OTP Prompt

Two of your OTPs are going on a double date to a super fancy restaurant. Both OTPs have been dating for a long time. A plans to propose to B, and has not told anyone. C plans to propose to D, and has not told anyone either. After everyone has eaten the main course, A and C both get down on one knee, and propose to B and D at the same time. Everyone looks at each other with shock and awe at the dual proposal, and the people at the restaurant all stare, holding their breathe, waiting for the answer.

B and D both say yes, and the restaurant explodes into cheering and excitement. Dessert arrives, and the happy couples celebrate their newfound engagements.

A and B just got back from the store. A says they should make multiple trips to retrieve the groceries from the car, while B swears upon their family's honor that they will make it in one trip or die trying. B takes all the bags and goes to take the few steps up to the doorway, and proceeds to trip on the stairs and destroy a bunch of the groceries. A just stands there watching as B gives up in defeat. To add insult to injury, B is covered in broken eggs.
