i just think it’d be cool ok. like, these guys work in a hospital! there are so many options for fear-touched patients!!! some of the patients are avatars, some of them have just had encounters. most of them are in this in-between space, where they’re not avatars, but not not avatars; they’re still a little human, but at the same time, they’re not human anymore.

anyway, there’s gonna be a corruption patient. whether that be mold or worms/maggots, or whatever, it’s corruption. they’re at a hospital. it’s gross. i think one of the doctors/nurses would get marked.

so. yeah. corruption patient. but what about, oh i dunno, a buried patient? they have water in their lungs, and no matter what procedures used to get said water out, it comes back. they are always drowning, and there is nothing that can be done. strangely enough, the patient doesn’t seem to be in any pain.

a dark patient, who is effectively blind, despite nothing being wrong with their eyes. a flesh patient with way too many bones. an eye patient who is basically another Albrect Von Closen, they do scans or x-rays or wtv, and they find “tumors” and go to do surgery; surprise! all they find are eyes, all over his organs, bones, etc.

a desolation patient, which i have vague lore planned out for, and has become an oc. i will maybe make a post abt them later.

there’s just! so many options!!!

Am i the only one that feels weird when people describe dazai as a womanizer, say he fucked the nurse etc? Like to me he is so gay coded that i just can't take his whole flirting with women thing seriously. It feels part of his clown persona and not a sincere representation of his character at all. I know that irl dazai was a womanizer, but bsd takes inspiration from the lives of the authors and twists the events to craft entirely new characters (eg dazai was the one who admired akutagawa irl not the other way around). And one important thing is how none of his relationships with women have any substance. He's shown to respect them sure, but emotionally his relations to them are completely empty. He admires their beauty, but it is with men that he always has deeper emotional connections with (his life was literally changed by chuuya and oda, because of his relationship with them) I think people who genuinely consider him a womanizer, fall for his act, his clown mask if you will.

"Why did I ask this?"

The answer is simple; market research

I do kinda want to do a terraria infection au, but not only do I have the Primaries to focus on, I also have the daily doodles and any other projects, not to mention school, life and things like that. That's why I said that I may not create anything due to this poll, I've already got a decent chunk on my plate.

"Will this be a Tumblr exclusive thing?"

I don't think so, I don't consider Terraria-based things to be too cringe for Insta and Cara, plus my family already knows about my interest towards Terraria. Plus it could help with reach!

"Somebody already did this!"

Not a question, but it is still important. If you (or someone else) has created a terraria infection au, let me know! I want to make sure I don't copy off of anybody else, plus I'd like to have more creative works to add to my collection!

"When will you start work/post more of this?"

As stated previously, I wouldn't expect anything to come out on a scheduled date, as I tend to suck at that sorta stuff. Creating a whole ass story tends to involve more effort than a simple comic strip/drawing, so I may not be ready for that yet. However, I think it would be fun, so no matter the results I might post something. Emphasis on might, I'd rather avoid hyping this sorta thing up lol.

The strikes that are going on right now, they don't care that their patients are left with no appointment, no surgery, no HELP! They just want their pay packages bigger! They literally have to be paid to GIVE A FUCKING SHIT!

I was REFUSED mental health support just for STICKING UP FOR MYSELF against a therapist who had lied to me about everything because she couldn't just admit to me that she was uncomfortable working with me! So, now I am being PUNISHED because I stuck up for myself!

I am treated like SHIT every time I go to that hospital! They have refused to help me for 7 fucking years! How is that caring? or being kind? They've given me trauma after trauma! Just because they for some reason don't like me!

I have NEVER made them hate me and I still don't know why they fucking do.

Yes, I can go into meltdown when I get admitted to the hospital overnight due to the trauma from them!

Yes, my conditions do cost a lot of money, but I wouldn't have these conditions if they had done their jobs in the first place.

Its so bad now, that I can't even go to my own GP because I can't trust her. I tell her I can't do group therapy, and what does she go and do? Get me group therapy. All I fucking want is a fucking diagnosis! That's all. A diagnosis for PTSD and Pure OCD, and I will be ok.

But clearly I am not getting that. And NO ONE (medical "professionals") aren't going to fucking believe me without a formal diagnosis from a doctor/psychiatrist!

It's to the point now where I am sitting in my room mostly crying because my mental health is getting worse by the day, and I have no support. I have no therapist I can fucking turn to. I have no friends to turn to and I have no fucking family to turn to!

So, there's your "kind, caring" NHS! Yeah, not so kind and caring after all, are they?
