NUEVO KLAREDO, TAM.- El porcentaje de empresas mexicanas que han encontrado en la inteligencia artificial (IA) un aliado para gestionar su reputación online ha llegado a un 46 %, y así lo ha confirmado un estudio elaborado por Capterra de forma reciente. El mismo también ha abordado otros datos sobre el estatus de uso de esta tecnología en el mundo empresarial, como por ejemplo cuáles han sido los softwares más eficientes hasta la fecha, las ventajas que promete y los rangos de presupuestos que se destinarán a ella.
Los programas vinculados a la IA más aplicados para gestionar la reputación online
Prácticamente el total de las empresas mencionadas con anterioridad han utilizado estos tres programas vinculados a la IA para gestionar su reputación online: - Software de monitoreo de redes sociales - Software de gestión de marca - Software de encuestas Además, éstas han admitido estar satisfechas con los resultados obtenidos tras su aplicación. “Cuando una empresa implementa tecnología de inteligencia artificial en marketing digital o en cualquier proceso de trabajo es recomendable capacitar a los empleados sobre cómo usar las herramientas y establecer políticas de uso. Estas prácticas minimizan los riesgos de un mal uso por parte del usuario, así como malos resultados u outputs”, han recomendado los expertos de la investigación al respecto.
Ventajas que han obtenido con su implementación
Algunas de bondades que les ha brindado esta tecnología a las organizaciones que la implementan son las siguientes: - Una interpretación de datos más rápida y eficiente, en el 60 % de los casos. La IA puede combinarse con un software de análisis de datos para favorecer los resultados. - Una investigación bajo la misma índole (más rápida y eficiente), en el 50 % de ellos. Particularmente cuando se apoya con un software para estudios de mercado. - La capacidad de realizar una gama más amplia de tareas, en el 42 % de ellos. Más cuando se asocia a un software de gestión de tareas. - Mayor confianza al asumir nuevos proyectos, en el 42 % de ellos. En este punto se puede combinar con un software de gestión de proyectos. - Más tiempo libre, que puede utilizarse en tareas más importantes, en un 41 % de ellos. Principalmente cuando se vincula con un software para workflow.
Aumentará la inversión en IA en México
Gracias a su efectividad, las compañías que ya usan inteligencia artificial dentro de sus negocios han asegurado que aumentarán su inversión en ella de cara los próximos dos años, es decir, entre 2024 a 2026. - El 41 % de ellas le aumentará en un 10 %. - El 29 % lo hará entre un 6 % y un 10 %. - Finalmente, el 22 % la hará entre un 5 % o menos. “Las expectativas de estas empresas sobre los beneficios que proporcionará esta tecnología en su gestión de reputación online son en el análisis de datos y conocimientos (56 %), en la automatización de tareas (45 %) y en mejorar la satisfacción del cliente (41 %).
