Snowman Pancakes

Description: Fluffy pancakes arranged to look like a snowman, topped with fruit and chocolate for decoration.

Ingredients:

1 cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free flour mix)

1 tbsp sugar

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

3/4 cup milk (or non-dairy milk)

1 egg (or flax egg for egg-free)

1 tbsp vegetable oil

Sliced bananas, strawberries, blueberries, and chocolate chips for decoration

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, whisk together dry ingredients.

Add milk, egg, and oil, mixing until smooth.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and pour batter to create three circles of decreasing size (head, body, bottom).

Once bubbles form, flip and cook the other side.

Arrange the pancakes on a plate like a snowman. Decorate with fruits and chocolate chips for eyes, nose, and buttons.
