I really think the only asides episode that should’ve been canonised as actual TS Sides is working through intrusive thoughts, with maybe a quick recap in the finale of who nico is, cause the other two episodes felt like fun filler, but WWIT hinted orange like a ton, as for the adverts being renamed asides? eh. Rewatching TASM, and honestly I think it’s interesting that they (the writers) initially gave a pretty noble reason for Dr. Connors to take the serum (other than the fact he wants his arm back) which was to experiment it on himself so that Oscorp wouldn’t experiment on other people like the ones in the veteran’s hospital.

… but then they toss that out in his pursuit to “cure” the human race.

Happy anniversary to Supernatural barely half confirming one of the biggest ships in internet fandom history, then speedrunning bury your gays by having the character who confessed be quite literally immediately dragged away to an endless sentient nothing that actively hates him and will try to torture him forever as a direct consequence of his happiness in finally admitting to the man he loves that he loves him, to which he never receives a response.

This beloved character that had been a mainstay for 12 of the show’s 15 seasons and a main character for most of them who by the end of the show was literally raising a son with the other two protagonists is only barely mentioned maybe twice more by his family in the remaining episodes. The love confession not a love confession it was completely platonic what are you crazy queers talking about lmao is never addressed. And we never actually see his face or hear his voice again and the only further information we get is that he somehow got out of SuperHell and is back in regular heaven in a single line in a series finale so dissonant and shitty that the fan theory that the final villain actually won makes more sense than whatever the fuck they were trying to do.
