Chapter 4

I crossed my arms in front of my chest as all the koopalings sat in front of me with the biggest puppy eyes they could make. "Y'all want to play a prank on your dad but need my help figuring out what type" I said trying not to smile looking down at the kids as they nodded eagerly. "Yes please mama y/n!!" They pleaded. I smiled and shock my head "alright" I started "Yay!" They cheered "But! Remember if Bowser starts a chase everyone for themselves deal?" I asked the koopalings nodded, I gently sat down and the koopalings and I started to plan the prank for their father. "This prank is perfect!" Lemmy said with a smile as he looked up at me from my lap "almost as perfect as me!" Wendy said flipping her bow "perfect you? don't make me laugh" Roy chuckled pushing his sisters shoulder making Wendy growl and push Roy back as the other koopalings cheered. "Ok ok no fighting!" I said leaning over and putting a hand between the two. Wendy and Roy huffed before looking away from each other. "Ok if we want this plan to work how are we going to get the water guns?" Ludwig asked "someone has to go to the wizard" Morton huffed "I'll do it" Iggy said as he got up "I'll help!" Larry yelled getting up and following Iggy out the door. I felt weight on my side, I looked down to see Jr leaning against me "you ok bud?" I asked as I rubbed his shoulder "Papa's seemed upset lately. Do you think this will cheer him up?" Jr asked, looking up at me with sad eyes. I gently rubbed his head "of course. He gets pranked by all his children. I bet he'll laugh '' I said with a smile Jr quickly got happy. "We got the water guns and they're full!" Larry cheered as him and Iggy walked into the room with their arms filled with loaded water guns. "Sweet! Let the fun begin!" Lemmy said as he grabbed a water gun. I smiled "alrighty kiddos let's go prank your father" I said with a evil smile all the koopalings cheered.

The koopalings and I stood behind a corner of the hall staring into the throne room watching Bowser command his soldiers with Kamek. I smiled "alrighty my children ready-" I started as we all aimed our water guns at Bowser "aim" Kamek looked back before smiling and stepping away from bowsers side "FIRE!" was all Bowser heard before he got soaked. Bowser eyes filled with rage "ALRIGHT WHOS IDEA WAS-" Bowser stopped his rage rant when he saw y/n and the koopalings with water guns laughing. Bowser felt a smirk on his lips "Everyone but y/n and my kids get out" Bowser growled and everyone in the room got out of there as quickly as they could. "Now to deal with all of you" Bowser growled his voice was cold, glaring at y/n and the koopalings making them freeze "no need to be angry Bowser the kids thought it would be fun to prank you" y/n said hoping it would calm him down. Bowser got down on all fours "SCATTER!!!" Junior yelled and all koopalings and y/n took off "GET BACK HERE!" Bowser laughed as he cashed all nine of them.

~One hour later~

Bowser was walking around his castle halls with his arms filled with his children looking for y/n. "How is it I could find all of you who lived in this castle all your life's but I can't find a human who just came here two days ago?" Bowser asked out loud only to freeze a second later to hear a small chuckle. Bowser looked up to see y/n clinging to a pillar smiling at Bowser "I found you my Dove" Bowser purred "Mama y/n climb!!" The koopalings yelled/laughed, making y/n quickly try to climb more up the pillar. Suddenly y/n felt something on her back then she was yanked back. Bowser had jumped up and bit the back of her dress. Y/n looked past her shoulder to see Bowser snout and her dress between bowsers teeth. "That's cheating!" Y/n laughed as she wiggled around making all the koopalings laugh up at her and their father who had a bit of pink on his cheeks. Y/n was happy the way she was being held by the back waistline of her dress. Bowser walked through out the halls growling at anyone staring at him for to long. "Looks like we lost" y/n said down to the kids who all huffed "well papa did you have a little bit of fun?" Junior asked "yes thank you all" Bowser said through his teeth. Bowser knew if he opened his mouth y/n would fall and he didn't want that. "Dad when are going to put us down?! It cramped!" Wendy whined as she push Roy away from her. Roy growled and but her making her scream then start hitting him. Iggy sighed y/n was trying to separate them Bowser just sighed before crouching down and letting all the children down before reaching up and gently grabbing y/n before he let go of her and gently placed her on her feet before pulling Wendy and Roy away from each other. "Dog pile on Papa!" Junior yelled before all the koopalings jumped on him knocking him on his shell y/n just laughed at the scene playing out In Front of her. Bowser and the koopalings looked at her "you think this is funny do ya? Well get over here!" Bowser laughed and he grabbed y/n and brought her into his arms as he held all his children and her in his arms smiling. Not many got to see the not scary side of Bowser and those who do are either really close to him or see it by accident and will take the secret to their grave. Kamek smiled as he watched from the shadows.

Trying to Learn or Write Trigedasleng for Fanfic or Fun?

I have no idea who needs to hear this but - There are a lot of resources to learn the language out there. And despite the common thought that the language doesn't have a lot of words, or is not fully thought out, there is actually a very thorough breakdown of how Trigedasleng words are created. It's good to remember that any constructed language (conlang) is going to have a fully fleshed out system for it's linguistic structure or else it'd be near impossible to learn it with any level of accuracy or speak it with others.  Here's a couple sources to help you on your way:

As it's a conlang, the most important thing I would say to anyone is have fun and that’ll help you significantly figure out the best way to say what you want. Sometimes that'll be with a word that already exists in the lexicon, or it might be with a word that you create based on the rules of the lexicon.

Chapter 5 :

Aemond is sure he would save himself a lot of trouble if he simply threw Lucerys in a cell and made sure to lose the fucking key. Perhaps he could simply make his rooms the cage and tie Lucerys to the end of his bed. Like a dog, rope around his neck. He brings his face up close then, looking down at his nephew, approaching him until their lips are barely inches away and Lucerys can feel his breath when Aemond speaks. “You’re not going to wed any of the useless fucking knights, ladies nor squires that will come crawling to King's Landing to ask for your rotten hand in marriage.” Aemond is a prisoner of his own desires, but he basks in the knowledge of sharing his depraved enclosure with the man who caged him there in the first place. If he’s a captive of his disgusting hunger then he shall not rot alone, for his nephew will be next to him in this all-consuming cell.

I know it's a popular theory that the cat Sybil mentions is a ruse and just meant to get you to suspect Tabitha, but I fully expect Sybil to be right and Tabitha will betray us at some point. Casey stood quietly in the back room of her wedding venue. The soft hum of voices and laughter of guests who had gathered were seeping in through the walls. She adjusted the final touches of her wedding dress, its delicate lace and satin catching the light just so. She couldn't believe the day was finally here, and her heart was racing with joy.

She hadn’t noticed Ethan leaning against the doorframe, his gaze fixed on her. He smiled brightly, but for those paying attention, the hint of sadness in his eyes was impossible to miss. It was time to make his presence known. “It’s not too late to run away," he announced. Just say the word, and I'll go get the car."

Casey turned around, smiling brightly as her eyes met his. Ethan. Her dear friend, Ethan. Some would balk at a bride choosing to have her former lover in her bridal party, but Tobias didn’t mind. He knew how special their friendship was, and Casey was so glad to have him with her today. He wanted his bride to have everything she desired.

“Come on, Ethan, you and Tobias buried the hatchet years ago. Do you really want to hurt him that bad?” she teased.

He managed a smile, though it was tinged with melancholy. “Of course I don’t. And God, that would hurt him.” He took a deep breath, forcing himself to focus on the moment. “You look absolutely beautiful, Casey. Honestly, you’re going to take Tobias’s breath away.”

“Thank you,” she blushed.

“He doesn’t deserve you – you know that, right?”

Casey winked playfully. “I know.”

Jackie burst into the room, her nervousness palpable. “Hate to bust this party up, but the photographer needs us in 15 minutes, and I have to finish getting the princess camera ready.”

Ethan’s eyes widened in disbelief. “Not ready? Impossible, she’s gorgeous.”

Casey chuckled. “See, I told you I need this man around to bolster my ego! But I do have some last minute touches to complete. Go - go join the other attendants and have fun. I’ll be down before you know it.”

Jackie clapped her hands together. “It’s almost showtime! You ready for this?”

Casey beamed with a joy that radiated from her. “Sure am! I can’t believe it’s finally here!”

Jackie looked at her friend in the mirror, then her smile faltered slightly. “I'm so happy for you," she whispered. "But you do have the prenup in order, right?”

Casey’s smile faded. “Jackie! Is that any way to talk to me 30 minutes before my wedding?” She tried to keep the mood light, but there was an unmistakable trace of annoyance in her voice.

Jackie’s grew serious. “You didn’t answer?”

Casey’s heart sank as she looked at her friend in the mirror. “His family’s attorneys sent one to the house, but Tobias was livid. He didn’t want it. He said we’re going to be together forever, so…”

Jackie rolled her eyes, and Casey didn’t miss it. “Jackie, really? You’re my maid of honor; tell me you’re joking about this. These are supposed to be the happiest moments of my life.”

Jackie’s internal struggle had her light-headed. She loved Casey, and she loved Tobias, too. She couldn’t deny they had a great relationship; they were relationship goals personified if only it hadn’t been for that one promise. Jackie was the only person besides the two of them who knew the promise Casey had made, and if Tobias ever decided to call in the offer of stepping into non-monogamy, she wasn’t confident her friend could take it. She didn't know if their marriage would survive.  Still, she forced herself back to the present. Casey was relying on her.

“You know I’m just an asshole,” she grinned. “I’m joking, girl. I love you, and I love Tobias, too. Let’s get you ready to marry your man.”

Casey took a deep breath. She'd have to be a fool to pretend she couldn't read Jackie's thoughts, and Casey was well aware of the promise she had made. But right now, her heart was full of joy, and there was no room for doubts. She loved Tobias with her whole heart, and he loved her back just as much. She couldn’t possibly be happier and she was absolutely certain... this was forever.

The mysterious time traveler had disappeared after one more night. She'd expressed longing for the Bronze, for malls, for cheap newspapers and vices in her short time there. Confounding and irritating Spike. The witch steadfastly refused to make contact with the slayer, the Scoobies, or the watcher, and only leaned on Spike. Taunting him with his own go-to methods. Asking him if he'd use chains or if he'd wise up. Equally seeming disgusted with then besotted by him.

At least he could breathe with her gone. Not that he needed to, just force of habit and, metaphor. Shaking his head as he ditched the spot she'd vanished from and trudged back towards his crypt. He couldn't help it when he nearly choked as he tripped when a teenage blonde blipped into existence in front of him. "Oh, cool!" The girl cried, totally oblivious to the centuries old vampire stumbling near the tree she'd appeared leaning against. "Please let me have gotten the time right on this thing..." She hit her palm against the side of the watch on her wrist. It was an odd square thing, like Joan's had been, but it flashed a few extra colors.

"Bloody hell." Spike groaned, before he could think twice and try to sneak away.

The girl, around 16, sucked in a breath as she spotted him. "William Pratt?" She said in awe. Spike swore and thumped his sternum lest he choke again.

"Spike."

The girl beamed. "Right! The Spike. I'm Lizzie-Anne." She tried to stand up in a really cool way and flipped a strand of hair over her shoulder. "I'm here to save you and- the slayer. I heard a lot about you. I'm from-"

Spike cleared his throat finally, straightening with a wince. "2012?"

She frowned. "2024.... Things have been real bad. Really bad."

"You weren't even alive in this year, right kid? 1999 a little before you?" Spike questioned, trying and failing to mask his irritation.

The girl, Lizzie-Anne, just squinted as if to see him better in the dark. "Yeah... but like I said, it's real bad. And I heard stories.... You could fix my future. Make it better."

"And let-me-guess, if I help you 'fix it', you won't exist anymore?" Spike drawled, putting his hands in his pockets and fixing the girl with an unamused stare.

She tried to hide the way she swallowed with trepidation. "Yeah?"

He lunged, but the flash of light as she hit the button on her watch and the timelines converging left him falling into dirt.

A moment later, Joan stumbled into existence again. "Yeah... the PTB don't like trying to bring more of us into your life to meddle. But it seems like we're at a fixed point."
