Another OC + the gang request
Tumblr media
His name is Psilo, he’s a mind reader, except instead of reading minds, he can hear the sounds mushrooms make. He attends the same academy that the gang go to, and he is essentially the “hippie” of the class, he’s super chill, using his green thumb to grow different mushrooms and plants, and he believes that partaking in calm activities such as meditating, gardening, basket weaving, painting, and necklace making can help a dragon “open their chakras” so to speak. He also sculpts and fires clay smoking pipes for dragons if they so wish to, and he grows a kind of herb that helps him calm his mind/nerves. He has all sorts of silk dyed tapestries in his room that he tie dyes, makes his own incense, and holds yoga sessions every other day.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
I’m BEGGING you BEGGING you to tell me you made a ‘fan’ oc for my AU. I’ll explode because that would mean I officially achieved two fan ocs for my au. Oh my god I’d feel like I won a million dollars
(TOTALLY FINE if he isn’t but I’m making sure just in case.. If it’s just an oc you’ve used in several places THATS FINE and I still loved this)
Anywaysssc this is just awesome. We need a dragon like Psilo in the gang. Fun fact: when their personalities were already all set in stone i realized there was extra negativity than I wanted/expected. I learned to go out of my way to make lighthearted moments. Especially with humor since I didn’t want a lotta cynical comedy

Chapter 3: Klaus
Five Hargreeves x reader
A/N: I find it sad that many people don't like this story. But to the people who like the story, thank you so much, you have no idea how much it means to me.
Warnings: none
Tumblr media
The photo of Klaus Herschberger set the tone for the next phase of their search. Max and Y/n worked late into the night, building a profile of the man behind the yoga studio. Klaus had settled in Pennsylvania, where his classes catered to anyone seeking “inner peace” or “a trip to the metaphysical beyond.” His studio was decorated with crystals and vague motivational quotes, and he had a reputation for being... eccentric.
Max couldn’t help but smile at the descriptions in the online reviews.
“Sounds like a handful,” Y/n commented, glancing over his shoulder.
“Sounds like Klaus,” Max replied, the name feeling strangely familiar on his tongue.
Y/n noticed the wistfulness in his voice but didn’t say anything. Instead, she patted his shoulder. “We should book tickets. Pennsylvania’s not that far, and it’s better to meet him in person than just stalk him online.”
Max nodded. “You’re right. But this isn’t going to be a simple reunion, Y/n. If he’s like I remember... Klaus is unpredictable.”
Y/n grinned. “Unpredictable? Sounds like a guy I’d love to meet.”
The flight to Pennsylvania was uneventful, though Max spent most of it in silence. Y/n tried to lighten the mood, cracking jokes about how Klaus might be some sort of yoga cult leader, but Max’s mind was elsewhere. He kept replaying fragments of memories: Klaus sprawled on a couch, chattering about ghosts; Klaus taking Drugs; Klaus crying because he is afraid of all these ghosts.
“Max?”
He blinked and turned to Y/n, who was watching him with concern.
“You’ve been staring out the window for ten minutes. What’s going on?”
Max sighed. “I’m just... nervous, I guess. What if Klaus doesn’t remember me? What if I’m the only one who has these memories?”
Y/n reached over and squeezed his hand. “Then we figure it out together. But I’ve got a feeling Klaus will remember. From what you’ve told me, he sounds... unforgettable.”
The yoga studio was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, its bright purple sign standing out against the muted brick buildings surrounding it.
Klaus’s Yoga & Spiritual Healing Center
Y/n tilted her head. “Subtle.”
Max chuckled despite himself. “Classic Klaus.”
They stepped inside, greeted by the scent of incense and a wall of eclectic decorations—tapestries, dreamcatchers, and a disco ball hanging from the ceiling. A small group of people sat cross-legged on mats, listening as a tall man with shoulder length hair gestured animatedly at a whiteboard covered in squiggly drawings.
“Now, remember,” the man was saying, “chakras are like little disco balls inside you. If you don’t keep them spinning, your energy gets all... clogged up. And trust me, nobody wants clogged chakras.”
Max froze. It was him. His eyes were lined with eyeliner and his fingernails were painted, unmistakably Klaus.
Y/n nudged him. “You gonna say something, or just stare at him like a creep?”
Max took a deep breath and stepped forward. “Klaus.”
The man stopped mid-sentence, his eyes narrowing as he looked at Max. For a moment, there was no recognition, just confusion. Then something shifted.
“...Five?” Klaus whispered, his voice cracking.
Before Max could respond, Klaus sprinted across the room and enveloped him in a bone-crushing hug.
“Oh my God, it’s you! I thought I was losing my mind, but it’s really you!” Klaus pulled back, his hands on Max’s shoulders. “Wait, you look... older. Or maybe younger? I don’t know. Time is weird. But you’re real!”
Max couldn’t help but laugh, overwhelmed by the rush of emotions. “Yeah, it’s me. I go by Max now, but... yeah, it’s me.”
Klaus’s eyes flicked to Y/n, who was watching the scene with an amused smile.
“And who’s this?” Klaus asked, wiggling his eyebrows. “Your assistant? Girlfriend? Secret government handler?”
“Y/n,” Max said, his tone warm. “She’s my partner, and the only reason I’m here right now.”
Y/n extended a hand. “Nice to meet you, Klaus. Love the studio. Very... you.”
“Thank you, darling,” Klaus said, shaking her hand. “I’ve worked hard to create a vibe, you know?”
The rest of the yoga class watched the exchange with wide eyes, clearly curious about who Max and Y/n were. Klaus turned to them with a theatrical wave.
“Class dismissed, my lovelies! Remember to keep those chakras spinning!”
They spent the afternoon catching up, sitting in the back room of the studio. Klaus brewed them tea—though Max suspected it was laced with something more potent—and shared his story.
“I thought I was going crazy,” Klaus admitted, his usual bravado faltering. “The memories started when I was still a child. Little things at first—faces, names, this overwhelming sense of loss. But when I saw you, it was like a floodgate opened. I remember everything, Five. The Academy, the apocalypse, all of it.”
Max nodded, relief washing over him. “You’re not crazy, Klaus. I’ve been having the same memories.”
Y/n watched the exchange quietly, fascinated by the dynamic between them. There was a raw honesty in the way they spoke, a bond that seemed unbreakable despite the years—and lifetimes—that had passed.
“So what’s the plan?” Klaus asked, leaning back in his chair. “Are we reuniting the gang?”
“That’s the idea,” Max said. “But I don’t know if the others will remember like we do.”
“They’ll remember,” Klaus said with certainty. “Trust me, you don’t forget something like our family.”
Max smiled, a small but genuine expression. “Then let’s find them.”

Weekly reading!
This time I thought about making it pick a pile style. I felt very tuned in when I was shuffling and getting the cards so I chose them for all the groups at the same time and then looked and read them. That means that each group has no repeated cards. Sadly I had to rewrite some parts because the app worked terribly and I was writing everything in a draft. Next time I'll definitely do it in the notes or a doc.
This is the first time I do this so I am improvising and going with the flow, I don't know if next week I will do it like this or not. I still used the cards as always though, tarot and then A Yogic Path (chakra, ayurveda and yoga).
Here are my other readings!
To pick a pile please take a deep breath first and tune in with yourself. Please don't do it in a rush, in class, your job, etc. If you are curious save it for later when you can truly connect with your highest self. Close your eyes and take a deep breath. When you open them don't think too much about it and pick a crystal. You can pick more than one. Take what resonates and leave what doesn't. Journal about how the reading made you feel.
Now let's take a look!! (alt: 1 red jasper 2 tiger eye 3 clear quartz)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Pile 1
Cards: 9 of Swords reversed, XXI The World, Ace of Pentacles, 2 of Pentacles. Ajna reversed, Vata, Pranayama reversed.
You recovered from hardship or accepted something hard, a truth or a situation. You could have accepted help too, a hard thing to do sometimes.
Either way after the difficult times you are having your moment. The World is a beautiful card, the last one of the major arcana. You completed the journey and feel fulfilled. Maybe you finally got recognition.
Now another adventure begins, the ace of pentacles indicates that that beginning is about money. It could be a new business, some investments or maybe just abundance and monetary security. Perhaps the hardships mentioned before were related to money too.
Remember you can balance your work life and personal life though, don't prioritize your job because you had a hard time with money. Trust the abundance of your life right now. It doesn't mean don't be careful with your money, just put you and your wellbeing first.
Don't doubt your intuition, when something doesn't feel right keep it in mind. "Before making a decision, tune into your body. What is it telling you?" Pick your body cues. The more you practice this the more align you will be with your third eye chakra and intuition.
The Vata card is asking you to let your ideas flourish, but remember to also anchor them with action, so visions can manifest into reality. Don't leave your ideas just in your mind. (If you have any ideas related to business or money remember the Ace of Pentacles, now it's the time).
"Whenever things seem to be moving too quickly for words, come back to your breath". Remember to take pranayama out of the mat too, our breath is always there to support us. This reminds me of the 2 of Pentacles, find the balance. If you don't practice yoga I recommend looking for some pranayama videos!
Pile 2
Cards: XIII Death, Knight of Swords reversed, 3 of Swords reversed, King of Wands reversed. Manipura reversed, Kapha reversed, Niyamas.
Death is scary but it means evolution and metamorphosis. A loss is an opportunity to change but it is normal to feel sad and grief the past.
You can overcome this though. Seek help if you need to, you don't have to go through a hard time alone. Take time to process the situation.
You may feel like there's a weird atmosphere around you this week or that there's something wrong with you. A lack of harmony, volatility, rudeness...
Your solar plexus chakra may be blocked, making you feel unsure about what you really want. "Take some time apart from others, especially those who are trying to direct your path, and figure out who you are outside of everyone else." This ties with the King of Wands reversed and that weird atmosphere I talked about. You need some distance. "You need to unlearn all that you learnt", go to new places, try new things. Remember the Death card? This is a new you.
The Kapha card in reverse makes me think that maybe you needed this change. Perhaps you got too comfortable where you were. "Try something out of the box. See bigger dreams for yourself. Let go of habits that are no longer serving you, such as emotional eating or looking back into the past. Replace refined carbs, sugar, and dairy with bitter vegetables, tart fruit, and rich spices. It's time to shed your old skin and reemerge as your highest self and fullest expression".
I will leave you now with the Niyamas page (alt after the pic). Beautiful transformational energy in this group.
Tumblr media
[Alt: NIYAMAS. Eight stages of yoga: laws of personal observance. You are beginning to reap the rewards of the inner transformational work you have done. This is just the beginning of a life-long practice of personal observance. Tune into what your soul needs at this moment. Are there toxins in your body and mind that need sauca, purity? Are you experiencing contentment, santosa, for all the blessings you have been given? Are you using your tapas, disciplined energy, to take you toward your Dharma, divine purpose? Continue the practice of svadhyaya, self-study. There is always more that you'll find when you open up the pathway to your true spirit. Take some extra time for yourself each day to practice isvara pranidhana, the celebration and contemplation of spirit.]
Pile 3
Cards: III The Empress, XVIII The Moon, 4 of Wands reversed, King of Swords, 8 of Swords reversed. Anahata reversed, Tamas reversed, Asana reversed.
First I have to say that I don't like reading The Moon as the opposite of The Sun. I don't think it is a card about melancholy, anguish and insecurity (at least when it's not reversed). To me it is about tapping into your intuition and seeing what you didn't before. Also you got one more card because they just came out like that jsjsj. Okay now we can get into your reading group 3!!
I think right now you are being asked to step into your feminine energy (this energy lives within everyone regardless of gender, also I may add that I do not like the "divine feminine" bs). You can flow with creativity, accomplish your goals, go into a time of abundance. But for that you need to be more in touch with the femininity in yourself.
The Moon is also a very feminine card, but this one is more about intuition and spirituality. Maybe this is what you need; understanding your intent, realising the cycles and patterns within your life, self-study. See the path that was hidden once.
This can bring a bit of self-doubt or gloom though. Sometimes things are easier when we are unaware. The 4 of Wands is also about family so with it being reversed it makes me think that perhaps you can discover something about your family that makes you look at them differently. It can also just be that you live away from them and miss them. Maybe they also are not spiritual or even are against spiritual practices (tarot, wicca, yoga, astrology....)?
The King of Swords may be asking you for a bit of structure and self-discipline in your life. This goes hand in hand with tamas and asana in reverse, but we will see that late
The 8 of swords is about being caught up in your own insecurities. Maybe it was your family making you insecure, you went through a heartbreak, or it was a moment of self-doubt but you are beginning to heal. Take a stand and be strong.
I'm really getting spiritual awakening from this pile. But first you have to work through some emotional blockages, let's see what the anahata reverse has for you (alt after the pic):
Tumblr media
[Alt: Anahata. Heart chakra. Reverse. A heartbreak is holding you back from your truth, and the time has come to forgive. Your heart carries an intelligence, and when you close your heart, you are not able to operate as your full self. To follow your path, it is essential to heal the old wounds of the heart. Repeat the mantra, "Please forgive me. I forgive you. I thank you. I love you." Repeat these words using the names of every person who needs love, forgiveness, and gratitude. Each heartbreak carries a divine spiritual lesson, and you can hold onto the lesson while letting go of the pain. Honor the soul contract for what it taught you, and pave the way open for your heart to love again. Practice tantric eye-gazing and meditating on the heart-space, and spend time in green nature.]
This block explains why you may feel stuck, hence why tamas reversed is here: "You seem not to have the energy that you used to and feel like the fire within you has been put out [...] My dear, you have been in the cocoon for too long, and you've forgotten you have wings. Create movement and novelty in your life. Practice sun salutations upon waking, take long walks in nature, clean up your house. Let go of all tamasic foods those that are packaged, fried, or full of sugar and refined flour. It takes effort to get the wheels moving at first, but once you make that push, you'll be in effortless flow, kriya".
Following this it is obvious you are asked to take it to the mat too. "The mind has been in control for far too long and it will never answer the questions of your soul's calling. To talk to the spirit, you must talk to its home, the body. The solutions are not outside of yourself, they're in this very temple you abide in. Through movement and breath, you create space between the inhales and the exhales to discover your truth. The mind will tell you stories until the end of time-the body cannot. If it's been a while since you've done an asana, yoga practice, consider this is a request from the spirit reminding you to come back home to yourself".
If you do not practice yoga consider starting or continuing with a physical activity you like, but I think it is better if it is mindful (like pilates, tai chi, even running).
Tumblr media
I hope it was useful!!! Don't forget to keep coming to this lecture during the week. Please let me know if it resonated 🩷 I hope this served you in any way.

See I disagree, I think meghan *thinks* her target audience is quiet luxury but its not. That's Kates in a way. People get a lot of inspiration from her regarding that. She's more of the yoga mom that drinks bone broth and swears by a full body infra sauce 3 times a week. She gets her chakras adjusted bi-weekly and loves a good vegan dish. She'll try any new fitness trend (including wearable items, shoes and clothing). She's far more closely reflects a San Fran early stage start up chasing large amounts of money and an eternal life span. She's appealing to the 30-40 year olds who have new tech money and don't mind spending it on adventurous shit that seems mars level weird to even New Yorkers.
So yes this merch thing worked for her, but she should have been leaving a therapy session or self defense class or even a pottery class. No body who can purchase an Hermes scarf is doing that because of meghan or her outfit, but I would bet if she wore a new work out set from Lululemon she'd get traction.
This is a very good take. And I agree she should be going to a class or a spa or something more song those lines.

I went to a yoga class a couple weeks ago that focused on setting intentions for 2024. In this class, the instructor shared 1 prompt from each of the Chakras listed with the prompts above. After telling us the prompt, we wrote a quick response. After 7 of these, we were asked to pick one word from each written response.
We wrote down these words and left them visible on our mats. She guided us through a Vinyasa flow for each Chakra, in which we focused on the corresponding word we wrote.
After class, she emailed us more prompts. I'm still journaling through these 2 weeks later. They are very in depth and some of the questions stumped me. It's ok to not have answers right away. I left a blank page and moved on, and I intend to go back and finish more. I've already made small changes to my lifestyle based on answers I wrote. I hope these serve you well!

Everything Zen - A Bishop Losa/Reader Short.
A short funny idea that came to me this morning. No smut, just the suggestion of such. Enjoy!
Tumblr media
Words - 540
Warnings - None!
You knew you shouldn’t have done it. Your inner voice screamed at you that he wasn’t going to take it seriously. Any of it. Well, getting a massage and lying in a hot tub naked as the way he was born while sipping a very cold beer, he liked that part, but this, the meditative yoga class at the mindfulness retreat you talked him into? No.
“Now, let my voice guide you into your space of relaxation,” the softly spoken woman leading the class instructed.
He can’t help himself. “She’s gonna guide me back to my couch? Nice!”
“Obispo,” you warn, opening your eye, seeing him grinning widely, looking thoroughly pleased with himself.
“Allow your mind to clear of all thoughts, find your place of calm, let the Zen in.”
“Who’s Zen? What if I don’t want to let them in? I don’t know them, they ain’t coming in.”
The instructor continues. “Focus on your chakras, pull the energy into these sacred spaces within.”
Bishop snorts softly. “I don’t have those, just a void where I put steak and tacos.”
Despite yourself, you can’t help but snort suddenly at that one, your mouth twitching as you attempt to bite back your smile.
“Let the spirits guide you to a place of calm.”
“Oh, cool. She's got bourbon? I’ll take one, that’ll make me calm.”
“Will you stop it!” you hiss, drawing a few disparaging stares as you chide your highly amused husband.
“Let the quiet of the room pulse waves of calm through your aura.”
“I think I need a pneumatic drill to get through my aura.”
Opening one eye, you look to your right, giving him what he’s come to coin as the wifey death glare, shaking your head. “I will beat you with your own shoes. Be quiet!”
“Now, now, sweetheart,” he whispers. “That isn’t very peace and love, is it?”
“Let the scents of the incense guide you into relaxation.”
“That ain’t incense. That’s feet.”
You hear another snort, opening your eyes to see a woman turn around and look at your husband, trying to keep her hysterics in at his observations. Turning your head, you see a few other people attempting not to crack, too. Oh, lord. He doesn’t need any further encouragement.
“And now we take leave of voice and focus on the inner centre of calm. That includes the handsome gentleman at the back who is cracking wise, if he could please so refrain from further observances.”
Half the room turns to look at Bishop as they laugh. He grins widely, shrugging.
“Sorry, baby. I’ll rein in it a little.” He winks at her, the instructor blushing a little before she continues to focus, your husband actually behaving himself. That is, until the yoga poses begin.
“And now into downward facing dog.”
He hums a chuckle immediately. “My dog don’t downward face.”
You sigh, knowing it was too good to be true, for him to behave for the entire hour. “What does your dog do, pray tell?”
“My dog takes his wife back to our room, bends her over, and fucks her from behind until she screams.”
Naughty husband or not, you’ve never rolled up a yoga mat so fast in all your life.

Chakra Journey: Immersion into Seasonal Yoga Practice
Tumblr media
Transform old patterns. Find inner confidence and lightness. Experience holistic growth as you discover the themes and yogic practices of each season and chakra.
Who is this Journey for?
It’s for those who are curious about how yoga philosophy, chakra teachings, and the energy of the seasons can enrich your daily life. If you’ve been practicing yoga for a while and are ready to deepen your self-discovery journey, this workshop series is perfect for you. It offers thematic answers to life’s big questions, practical tools, and helps you live consciously and joyfully. Discover how to move gracefully and in harmony with life’s natural rhythms.
What to Expect?
The Chakra Journey is a workshop-series of 4 seasonal sessions. Each session focuses on the corresponding themes of that season and will combine two complimentary chakras in a unique way to support your journey of self-discovery and holistic growth. It's a fusion of study, inquiry, asana, pranayama and meditation, custom-made and based on Karolien's personal journey and discoveries.
In a nutshell
Winter: The Foundation of Rest and Inspiration
Root deeply and open up to new sources of inspiration. Find rest, stability, and nourishing comfort in the stillness and darkness of winter. More being, less doing.
Spring: The Innocent Flow of Creativity
Awaken your desires and creative energy, and be intuitively guided. Open up to the magic of everyday and amaze yourself about life’s synchronicities. More play, less focus.
Summer: The Calling for Self-expression
Ignite your inner fire, step into your greatness, and speak your truth. Take meaningful steps towards your dreams and values. More playing big, less listening to fears.
Autumn: Coming Home in the Heart
Conclude the cycle and receive the fruits of your journey with gratitude. Embrace life’s natural flow with faith and learn to let go off what is old. More abundance, less resistance.
Interesting to know
In each workshop we will dedicate time to absorb new information about the theme’s of each season and how the chakra’s relate to that. Then there is time to reflect on this through inquiry, journaling and/or sharing so it becomes alive in your personal life-situation of that moment. And then we will bring all of this to the mat and explore a yoga practice of about 75-90 minutes that combines asana, pranayama and meditation catering towards the arising challenges when embracing the calling of each season. You’ll leave nourished, inspired and motivated.
A recording of the yoga class – filmed upfront, so it doesn’t interrupt the intimacy and flow of our workshop – will become available to you after the workshop so you can come back to the yoga practice as often as you feel need for it throughout the season until we meet again.
To support you further, you’ll get an extensive handout with valuable information, journaling prompts, and practical exercises to support implementation and integration in your daily life.
The workshops can be booked as a complete journey or individually, if one theme calls you more than others.
Why This Journey Will Enrich You:

Nightingale Chapter Sixteen - The Fourth Wall
Tumblr media
Summary: Jensen Ackles seemed to have it all. A hit television series fifteen years running, a budding music career and a stunning wife. To the casual observer, his life was perfect. But it was a façade. No more real than the supernatural world created on a soundstage.
That day on the lake had started with uncertainty, but when he pulled you from the water everything became clear. The truth was, he’d been the one drowning.
Pairing: Jensen Ackles x Reader, Jensen x Reader, Jensen x You
Characters: Jensen Ackles, Jared Padalecki, Genevieve Padalecki, Misha Collins, Reader
Warnings: Hurt/Comfort, Hospitals, Drowning, Fluff, Angst, Smut, unprotected sex
Chapter Sixteen: The Fourth Wall
Word Count: 4176
Author’s Notes: This is a complete work of fiction about a real life person. The circumstances are totally made up and are in no way a commentary on the fantastic Jensen Ackles or his family.
This is also a unique reader insert story as I have given the reader a physical description including hair color, eye color and body type. Hopefully you can still lose yourself in the utter fantasy where Jensen is the hero and you are ripe for rescuing!

Nightingale Masterlist
Both your phone and Jensen’s buzzed at the same time.  You knew who it was before you even looked.
“Solomon,” he said, scrolling through the details of the text.  “Jesus.  This itinerary reads like a weekend convention circuit.  Seriously, who goes out this much?”
“Breakfast and strolling at the Ester Short Park farmer’s market.  Tour of the Van Dusen Botanical Gardens.  Coffee at Shaughnessy’s.  Window shopping downtown.  Couples’ yoga.  Oohh!  Tickets to Hamilton on Friday night!”
Jensen’s brow crinkled and those little disapproving brackets appeared at the corners of his mouth.  “Yoga?  Seriously?  I don’t have that…”
You lifted a shoulder in a shrug, “Couples Tantric Yoga at Good Vibrations Studios.  Wow… the room is heated to 105 degrees to sweat in tandem with your partner.  Open your chakras and your bodies to this intimate practice first discovered in the unpublished Kama Sutra.  Wow, I didn’t know they bent that way…”
That had him grabbing your phone.  “Seriously?!  Fucking Solomon signed us up for sweaty sex yoga?!”
The indignant bluster blew out of his sails a moment later and you broke into laughter.
     “You’re hilarious,” he deadpanned.
Your mischievous grin only grew, “You seem disappointed!  Why don’t we call and see if they can squeeze us in to the class on Sunday?”
You made a grab for the phone, and he held it over his head, out of reach.  Dodging your hands and tickling you at the same time.  Your attempts to tickle him back had no effect and only made him double his efforts.  Torturing you until you were practically crying with giggles.  Suddenly, he hoisted you over his shoulder, bouncing you a bit as he walked through the apartment.
“Jensen!  That’s cheating!”  You laughed as you squirmed in his grasp.
He tossed you down on the bed in a giggling mess then threw himself down beside you.  “There’s no cheating when there’s no rules, Sweetheart.”
You tried to catch your breath as he moved strands of blonde hair away from your face.  “You aren’t even ticklish.”
“Used to be, my older brother would sit on me and torture tickle me until I peed my pants.”
     “How’d you get over it?”
“I found ways to distract myself,” he murmured, his eyes flickering over your face.
     “Mind over matter?”
     “Something like that.”
The two of you had shared countless kisses, but you never grew tired of them.  Your heartrate kicked up the moment his lips touched yours, excitement heating your blood the same today as it did the first time.  His strong hands roamed your body, seeking out the secret places that responded so readily.  You yielded to his touch and surrendered on a sigh.
He ended the kiss before he could get too carried away.  The FBI had the whole place bugged and the two of you agreed early on that there would be no sex until this mess was behind you.   He pulled you up against him and placed a kiss to your hairline.
     “Better?”
You nodded, relaxing into his embrace.  Your eyes closed as he threaded his fingers through your hair and gently massaged the nape of your neck.  He always did that when your migraines were bad.  Once your concussion healed, they were practically gone but with all the stress of the investigation, they were back with a vengeance.
“I’m sorry,” you murmured into his chest.  “About earlier.”
“It was an understandable reaction, that guy came up out of nowhere.  I didn’t even see him come up behind us.”
“I nearly had a panic attack in the middle of the street.  I probably traumatized your poor fans.”
“Yeah, well I traumatize them every Thursday night so, they’re used to it by now,” Jensen joked, moving his hand to stroke your back.  “How can I help, baby?  Tell me what I can do to make it better.”
“I don’t know if it can get much better.  I mean, Solomon sends us pictures of the under-cover agents every day.  Both of us are wearing tracking devices.  This place is completely wired and under surveillance.  Everything we do is planned out to the last detail.  I know we are as safe as we can be I just… I can’t stop thinking about him.”  Your chest immediately grew tight, and you fought to keep your breathing under control.
“Every time we leave this apartment, I’m looking for him.  I’m searching the faces of everyone we pass, wondering if the next one I see will be his.  I feel like a little kid, scared of the boogey man is hiding in the closet!”
“Is that why you’ve been leaving the bathroom light on at night?”
“Maybe,” you muttered.  “I know it’s stupid.”
     “It’s justified.”
“Maybe,” you said again.  “I wish I could be as calm as you are in crowds.  It never seems to rattle you.”
“Oh, I’m rattled, believe me.  But I’ve got a job to do, and I just focus on it.  Nothing is more important than that, everything else falls away.”
     “You mean acting?”
“I mean taking care of you,” he curled a finger under your chin, coaxing your gaze to meet his.  “We’re in it together.  Every day, it’s you and me, Sweetheart.”
“Stronger together.”  You said it at the same time he did.  It had become your mantra over the past two weeks.
It was your prayer to each other.  You said every time you set foot outside of the safety bubble of your apartment.  Every time the two of you stopped for pictures with fans.  Every time the paparazzi followed the two of you through a public park or into a restaurant.  Every time you needed reassurance, Jensen would squeeze your hand and whisper it in your ear.
It worked well to calm your nerves.  At first.  But as time dragged on with no sign of Arthur Green, the pressure and anxiety built.  You were jumpy, bordering on paranoid.  When that aggressive fan popped up as you were crossing the boulevard, it triggered a reaction so severe that Jensen’s magic phrase didn’t work.  You were so shaken up that the two of you went directly home, despite not completing the daily agenda.
“I just wish I could do a better job in all this.  I know I’m supposed to look happy and carefree… Green’s never going to show himself if he thinks this is a trap.”  You sighed and fiddled with the buttons on Jensen’s shirt.  “I’ve never had much of a poker face.”
“Everyone has a poker face; you just have to find your focus.  That’s all acting is, really.  Keeping your focus.”
“I guess that’s why you’re the actor and I’m the doctor.”
A thoughtful look crossed his face, as if he’d just realized the answer to a difficult crossword.  His clear, green eyes lit with enthusiasm, and he sat up, tugging you with him.
“Come on, I’ve got an idea.”
“What are we doing in your closet?” You asked from your cross-legged position on the carpeted floor.
Jensen closed the door and stuffed a rolled-up towel against the threshold so that not even a sliver of light could peek through.  “We’re creating the fourth wall.”
     “What?”
He walked to the bank of drawers along the back wall and searched through the contents.  “It’s an old actor’s trick, you’ll see.”
He returned with one of his silk ties in his hand.  It was a subtle blue on blue paisley pattern that he wore on one of your dates ages ago.
He handed it to you and sat on the floor across from you, folding his bowed legs up with a grunt.
     “I love this tie.”
“I know you do,” he smiled softly at you.  “Do you remember that night?  That little Italian place around the corner from your hospital?”
     “Of course, I do.”
It had been a week since you and Jensen reconciled.  You held strong to your decision not to move back in with him.  You were determined to take things slow and not fall back into old patterns.  You wanted this to last, you both did and that meant rebuilding trust.  The man didn’t make it easy though!
For his part, Jensen was the perfect gentleman.  Sweet, attentive, respectful, funny, charming.  Good morning texts and calls during his down time on set.  He invited you over for dinner midweek, made your favorite spaghetti and even sent you home with leftovers for lunch.  There were bone melting kisses and hand holding, but he never initiated anything more.  He wanted you to set the pace.
On Friday, you arrived at work and found a shallow planter the size of a hubcap overflowing with an array of tiny, blue flowers waiting for you.  Along with a card.
Have a great day, gorgeous! – Love, J
Val came up beside you, her eyes wide, “Wow!  Who sent you those?”
You grinned and ran your fingers over the bright, bell-shaped blossoms.  “They’re from Jensen.”
     “Really?  Anniversary or apology?”
You slipped the small card into the pocket of your lab coat, “Neither.”
“Come on, he must have done something.  No guy sends…. What kind of flowers are they?”
     “Bluebonnets.  Texas Bluebonnets.”
“Right.  Anyway, there’s a reason for them.  You just don’t know what it is yet.”
You floated through your whole shift.  Not even Val’s cynicism could dampen your mood.  You didn’t have time to send Jensen anything more than a thank you text, but you were determined to show your appreciation.  Maybe you’d invite him over for dinner at your place.  Best to order in, given your abysmal cooking skills.  Or maybe just dessert…
You were just about to clock out when you were paged over the intercom.  You picked up line four holding for you.
     “This is Doctor Baines.”
     “Gabs?”
     “Tony, what’s up?”
“I need you for a consult, do you have a few minutes?”
     “Sure.”
     “Great.  Cardiology, Room 202.”
A few short minutes later you opened the door to 202, instead of a cardiac patient, you found Jensen.  Looking like he just stepped out of the pages of GQ.  His dark blue suit was tailored, pressed and perfect.  Crisp shirt, matching blue tie and a trio of bluebonnets in his lapel.
He smiled in that way that made his eyes crinkle and made you melt.  “Hiya Sweetheart.”
You leaned against the door so that it clicked behind you.  “Mr. Ackles.  You are looking remarkably well for a man in the cardiac ward.”
“Oh, I’m in rough shape, doc.”  He placed a dramatic hand over his heart.  “My ticker’s going crazy!”
You bit your bottom lip; he really was too cute!  “Is that so?”
“Yeah!  Every time I see this girl, it’s like my heart’s going to beat right out of my chest.”
     “Sound serious.”
     “You think so?”
“Heart palpitations are nothing to dismiss out of hand.”  You pulled your stethoscope from around your neck, “I think I better check you over.”
“I was thinking the same thing,” he drawled.
You placed a hand in the center of his chest and firmly walked him backwards, your gaze holding his until the back of his legs bumped the exam table.  Wordlessly, you patted the table.  He lifted himself up with ease, the sterile paper crinkled under his weight.
“I hope you won’t mind if I get a little… close,” you said, gently urging his knees apart so you could stand in the vacant space between his legs.
His voice dipped deep.  “I’m in your hands.”
You started with his tie, reaching up to loosen the perfectly executed knot.  A tug and the fine fabric came free easily.  It sounded like a hushed whisper as it moved against the starched shirt to pool in your hand.  His Adam’s apple bobbed as you moved on to the tiny button holding the collar closed.  You knew if you looked at him, your resolve would evaporate, so you concentrated on your task.  Button by button.  Inch by inch.  You stopped halfway to put the earpieces in place and warm the bell of the stethoscope with your breath.
You slid the bell against the taut, tanned skin of his pectoral and let it rest over his heart.  A smile curved your lips as you heard his heart thumping, strong and steady.  No better sound in the world.  Although, the longer you kept your hand there, the faster that rhythm got.
     “Your heartrate is elevated.”
     “What do I do, doc?”
“A little test, see how you respond to stimuli.”
     “Sounds intense.”
This time you risked looking up, those green eyes of his had turned a shade darker and you felt your own heart leap in response.
     “Don’t worry, I’ve got you.”
Keeping the bell anchored over his heart, you leaned up and captured his lips with your own.  Kissing Jensen was as much a revelation today as it was the first time.  He expressed so many things in those moments of intense connection.  Passion and joy.  Exuberant love, romance… sharp desire.  Solace and devotion.  It was the language spoken by souls that met and matched.
The kiss deepened, his arms went around you and the staccato beat faster through the earpieces as his heart picked up pace.  Urgency grew.
You nipped his bottom lip slightly as you pulled away, earning a groan from him.  “You’re killing me, Sweetheart.”
“Not today.  I can confirm, your heart is in perfect working order.”
“Good thing, I kinda need it.”  He snagged the stethoscope from you with a smirk, “My turn.”
Not one to shrink from a challenge, you hopped up beside him, “Do your worst, Doctor Ackles.”
Somehow, he made the mundane tools of your profession look incredibly sexy.  You didn’t exactly have a doctor kink, but you’d develop one in a hurry if he kept it up.  A serious look swept over his features, and you knew you were in trouble.  In measured movements, he slipped his hand holding the bell under the scoop neckline of your shirt.
You knew the moment he found his mark because his face transformed to reflect wonder.  It was an incredibly intimate act to hear the life thrumming in another human being.  He simply listened, as if he was trying to memorize it, hear the music of it.  You were so mesmerized by his experience that you failed to notice his other hand until it found your breast.
     You gasped.
His eyebrows rose a fraction, but did not move his hand, “Everything okay?”
At your nod, he smiled and continued.  Monitoring your heartrate as he explored the curves and concaves he knew so well.  Noting how the rhythm increased when he ran his thumb over the nipple straining under the layers of cotton.  How the beat skipped when his tongue found that secret place just below your earlobe.  Hot kisses down the column of your neck to the hollow where your clavicles met brought your hands up to rake through his hair.  He sucked the skin slightly while his hand traced the inner line of your leg.  Your heart galloped along wildly and when he palmed you through your scrubs, you breathed his name.
     Your head fell back, “Jensen…”
An annoying beep from his jacket pocket that broke the spell.  He stopped ravishing you long enough to check his phone, “Ooh!  We gotta go!”
You sat up dazed and trying to catch your breath, “Go?  Now?”
He hopped off the table and straightened his suit, smoothing out the wrinkles caused by your make-out session.
     “Reservations at Marco’s.”
You eyed him suspiciously, “You… did you deliberately get me all excited just to tease me?”
His shrug was innocent, but the sparkle in his eyes gave him away.  He held a hand to you, “I just wanted to make sure you had a good appetite worked up.”
You took his hand and narrowed your blue eyes at him, “Okay.  But we’re getting dessert to go!”
“Only if you bring your stethoscope, doc,” he replied while brushing a kiss across your knuckles with a wink.
“When I was twenty-eight, I was in a live production of A Few Good Men.  I hadn’t performed on stage like that since high school.  And I was really nervous, like shaking in my boots, throwing up backstage terrified!  My parents were there, Danneel was there…  a ton of Supernatural fans showed up too.”
“You had stage fright?  But you’d been an actor for… what, a decade at that point?”
“Television is different.  If I screw up, we can just do another take.  A live performance takes a different level of concentration.  People in the audience whisper or forget to turn off their phones.  Someone drops something backstage, or your co-star forgets their lines.  Anything can happen.  That’s where the fourth wall comes in, imagine there is an invisible wall between you and the audience.  That the stage is a completely enclosed.  It’s your world, nothing else exists.  Its just you and whoever you are sharing that stage with.”
You looked down at the blue tie in your hands, “That sounds like something that comes with practice.  It took you years to perfect your craft, I can’t get to that level in an afternoon.”
“It’s simpler than you think.  Acting is really just reacting,” he said with a smile, “Besides, you had plenty of cram sessions in med school.”
     “I suppose so.”
“Good.  Now, I want you to look around this space.  Commit the details of it to memory.  Wall color, carpet color, shelves, racks, shoes… all of it.  Everything you can see.”
You tried to give him back the tie, thinking it wasn’t part of the exercise and he shook his head, “Nuh uh.  You keep that, you’ll need it.”
Your brow furrowed slightly, wrapping the tie around your left hand nervously.  You felt like you were failing, and you hadn’t even started.
Jensen reached out and stilled your hands with his own, “Hey, deep breath.  There’s nothing to worry about.  It’s just you and me here, this is our own little world.  Everything outside that door, that’s them.  No one else can come in here, ever.  We’re safe here.  Just you and me.”
     “Stronger together,” you murmured.
“Stronger together,” he repeated back.  “Close your eyes.”
You did as instructed.  He released your hands and sat back, “Deep breath, in and out.  Again.  Good girl, relax.  Let the tension melt from your muscles and drain away.  Deep breath… good.  Very good.”
You loved his voice; it was warm and had a deep resonance that put you at ease.  The cadence of his instructions had an almost hypnotic quality and you felt yourself sinking into it.
     “How do you feel?”
“Good,” you said with a sigh, “Kind of floaty.”
“The tie in your hands.  How does it feel?”
You rubbed the material between your fingers, “Smooth.  Cool, like a mountain lake.”
“Good,” he praised again.  “Now, I want you to picture the closet in your mind.  Put it together with the details you saw only moments ago.”
You frowned slightly, rubbing the silk in your hands like a worry stone.
“It’s just you and me here, Y/N.  It’s our world, our safe place.  Tell me what you see.”
     “Clothes.”
He waited a beat, “Anything else?”
     “Um… the door?”
     “Dig a little deeper, Harvard.”
     “My annoying boyfriend.”
Jensen held back a sigh, determined not to break the spell.  “Try scent, how does it smell?”
“Good,” you huffed out in frustration.  The tension was building back up in your shoulders and your ass was starting to fall asleep from sitting on the floor.  You found yourself wondering if it was too late to run away to Bermuda.  You took another deep breath and caught something you hadn’t noticed before.
“Cedar.  You keep those little cedar balls in the sock drawer.”
     “Yeah, I do.”
“Tom Ford… um… that vanilla one I like.”
He grinned, you told him it was your favorite and he bought three bottles just to make sure he always had some on hand.  “Vanilla Tobacco.”
“Fabric softener, there are dryer sheets in the vents… and there is an air vent somewhere behind me, its blowing on my shirt.  The woodwork in here is light, the rest of the apartment is dark, in here it’s not.  Your clothes are arranged by type and then by color.  Same for the shoes, which you have an insane amount of.  Everything is on those expensive hangers you love so much.  Oh!  And you have two whole drawers devoted to watches.”
“Good job, open your eyes, Sweetheart.”
As you did, he took the tie from your hands and cut it neatly in half with his pocketknife.
     “Jay!”
He took your left arm and tied the narrow end around your wrist, “This tie is your tether to this space.  Every time you feel anxious or scared, I want you to feel that silk against your skin and remember how it felt to be here.  Come back to this safe place where it’s just you and me.”
He held the other half of the tie out to you along with his left arm.  You followed his example and fastened it around his wrist to match yours.  When you were done, you wrapped your arms around his neck and held on tight, burying your face in the crook of his neck.
     “Thank you,” you whispered.
Jensen pulled you down to sit on his lap and held you close.
“I’ve got you,” he vowed, pressing a kiss to your hairline, “Always.”
Three days later, you and Jensen were at yet another public outing.  This time it was Shakespeare in the park.  At this point you were so sick of concerts, romantic dinners, and date nights that you were ready to tear your hair out.  At least it was your favorite play, Much Ado About Nothing.  Comedy always beats tragedy.
The place was packed, no surprise given the beautiful weather.  There were vendors selling everything from Italian Ice to Chicken and Waffles on a stick.  Street musicians busked, kids played in the fountain, couples necked under shade trees, dogs trotted along happily with their owners.  It was idyllic.
Maybe it was the sunshine or the actor’s trick Jensen taught you, either way, you felt good.  Relaxed.  Even when a group of fans gathered around for pictures and autographs, you felt centered and calm.
“Oh my gosh!  You two are so cute together!”  A younger girl gushed.
“Can we get your picture too?” another asked you, “Are you really a doctor?”
Jensen pulled you to his side and slung an arm around your shoulders, while you smiled up at him. It was your typical couple in love pose.  He kissed your temple and every girl in eyesight sighed.
“I am a doctor.  As a matter of fact, you should get your friend there some water and shade,” you replied motioning to a swaying, giggling girl heading for the margarita truck.  “Maybe no more alcohol for today?”
“Check out my girl,” Jensen said as the group wandered happily away, “Signing autographs, saving lives.”
“Saving her from a hangover maybe,” you replied, lacing your fingers through his as you strolled.  “People tend to underestimate the effects of drinking on days like this.”
“We’ve got about ten more minutes before the intermission is over, want to head back?”
“Yeah, um maybe hit the bathroom first?”
You entered the surprisingly empty ladies’ room while Jensen waited for you just outside the door.  You couldn’t wait for this FBI business to be over so you could go to the bathroom alone, like a normal person.
You were just washing your hands when the door swung open and a couple of the girls from the earlier group stumbled in, including the drunk one.  You gave a polite nod and stepped out of their way, but it wasn’t quick enough to avoid a collision.  The three of you ended up in a tangle on the floor, two of them giggling and you, definitely not.
“Are you two alright,” you asked, trying to keep your composure.
The tipsy girl threw her head back and laughed, rolling back on the floor.  The other one shook her head in disgust.
“Ugh, Jesus Suzie!  Bitch never could hold her booze.”
You felt dizzy.  And unbearably hot!  You tried to get up, but your muscles didn’t respond.  Something wasn’t right.
You called for Jensen, but your tongue was heavy in your mouth.  All that came out was a garbled mess.  You felt your heart begin to race as you panicked and your vision blurred.
“Gee, you seem a little green around the gills, Doctor West.”
The sober girl was standing at one of the sinks, studying her face in the mirror as she spoke.  Her clothes hung loose on her long, wiry frame.  Choppy black hair framed a thin face with severe features.  Dark eyes, nearly black.  Eyes that were normally behind glasses.
     Arthur.  “Oh… God.”
Green dropped to the balls of his feet, a lethal grin twisted his face as he grabbed a handful of your hair and yanked your head back.
      “Hello again, Y/N.”

S2 Unseen Bits Week 1: YOGA
I really enjoyed the S4 game yoga scene and a few seasons UK/AU TV show have done a yoga class.
Narrator Iain Stirling (Voice Over): It's a very stressful life being an Islander... sunbathing all day and partying all night. So what better way to relieve some stress than...
TEXT ALERT!
Girls in the dressing room getting ready and the boys are in the bathroom. "Argh! I've got a text!" Marisol cries out as she tries to locate her phone.
"Islanders, It's time to engage your mula bandha and align your chakras as you relax into some couples yoga. #strikeapose #bendoverbackwards"
ALL: Wooo! Yeah! (Cheering)
"Yoga, yoga, yoga!" The girls do some arm poses and laugh.
Priya: You've done this before? Yoga, I mean.
Am I familiar with yoga? "I've been to a few classes."
The girls are shown running out to the kitchen from the bedroom cheering. "Whoo!" "Whoo-hoo!"
"Yoga, Yoga, yoga!" Priya chants
(BH) Beach Hut Grace (MC): "I love yoga. Just makes you feel calm. I like doing all the little positions they do. The downward dog ones. Oh, god that sounds terrible." "(She giggles).
Iain Stirling: A relaxing couples yoga session? Because who doesn't love a bit of downward dog in the morning?
When you step out into the sunlight, there are yoga mats laid out all over the place. Everyone is standing around chatting waiting for couples yoga to start. Grace said, "Oh, I like the mats."
Tumblr media
Iain Stirling: Rocco accidentally volunteered to be the teacher. He thought we asked who was into yoghurt, and he stuck his hand up.
Rocco said to the group: "You're in for a good time, let me tell you."
Grace asked, "You're a yogi?"
He replied, "Uh, not exactly. But don't worry, it's all safe and easy stuff. With the added bonus of having some saucy positions, of course. To your places, everyone! Chop chop." Rocco claps his hands a few times. "Alright guys! Are we ready?"
Marisol smiled brightly. "Absolutely!"
Hope chimed in, "I can't wait for us all to work off some tension. I'm sure we could all use it after last night."
With his hands pressed together, palms touching and fingers pointing upwards, thumbs close to the chest, Rocco said with a slight bow, "Namaste!"
They all place hands together at the heart, close their eyes and bow. All: "Namaste!"
Iain Stirling: Rocco asked me if I wanted to take part. I said, "Nah-I'm-a-stay-in if that's alright with you."
"Our first position today is called Triple Hill." Rocco shows the card with a man and a woman doing the position. "Now, this is your position. Face each other on the mat. Slowly bend down facing each other. Now take a few steps backwards to make sure your forehead touches with that of your partner's. Now, stretch your hands and rest it on your partner's back to feel the pull."
ALL: Chattering.
Rocco walks around. "Come on we got to get a little bit closer than that. Bum's further out." Lottie laughs. Bobby smirks. "Release your arms after being in that posture for five to seven breaths."
BH Bobby: Raises hands over head. "All you're doing is stretching and doing these moves, like, what's that all about? They are all weird names anyways."
The next card. "Double downward-facing dog."
ALL: "Aw!" "Whoo!"
"What?" Gary commented, looking surprised. And Bobby shook his head as he said, "I ain't got anything in my locker."
BH Rocco: "Yoga definitely broke the ice. It allowed people to get to know each other and probably the boys to get a little closer to some of the girls."
Everyone follows Rocco's lead. "Bend down and touch your toes. Move your hands and feet in opposite directions to create space. Maintain straight toes and grounded feet. Lift your pelvis into an upside-down "V" shape. After learning this pose, have your partner execute it on top of you with their feet on your lower back. The upper person lifts and presses the bottom person's hips."
Rocco and Grace were stretching, bending, and flexing with such ease.
"Oh, the blood's going to my head," said Priya.
Gary yells out, "Ow!" The Islanders laugh.
BH Lottie: "I dated a guy who was a yoga teacher once. Never stopped going on about it. Feels like he cared about it more than me. We argued once because I wasn't bendy enough to pull off The Heron. I'm never doing that again. I've got a rule now. Now more Yogis."
Hope says, "You know I'm pretty sure I've done this one before?"
Bobby teased. "Bet you have!
Hope rolls her eyes. "Not that. Downward Dog or whatever it's called."
The next card is Lord of the Dance Pose. "Both stand in Mountain Pose facing each other. Place your right arm on your partner's right shoulder. Bend your left knee and bring your left heel back. Reach back and grip your ankle. Press your right thigh back and up together. Push your foot away. Close your chests. Hold 5–10 breaths."
Tumblr media
Hope says happily, "Oh, I like this one."
Rocco instructed the group: "Yeah, get bendy. Get bendy."
"Ah!" (LAUGHS) "Ooh!" (LAUGHS)
Noah looked impressed with how well he and Hope were doing. "Look at that."
Rocco said next, "Eye connection."
Hope smiled back, "Oh, yeah."
Rocco complimented Noah and Hope: "Look at that connection."
BH Hope: "I felt a bit like a ballerina that I've never been."
Rocco flipped the card. Stacked Child pose was next. The group starts chattering: "Whoa!" "So who's on the bottom?" "What?"
Lottie looks at her partner and asks, "Can you put your ass down a little bit more, please, Bobby?"
Bobby cries out, "Don't just jump on me." Everyone laughed.
BH Lottie: "Bobby is definitely not flexible."
Rocco gave the group more instructions: "Place your shins on either side of your partner's back while they're in child's pose. Once stable, relax with your head between their shoulder blades."
Marisol tries to get on Gary and fails. "Is that your willy?"
Gary groaned. "Yeah, that hurt"
ALL: "Ooh."
BH Priya: "Doing yoga is definitely a good chance to get closer to Ibrahim. I'm sure we did positions that we never thought of doing." (She giggled).
The next card is Acro Yoga Partner Pose (Front Plank Pose). "One partner lies on their back with their legs and arms straight up. The other will clasp hands and place the person on the ground's feet on the standing person's hips. The upright partner leans forward slowly until the lying partner can balance on their legs."
The Islanders were very vocal: Grunts. Screams. Squeals. Laughs.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Priya complimented her partner, "You're really good." Ibrahim smiled at her as he said, "You're really concentrating."
BH Marisol: "I don't think Gary has ever done yoga before. A yoga class is meant to be quiet and relaxing. Me and Gary were the absolute opposite."
Plank on plank pose card was next. The Islanders were very vocal again: "Get bending." "Oh, yeah." "Oh!"
Marisol looks over at Hope and Noah and states, "That was really good. Oh, my God!"
Lottie says in an exasperated tone, "Of course Noah is good at this. He is balancing Hope perfectly." Lottie turns to Bobby and says, "Why couldn't you be more like Noah."
BH Bobby: "I had a fantastic view in yoga. (LAUGHS) Yeah I was loving yoga."
"Next pose here is called, 'Let's Pray to Keep It Up'. The Partner High Lunge involves lifting your back heel off the ground. Start in a high lunge with your backs to each other and your back feet in line with each other's back knees. Face away from each other. Reach for your partner's hands while maintaining a gentle backbend position and extending the arms upward to the sky."
Hope said, "Oh, my God we are geniuses. We are amazing yoga people. OK."
“This hurts my groyne,” Bobby says with a laugh and sighs.
"Fuck!" Gary's body shifts as he comes dangerously close to losing his sense of balance.
Bobby wobbles while exclaiming, "Why is this so difficult?" Before losing his balance and crashing to the ground.
"I call this one The Egyptian Pyramid." (Partner Double Boat Pose). "Sit facing your partner, knees bent, feet flat on the mat, and toes touching. Grab hands. Lean back and elevate your right foot (partner's left foot) to a 90-degree angle. Join soles. After stabilising, press your second feet together. Your soles will make contact when you hold hands with all four legs above the ground. Boat stance with your partner, belly button engaged."
Hope cried out, "This isn't gonna work. You're too tall."
Priya giggled and asked, "Do you like the view?" and Ibrahim replied, "Oh, yeah."
"My right hamstrings' cramped! Ow!" Lottie moans. "Oh, my God I can't do it, I can't do it!
"I don't usually touch feet with someone so early." says Marisol to her partner, and Gary responds, "It's a weird one, isn't it?" She noda her head in agreement.
BH Priya and Ibrahim: He says, "I think we had a good yoga relationship. I could see us doing couples yoga." Priya's eyes go wide in surprise as looks at the camera, shaking her head sideways.
Rocco instructs them next, "Now spread your legs out, this is the Spread Eagle."
"I'm not so good at this..." Bobby moaned to which Rocco said, "Mate, yoga is universal."
Bobby replied, "No I mean, I literally can't spread my legs that wide. I don't think I'm cut out for this. I'm not much of an eagle. My wings don't spread wide enough. I guess I'm more like a Blue Tit, or something."
Rocco shook his head, "Mate! Don't be so harsh on yourself. You're so much more than just a tit. That didn't come out how I wanted it to. You know what I mean!"
Bobby laughs light-heartedly. "Maybe I want to be a tit?"
The other's burst out laughing. Gary groans and says, "Oh great, I think I pulled a muscle." Rocco just said it sounds to me like you need more regular classes.
Hope smiled. "Don't worry Gary, we'll get you limbered up in no time." Gary rolled his eyes and grumbled, "I can't wait."
"OK, OK. Enough chatter, you lot. We're going to do the wind-down sesh now. This is the most important part." Everyone finds their way back to their own mat. Rocco takes the lead on more chilled, relaxing sequences of moves. It's quiet in the garden, except for the sounds of everyone breathing. The exercise sequences continue in silence for a little while longer, before winding down to a close. "Then we're going into my personal favourite, the Morning Glory. Alright. Now I want you all to hold this position. And while you do, let your troubles and worries blow away. Close your eyes, and try to visualise your happiness."
Priya said happily, "Ooh, this is so nice. My happiness looks like... a blooming lotus flower."
Marisol frowned and said, "All I can see is darkness. I guess that's my type." Hope agreed with her and said, "Yeah, nah, I'm not seeing anything either."
All are sitting on mats, criss-crossed legs. Rocco says, "Namaste!"and bows.
ALL: "Namaste!" and bow.
