I'll pay you money if you make a new powder food product that is a protein powder and carbohydrate meal replacement and multivitamin and B complex vitamins and multi mineral with

It is Ian’s regular smoothie. Some raspberries, a fistful of spinach, Icelandic yogurt (Finnish, if they are out of Icelandic), spirulina, wheatgrass, acerola cherry powder, chlorella, kelp, acai extract, cocoa nibs, zinc, beetroot essence, chia seeds, mango zest, and ginger. It is his own invention, and he calls it Keep It Simple.

Well... good news and bad news!
Good news: I ate relatively healthy yesterday! Had a homemade wild garlic panini with prosciutto, mozzarella, gruyere, and basil. Also had some kefir and a danish pastry with fruit (not the healthiest but it WAS freshly baked...). Aaaand... a mango! Well, half of one. Oh, and I also started my detox regime! I'll take at least 1 half-pippette of black walnut/wormwood extract per day for the next two weeks, and spirulina/chlorella will have to wait until my stomach stops being so upset out of nowhere...
Bad news: I uh... didn't stick to my meal plan. Lol. Also have yet to drink the hell sludge. Maybe I should find a better way to consume my silly algae powders.
