Still riding the momentum from his 2023 album s*x m*ney dr*gs, Chicago underground icon turned national rap mainstay, LUCKI, has just shared a new 2-pack of singles titled 2 Faced Pt. 2. Featuring two new songs – "Heavy On My Heart", an upbeat outing buoyed by LUCKI's candid bars over a soulful instrumental produced by Coupe, and the Brent Rambo-produced "Courtesy Of" – a hard-hitting victory lap draped in the rapper's distinct raspy flow, they both provide the first glimpse into the beloved Chicago artist’s forthcoming album GEMIN!. A longtime staple of Chicago’s underground scene, LUCKI’s hazy cloud rap confessionals saw the then-teenager grow a cult following in the Windy City and beyond before garnering mainstream recognition with his 2022 debut album FLAWLESS LIKE ME (which boasted appearances from Future and Babyface Ray) and hit track “New Drank” (200M+ Streams). When boarding buses, or any sort of public transportation where you have to walk past a driver to board, always smile at and greet the driver as you're boarding.

It doesn't waste anyone's time, yours or the drivers, to smile and greet the driver, as chances are you probably have to pay or scan your pass which is going to take a second or two, about the amount of time it takes to smile and greet the driver.

When we don't look at or acknowledge the driver at all, this can make the driver feel dehumanized to not be acknowledged by other human beings all day. Being a bus driver is a difficult job, they have to do customer service AND deal with traffic all day. Bus drivers also face a lot of burn out because they are often treated poorly. The least you can do is humanize them by smiling at them and greeting them.
