He wouldn't bring it up willingly because he's still a bit unsure of his skills, but if you asked him to? Heck, if you personally requested for him to play a song?

"I'm not that good yet, though?" Kaoru would try to play it off, shaking his head as he held his hands up. "If you really want some music, I can just play some on my phone?"

But you would stubbornly decline, reassuring him that what you wanted to hear was him playing guitar. That statement made him blush, just a little bit.

"I can't really say no if you're the one asking..."

✩ If it's a song he already knows, he'd proudly play it for you. Just like he said, he isn't the best at it yet, but he's playing it for you, so it would never sound bad.

✩ Alternatively, it could be a completely new song for him. Not that it would deter him. He would search up the arrangement online, putting all his focus into learning it at this very moment.

As the strumming of the guitar mixed with the rain outside, Kaoru can't help but feel like you're staring at him really intently. Its good that you're paying attention to him, but... he wants to focus on nailing this song for you!

It feels like his entire body is heating up, even down to the tips of his fingers, making it even harder for him to focus. He can't let up though, he won't!

"Ahaha. Did you enjoy that? The payment for that private performance will be one kiss~" Kaoru wanted to bury himself in a hole. He doesn't really like acting like a playboy when it's just the two of you. It makes him feel insincere. But he's nervous! So he can't help but fall into old habits.

✩ His worries are unfounded. Since he does get his payment, as requested.

✩ Having not one, not two, but three whole boyfriends to spoil you on a rainy day? Maybe you really did die and go to heaven at this point.

✩ In terms of how outward they are with their affection, it would probably be Chiaki, Kaoru, and then Izumi. But don't get things wrong, they all love you (and each other) a whole lot.

✩ Relationships with this many people could be seen as a chore, but seeing as you're all basically best friends with one another, things go smoothly for the most part.

"Group hug!" Chiaki would pull all three of his partners in for the aforementioned hug, squeezing them tightly and earning mixed reactions of surprise and ire.

Nobody complains though, since it really is the perfect weather for a cuddle like this. Maybe it's a bit cramped, but kicking someone out would be the last thing on anyone's mind.

✩ If, by chance, you were afraid of heavy rain and thunder, they would do their best to try and reassure you. In their own, silly ways.

✩ Since everyone in this little group has their own varied interests, I think you would all go and enjoy it in a rotation. Just to make sure everyone was having fun and didn't feel left out in any way.

✩ A lot of hugs and kisses, probably. One of them would try to do it sneakily (funny how I could see any of the 3 doing that), but that sort of one-on-one is unfair! So now it's a group thing. It always has to be!

✩ Then you'd all probably fall asleep in a bed that's way too small for four people. Squeezing just to fit in. But it's warm. And there really isn't anything better.

like you say in the headcanon in your post about lee driving (everyone say thank you angie hehe her headcanons are amazing), I could def see her enjoying aimlessly driving around (this is angie's headcanon!! she's a genius), which with you, involves taking you out in her car, winding the windows down and letting the cool wind get you both chilled and cozy

CUDDLES. I truly believe she is such a touch-starved, clingy girlfriend, and at the end of a long day, or even if she knows the next day she'll get to spend the day at home with you, she'll be super needy and excited to be with you. I feel like during late nights, she'll be especially clingy, and will enjoy being the little spoon, with you on your back and her face buried in your neck, legs entwined with you

sometimes really just needs some peace and quiet, especially after a chaotic day at work. I feel like she'd be happy to parallel play with you, just quietly eating her cereal and doing nothing at her desk while you do your own thing

you'll try to push her to not do work, but when she's particularly sunk into a case, it's hard to convince her to not work on it when home. sometimes, though, you do get upset at this, wanting time with her, and not being able to have it because she's bringing work home. once she realizes you're getting upset, she'll usually set it aside. and once she's holding you, and finally gets out of her work headspace, it'll hit her again just how much she misses you and how badly she wishes she had spent more of the night with you. she'll usually make it up for you by giving you all her attention, and it's a habit she tries to work on

also I can just see you guys goofing off in bed -- like, just being super cute, talking about the most random shit, like asking each other silly hypothetical questions, or talking about funny anecdotes, while raising your legs up and seeing who can last longest

sometimes you guys will share a joint and have some snacks together, which def helps her in unwinding LOL

if all else fails you guys can... you know 👀 if one of y'all is in the mood, you both are one hundred percent down for a night of position after position hehe

april is always a little ball of excitement—even at almost three years old, she wants to know everything! from “why can’t i eat the ball from the avocavo, daddy?” to “can i help?” even when she barely reaches his knees and is strictly not allowed near an open flame. 

you, at 10 weeks pregnant, dread stepping foot into the kitchen at the risk of angering the tiny fetus inside you who has not stopped making you throw up every single item of food they do not like. (the list is long)

and ross happily takes care of it all, one hand holding april’s as he stirs the stew with another and answers her endless questions without faltering. 

you can’t exactly see them—what with your reluctance to go near food smells—but you can hear her babbling away, mispronouncing words and using some big ones (albeit incorrectly) that she’s no doubt learned from her uncle matty. you decide to pick a film instead. 

the little mermaid is the obvious choice considering your daughter’s newfound obsession with the ocean and her self-declared wish to become a “sea expert” when she grows up but there’s also coco, which you’ve cried over multiple times both before and after april’s arrival. you even remember the day when she declared that uncle matty should sing poco loco at the next show. today, however, you do not trust pregnancy hormones enough to put that on. 

“picked a film yet?” ross calls from the kitchen and you frown. 

“not yet, can you send april here?”

there’s some shuffling, and then the sound of you baby toddling over to you. the second she sees her picks on the screen, her eyes go round and she lets out an extended oooohh.

“feel like watching any of these?” you laugh at her and then make room as she climbs onto your lap.

at this stage, there’s still space on your lap for her to snuggle in but ross has told her endlessly to be careful around you now. (“we can’t let mummy get hurt okay? you and me, we have to take care of her.” which makes your heart melt every time.) so even when she wiggles around, she’s careful not to do it too much. 

“ooh, ooh,” she claps her hands, “can we watch daddy’s show? please please!”

now you know what she means by this. every once in a while she begs and begs to watch the msg recording, singing along to whatever songs she can with broken lyrics that she doesn’t fully know yet. if ross is home, he lifts her up in his arms and dances with her, singing the songs to her in a soft voice and changing any not safe for children lyrics at the last minute in a way that makes you laugh every time. 

from the kitchen ross cheers. “yeah! that’s my girl.”

and so you relent, quickly finding it and putting it on amidst the sound of your husband and daughter cheering. 

“right!” ross appears dramatically from the kitchen, food in hand and right in time for the claps and cheers on screen to echo around the room. 

he grins. “my biggest fan! learn a thing or two from her,” he teases much to your indignation. but then he sets the plates aside and bends down to kiss her and just like that all of it is melted away leaving you a pile of mush. 

while april puts on her own show, singing and dancing along to the songs on tv, ross makes his way to sit next to you. the food on the plate actually does look really fucking nice, and for the first time in days you feel the urge to eat properly. 

“keep this down for me, will you? i don’t like seeing you so uncomfortable.”

the concern in his voice is heartwarming, and your bottom lip starts to wobble at the thought of how sweet he’s been to you so far. 

“your baby thinks the food looks good,” you joke, “i might even go for seconds.”

the palm of his hand rests flat against your stomach, caressing the bump that’s barely even there at this point but he’s attached to it just as he was the first time with april. 

“good,” he smiles, “just wanna see both my girls happy.”

It all started when Chuuya noticed how you were wearing full length clothes, then he noticed the cuts on your wrist and arms.

He was mad as hell thinking someone tried to harm he instantly wanted to rip apart the person who did this to you.

But when you told him that you did this yourself he was just so heartbroken, he just couldn't understand why you would do this to you.

He asked you why you did this to yourself was it because of him or did someone say something to you?

"No Chuuya it's not because of you or someone else. It's just too complicated. I...I mean i just get these sudden urges and everything just feels too blurry and indifferent around me and I don't even know how to explain this. I'm sorry" you sobbed as you told him.

He hugged you tightly telling you that you have nothing to be sorry for and that instead he's sorry for not noticing earlier.

He didn't asked you anymore after that, he didn't want to push you away.

After that he started spending more and more time you to make sure you won't do something like this again.

He would come to pick you up from your college/ work. And takes you out to romantic dinner.

He even got many board and card games to play with you when you don't want to go out or he arranges a perfect movie night , as you both cuddle and watch a wholesome rom-com.

Once you both went to a amusement park and chuuya was denied on a ride because of his height, he got pissed at the guard but you started laughing as you saw him bickering with the guard.

Seeing you laugh like that made all his anger fade out in an instant.

Chuuya may act as arrogant, rude and short tempered but he is someone who wears his heart on his sleeves and for you he would do anything, so being denied on a ride did hurt his pride a bit but he won't say anything cause he got to see you laugh so heartily.

And if you decided to take therapy he would encourage you and go with you to show how much he supports you and your decision.

I bet you've seen plenty of these, but here are the first ones that immediately leapt to my mind, in chronological order:

REMEMBER THE NIGHT (1939) - thee wintery holiday movie for me. unsung masterpiece, extremely sexy.

MEET JOHN DOE (1941) - holidays but make it miserable and moral. sometimes the holiday season is about being glum! Also I love to see young Gary Cooper's big sad eyes in the snow.

(^^both of those are currently streaming on the criterion channel!!)

NEVER SAY GOODBYE (1946) - I think Errol Flynn should be on any winter/holiday list. He's pure cozy to me, and especially in his comedic mode. This is a Christmas comedy of remarriage! A big marine picks him up under the arms and carries him around!!

BELL BOOK AND CANDLE (1958) - wintery and whimsical! And features gay witch Jack Lemmon so what more could you want (there should also always be one Jack Lemmon movie on every holiday list and while The Apartment is the obvious one, it's never been quite what I want in winter)

DOCTOR ZHIVAGO (1965) - a pure Snow movie. ideal to put on while you decorate and then spend ten minutes here and there getting lost in Omar Sharif's eyes.

METROPOLITAN (1990) - Whit Stilman is New York and Metropolitan is his New York Winter Holiday movie. Charming, witty, delightful.

THE MUPPET CHRISTMAS CAROL (1992) - an obvious one but the best. Career best Michael Caine, career best Muppets. I wonder-- too much Gonzo for your taste??

INSIDE LLEWYN DAVIS (2013) - one of my favorite movies of all time, so sad so cold, maybe more of an early February movie than a December movie, but good winter, good new york, good music.

CRIMSON PEAK (2015) - it's giving winter 🤌 it's giving blood on the snow 🤌 it's giving ghosts 🤌 it's giving Gothic 🤌

THE GOLDFINCH (2019) - I am the sicko who really likes the movie of The Goldfinch. But here's the deal...... it's wintery. It's cozy. the vibes are immaculate (to me). Ends on Christmas in Amsterdam and that feels great!!

Okay, so picture this:

You’re out on the town with your friends, it’s a late night of bar hopping in a city you’ve never been before. Tonight is your last one there, so they insist on making the most of it well into the early hours of the morning. Why would we pin after a work rival? I mean, I get that it's Steve and it's reason enough. Valid point. Are we like serious rivals? Enemies about to become lovers? Is there heat and threats and unresolved sexual tension?

Ransom can be a childhood friend, but is he worthy of pinning? He's handsome, but also a spoiled asshole who treats his staff poorly. I suppose he's good to us and maybe even spoils us a bit. He's definitely cozy to snuggle up with on autumn evenings, watching movies.

Is the gloomy neighbor Andy a just widowed/divorced hermit, who gives charming smiles, but keeps to himself? Does that intrigue us? Do we want to make him smile more often and imagine ourselves as fixing his broken heart?

I don't see myself pining after Ransom 😜 I would find him hot and want to fuck him, but for me he's not a type to be crushing on. At least not for the adult me. My teenage self could probably fall for the smart but cunt appeal.

Who am I kidding, we all know who I'm going to choose! BUT let me tell you, it wasn't just because he's Steve. It was the fact he was given the enemies to lovers sort of trope and lots of tension that just begs to be resolved. i feel like if you asked each of them they would all say the other two need protecting, But. i think an underrated dynamic in apf is having pricefield as Rachel's scary dog privilege. she rolls up to the vortex party with the world's clingiest doberman and a chihuahua that could suck out your soul with its thousand yard stare. some guy will think he's putting the moves on her only to feel A Chill and turn around to find pricefield staring at him like this from across the room

5: Describe their cozy night in.

first off, Max brings Chloe up to her dorm after classes some Friday for a bit of company while she finishes up homework or w/e. however Chloe is also a category 5 Distraction and she's there watching movies or smthn and keeps accidentally (genuinely accidentally she's just a goofball) roping Max into talking about plot-holes/cool scenes/etc.

at some point Rachel shows up in her usual stray cat sort of manner just waltzing in unannounced, and she makes Chloe put one of Her shows on. and i think Rachel would watch those absolute nonsense dramas. like if that fucking Riverdale show existed then Rachel would be all over it imo. Chloe grumbles about it and poor Max is Still trying to finish that last bit of work but they both get really invested in whatever the hell Rachel puts on to the point that when she wakes up she gets to be all "Oh My GOD you're still fucking watching it >:3c "

and pricefield scramble to pretend like they weren't just caught redhanded and it's dead silent all the way to Two Whales but by the the time they actually start eating Max and Chloe have gotten into a "can you Believe [xyz] did That???" / "i Know right!!!" sort of conversation and Rachel gives them a good ten minutes or so of that before finally being like "btw you know i'm never letting you live this down right."

and Max's homework Still didn't get finished. rip.

okay in my fever-addled apf heart of hearts i'd want sneaking into the pool to be their first date.

Max (being Max) is like Ah Yes, This is Normal Third Wheel Behavior. All Platonic Here. What Date. but then Rachel makes a comment about it at some point and Chloe doesn't say anything to the contrary and Max is like "wait hold on am i actually on a date with you right now"

and Rachel has to be all, "Max, babe, we're swimming in our underwear. alone. after hours. Chloe's had her hands on your waist for like five minutes. we've been flirting with you all night. i've been thinking about kissing you for weeks. girl where have You been."

and then Chloe says, "Oh that's just Max. Don't worry about it, I've been at it for years." or something along those lines

Caramel Chai: How do they get warm with their s/o? A hot drink? A blanket? Maybe something wild?

📷Look at me in the eyes and tell me this guy doesn’t make the BEST hot chocolate known to man. 

📷Like you’ll be coming back home from a long day, exhausted and sluggish, and Omi’s already there to greet you with two steaming cups of hot chocolate, with whipped cream and marshmallows and everything.

📷You step through the door to your shared apartment, your body heavy, your fingers numb, your brain mashed to a pulp, only to perk up when smell something sweet wafting through the space. It’s then that Omi turns to you, a warm smile on his face.

📷“Oh, you’re home. I figured your walk home would be chilly today, so I made you some cocoa. Do you wanna have it with me?”

📷Wait, where did your heart go? And why is there a puddle on the floor????

📷Anyway, you quickly tackle him in a grateful embrace, nearly toppling him over as he chuckles lightly. 

📷“You’re welcome, sweetheart. Should we take this to the couch? We can get under the blanket and watch a movie or something. Does that sound good?”

📷That said, he’s seen you wear a lot of warm clothes now that the weather’s been changing, but you never seem to wear scarves. He’s worried about your neck getting cold! That’s the most important part of your body to keep warm! 

📷So he gets to work on making you a scarf! 

📷He’s still a bit new to knitting, but he manages to pick out some yarn in a color you like and get to work. It’s a little bit janky in some places, but with a lot of determination(and some help from Yuki), it turns out to be pretty high-quality!
