I was never really a fan of genderbends but an iasip genderbend has such good implications. My favorite of which is a male barbara impregnating a female bruce then gaslighting fran into thinking she's pregnant, stealing the babies from bruce, make fran think she is going into labor with the baby twins hidden in a bag or something and then paying off the docters to fake a birth. The thing is, I think any version of frank could have fallen for that.

Lydia deetz mother was murdered when she was just 12. Her case being left as a cold one pushed Lydia to find her own answers. Kate quit! Barbara: Yeah, she split after the curling iron caught fire and burned Cass's outfit. Cass, holding her Black Bat costume: It's not that bad, right? Duke: No. It doesn't look horribly burnt at all. [ Tim jumps down. ] Tim: Ah! Duke: How did you put your pants on!? Stephanie, jumping on the raccoon: There it is! Duke: Stephanie, be careful. Steph! Barbara: Does anyone know where Tim went? [ Tim is in the Batmobile. ] Barbara: Harper! Go out and find him! Stephanie: Someone needs to cover my patrol tonight. The raccoon got my hands. Talking about Barbara Gordon

All the hate this character gets is just so stupid. A while ago (a long while) I was reading a Dick Grayson fanfic and the author decided to portray Barbara as an antagonist (almost a villain), I have no intention of limiting any author's creative freedom (do what you want with your writing, I guess), but SHE decided to explain herself immediately, she said she hated Barbara because of the comic where she cheats on Dick Grayson with Bruce and gets pregnant by Bruce, ok, did that really happen? Yes. Is that a good reason to hate Barbara? Nah, this is DC, do you remember how many stories have been written with these 100-year-old characters? I won't mention how many times DC has written the craziest things possible and then backtracker. And you can get all delusional and tell me "But she can hate the character for that, it's no big deal", ok, so let's pretend we don't know where this hatred comes from, shouldn't she hate Bruce too? Like the man who impregnated his own son's fiancée or girlfriend (I can't remember)? Why was this hatred reserved only for Barbara? This character has suffered many injustices, even from the writers themselves, do you really need to hate her for nothing?

finally! ref sheets for both my mcs from pixelberry’s classic games: blair (she/they) from high school story and claribel (she/her) from hollywood u.

pixelberry was awful at tracking/making the timeline clear back then so i set their stories at their third year of high school/university, which would be 2013 for blair and 2014 for claire (so, when the games were released). that's it! (i dont know what else to say)

Do you think AK tim would like to get close to Jason at all? I can imagine the only reason for them meeting would be because of babs and obviously Jason loves and respects babs enough to meet Tim if she begged enough…but how would they be around each other?

Meh, I don't really see it. Tim doesn't seem to have much respect for Jason, and this is even before he learned that it was Jason who kidnapped Barb, who helped Scarecrow fake her death and put him through hell over it.

I really dislike how Barbara Gordon's moral greyness is erased. Like, this woman is basically personification of survlliance state, she worked closely with Amanda Waller and Suicide Squad (notably morally grey bunch) and was considered as Waller's successor, wanted to straight up snipe out Roman Sionis and advocated for killing Joker. And it all just never grappelled with in favour of flattening her up as 'just reasonable voice of reason, totally normal person'. She could be so interesting if anyone bothered
