the only thing I've posted abt modern caldre is that i dont think they would still shoot up their school. i still stand by this, let me elaborate. i think both of them would still be really mentally ill, but they wouldn't need to be repressed as much bc of social and societal changes of now compared to 2001. AND they would have better access to the internet and we all know there are loads of stuff to enjoy and communities to join and feel belonging in instead of plotting mass murder. still, i enjoy thinking of what zero day would have been like if it happened today too!!

lets say they would be seniors this year, like me. shit shut down in their 7th grade year and almost all of their 8th grade year would of been online. those are very much formative years lmao.

IM GOING TO ANSWER THIS ASSUMING U KNOW WHAT NHW IS. IF YOU DONT IM SO SORRY but also the masterpost is HERE which has basically all the context u need i think.

awesome place to start is reading This Post because it basically lays out the essentials for amity in general and gives you a good idea of their whole deal (theres also this one. which is a joke. but its my favorite ever and i think you will appreciate the clarence)

since i mostly ran thru the basics of their plot timeline super quick in that post i can get into details in this one :] putting a lot of it under the cut so its not 12 miles long hehe

i really like leaving a lot of the amity stuff to be mystery partially because it will literally NEVER come up in the "canon timeline" or whatever since it all happened x number of years ago and partially because giving it an air of mystery makes it seem more myth/legend than anything concrete. which!! since its supposed to be the nhw equivalent of the spirit world i love the idea that its vague and mysterious and hard to comprehend that the Chaos Zone (colloquial name for the quarantine area around the city where they keep the trickster trapped) used to be like. a relatively peaceful idyllic city with only a small handful of capes and not a lot of action. that being said i do in fact have clam flavored brain worms which means i cannot help thinking about clarence and mal in so much detail that is SO unnecessary to the rest of the story other than serving to make what happened to them more tragic.

ANYWAY. all that being said that is my excuse for not having any solid ideas on mals trigger event. ive kind of played around with the idea that he's a case 53 (cauldron dropped him into the city mid-ghoul transformation and full of amnesia so he had. basically no identity before then and no idea where or who or what he was so he just kind of started breaking things) but honestly i havent thought abt it all that much bc its just not that important. either way. he started out as an unaffiliated rogue/villain. as ghoul, he was in his brute form like 90% of the time and behaved pretty much like a less cannibalistic venom. just kind of like. causing damage just because he can. really the ONLY two capes in amity at the time were Whisperer (clarence) and Afterlife (duck) (<< first duck mention btw!). Afterlife is a lot more apathetic to things like this (hes old. hes tired. hes survived WELL past the cape life expectancy but theres no real protocol for capes retiring because usually they just. die. so hes still here) and he really only responds to things he deems an emergency, and some rando causing property damage isnt enough to put ghoul on his radar. so that left Whisperer to deal with him. his powers are very nonviolent non-confrontational so his way of dealing with villains is to use his. basically tranquilizer powers to get them to stop doing whatever theyre doing (its a good thing amity is peaceful. this is NOT a. super great awesome offensive power and he can get very easily overwhelmed against more than one target). so he does this to Ghoul and since his he's a new cape and is not fully under control of his changer powers yet, his brute form drops as soon as hes calm and hes just. some sad disheveled looking guy.

so clarence sees this guy who is just. so incredibly lost. whether thats because of case 53 amnesia or like. post-trigger, post-changer state disorientation, hes just. like. pathetic. hes not being a villain because hes evil hes just doing things because he doesnt know what else to do. so clarence, who is way too kindhearted for his own good, offers to help him. and mal, who has probably never given this sort of softness in his life. just immediately fucking melts into it. of course he accepts that offer he has nothing else to do! he doesnt really care about being a hero or a villain or anything like that (having a morality crisis is boring and a waste of time) but this man is literally glowing and offering him a hand to hold and a purpose and something other than just mindless destruction

so mal drops the name Ghoul and gets his changer powers better under control and properly develops his master powers instead of his brute powers and becomes what essentially ends up being Whisperer's sidekick under the new name Purgatory (which. i really made on a whim at the time but now that i have had time to think about it really has a lot of significance to his character and state of mind and it makes me SICK)

mal has a sort of hero worship crush on clarence like. thats His Hero. thats the guy who picked him up off the ground and helped him stand out of the kindness of his heart and they know each other out of costume now and even in his civilian life clarence is funny and laid back and so easy to talk to and. mal is not those things. god he is so down bad. relationship wise i will point to this convo which i still stand by

but i think like. both in and out of costume theyre kind of inseparable. mal is like. suuuper super protective over clarence to the point where its kind of an intimidation factor to other people. scary dog privilege or whatever. i like to refer to it as like... if clarence was a prince mal would be his loyal knight. if mal was an animal he would be a falcon (fast, sharp, dangerous, always returns to its master etc etc etc).

its also really important to me that clarence DOES NOT see their relationship like this at all he is so. oblivious. or if hes not oblivious he just doesnt do anything about it or puts it out of his mind or whatever. i think one of clarences big flaws is that hes almost too laid back about certain things that he maybe should care about a little more? big "itll be fine" in situations where things . PROBABLY will not be fine if he doesnt do something about it. so while he doesnt really purposefully encourage mals weird hero worship with him he also doesnt really do anything to dissuade it either. so thats how we get to. where we get to. with them. ouhghhh boy.

i already talked abt this pretty in depth in the other post but trickster appears, kills clarence in front of mal, and it just BREAKS something fundamental in him. once the trickster throws him out of the city i think the prt has to drag him away kicking and screaming because theres NO way he would willingly walk away from that (ESPECIALLY because... clarence's body is still there. he never got a proper funeral or burial or anything hes just.... there on the street or on the roof of a building like hes nothing). they probably put him in some kind of custody which he inevitably breaks out of and goes out on his own. i think he tries to go back to the city only to find the walls already in place and no way to get in without fighting a LOT of soldiers and ripping through a lot of anti-cape measures. which he is emotionally willing to do, but hes not stupid. he knows he needs backup. so he seeks out the worlds most dangerous most awful notorious capes ever. and thats how he ends up with the slaughterhouse 9! his eventual goal with them is to manipulate them into helping him get back into amity and kill the trickster. which is OBVIOUSLY not how things turn out, but thats his motivation at least.

when wraith ends up in the public eye with the new haven wards and his costume is sooooo so eerily close to the whisperer, mal kind of Leaves the s9 for a bit? hes still a member and everything, he doesnt actively quit or betray them or anything bc thats like asking to get killed, but he stops travelling with them in order to. whats the nicest way i can say this. research? the wards. specifically wraith. that little unhinged piece of his mind that snapped when clarence was killed gives him this horrible idea that wraith is just.. clarence reincarnated. its probably been close to 20ish years since the amity incident at this point, so the timing even lines up close enough for him to be convinced. so that starts his weird obsession with william, which eventually involves him nominating william as a potential candidate to join the s9 in the trials (william has a Complex about this) and other fucked up things like the tide fridge (<< our loving name for when mal kidnaps tide and keeps him in jars or whatever in the spirit world in canon etc)

hes my favorite fucked up little guy!!!!!!! i hate him so much i want to hit him with hammers but also ive had a specific stained glass art piece depicting the biblical purgatory that i really want to draw as him and clarence so like. take that as you will. im obsessed with them i think abt them so much even though clarence has like no bearing on the actual plot of nhw since the whole "william is the next whisperer" thing is nonexistent. i got distracted writing this a FEW times so i maybe forgot some things so if theres anything else u want to know about them... hmu. i love 2 talk abt them so much <3

The bride is Chrysta, yes! Though, the AU itself is for my own self indulgence in my weird addiction for strange dramatic vampire ideas/dreams, but I want the AU to be for everyone! So honestly, anyone can imagine the bride to be whoever they want! An X reader, insert, OC, go ahead and imagine your own story and take on the boys I don't mind!

Did Michael just find a rando for the boys, or did they choose her specifically? Well... Yes AND no. Like in just the Lost Boys in general with Chrysta, she helped out with Grandpa Emerson or stopped by with some meals her aunt made, so she knew Mister Emerson well. In the AU, the only difference is that she knows all of the Emersons well and visits to bring by some flowers for the Church's garden!

She had become an offer after one late night when her curiosity about the holy grounds got the best of her late one night and she went exploring, finding some rather pretty flowers and picking some to possibly take home or give to the Emersons, when she found the almost hauntingly beautiful red and white roses she'd ever seen climbing up a wall and gate she just had to steal a few! But as she went to take some, a noise startled her, and her finger caught a nasty thorn, leaving a good injury that stained the thorn and petals in her blood. The sound was Michael, who quickly told her to get away from there and hurry back home before she got into any more trouble.

So, the boys hadn't exactly seen or found her, but it was her blood they were immediately drawn to like moths to a flame. And it didn't take long for Michael to know exactly who they were demanding for either as he had a recollection of that night he caught a very curious and blissfully unaware Chrysta getting a little too close to the vampires domain...

The boys try and do their best to share their love for their new coven member! But sometimes they get a bit over protective and territorial. Especially Marko and Paul, they aren't big fans of sharing when they don't feel like it..

Ah, yes... Their was supposed to be a little Honeymooning lovin after they had got their hands on her... But consummation to a bride who's pretty much horrified of you and your very being isn't exactly easy - and they weren't going to force her or harm her, of course not! They wanted their new pet to like them. They needed their pretty little creature to fall for them as hard as they did for her.

And baby bats in the future are still in consideration... There would probably be a fight for who gets a baby first, but without a doubt it'd be David. He always has the first say when it comes to the vampires.

And FINALLY... Does she fall for the boys? Im... Still figuring this out- CAUSE ON ONE HAND SOME SORT OF BEAUTY AND THE BEAST ESQUE LOVE STORY HAS ME IN A CHOKE HOLD DONT GET ME WRONG...

But I'm just... There's something about a tragic doomed ending that just has me even more by the throat - something like Phantom Of The Opera or even Labyrinth that has this... Creature in desperate need of love but the way they try to achieve it through cruelty and harming others just to keep the very thing they want like a treasure to own rather than a person is something I can't help but love. The Agency was completely quiet for once. Dazai and Kunikida were on a mission together, just like Kenji and Tanizaki, Naomi was out shopping with Kyouka, Yosano was buying more bandages and a new chainsaw, the President was having a negotiation with Mori, Atsushi was out "fighting" Akutagawa and Ranpo was on a crime scene.

Which means that when you arrived at this building, you found no one to welcome you. You sighed, although you didn't get mad, you knew that your friends were out doing their job... so you decided to use that time to explore around the building.

You went around and checked everyone's desks, making your heart skip a beat when you almost knocked over a pen holder on Kunikida's perfectly tidy and organized desk, and in the end you found it. The treasure. Your eyes literally lighted up at the sight: you had found Ranpo's stack of sweets.

You genuinely wondered how Ranpo was able to eat all that sugar without getting sick, but a rumble in your stomach made you snap back to reality. You were hungry, but you couldn't eat those sweets... you knew how jealous the detective was of his food, so you decided not to touch anything.

After an hour, the pile of candy was complete gone, and you gulped when you heard the door open and the sound of approaching steps. It wasn't your lucky day. Before you could even think about hiding the evidence of your hideous crimes, Ranpo appeared before you.

"AAAAAHH I'm so disappointed! The case was so easy that I spotted the culprit from afar! I didn't even get to use my ability! Seriously, isn't there an intelligence test to become a policeman?" The detective was clearly grumpy, so he did the thing that usually cheered him up, which was eating sweets to his heart's content.

However, his frown deepened when he found his stack completely gone and the wraps all scattered around the floor. "Rando..." The detective looked at you with a piercing gaze, even putting on his glasses, "do you know where my candy went? "I... you... no... I mean... I didn't... well... I WAS HUNGRY!!!" You couldn't lie at all, especially to the greatest detective of all times.

"Now I'm hungry! What am I supposed to eat, huh?" If you hadn't been so nervous, you would've probably noticed the playfully ominous glint in your best friend's eyes. "Erm... I... I think Kunikida left s-some raw veggies in the fridge..?"

"EEEEEEEHHH VEGGIES??? BLEH! HOW DARE YOU?! YOU'RE GONNA GET IT!!" The green-eyed guy jumped on you, but you managed to put your hands on his shoulders and push him off... Or so you thought.

When you raised your arms, two fingers immediately wormed under your arms, thoroughly digging in the very center of your underarms. "KYAAAHAHEHEHEHE RAHAHAHANPO WAIHIHIHIT NOOOO!!!" You were immediately reduced to a laughing mess, but Ranpo showed no mercy.

On the contrary, he moved his hands and made you think he had decided to spare you and let it slide for once, but right after you breathed a sigh of relief, twenty wiggling fingers descended on your poor tummy.

"WAAAAHHAHAHAHAHA NOHOHOHO RAHAHANPOHOHO NAHAHAT THIHIHIS!!!" You begged, wishing your thin cotton shirt could protect you better from the pokes, pinches, scribbles and spiders that were targeting your midriff.

"Yes, this! You deserve it for eating my secret stack of sweets! Hmph!!" He huffed while he started circling your belly button. "NONONOHOHOHOHO BROHOHO PLEAHAHASE LEHEHET'S TAHAHALK ABOHOHOUT THIHIHIS..!" As soon as you understood where his finger was going, you started pleading and squirming, making the tickly feeling even worse (or better).

"You should've thought about it before eating my snacks... now I'm gonna dig and get them back!" The brunette exclamation as his finger found your bellybutton and started wiggling extra quickly, as if it was digging in your poor belly.

"AAAAAAAAAHAHHAHAEHEHHEHE NAH- NAHAHAHAHAHAHA NOHOHOT THIHIHIS PLEHEHEAHASEEE" It surprised you how mean a cute guy like Ranpo could be, but there you were, squirming like a little worm, trying in vain to escape your tickly fate.

But alas, your yelling, squirming, pleading and begging fell on deaf ears. Only when your laughter went silent and you asked him to stop, Ranpo actually ceased his assault. "Are you okay?" The detective asked while handing you a glass of water "Sorry if I overdid it..."

"Don't worry, I'm fine, and well... it was deserved hehe" You gave him an embarrassed smile and scratched the back of your head, "Now... shall we go buy more candy and annoy Poe?"

im currently interested in worshipping persephone, hades and hekate. also one ouranic deity: tyche. im mostly placing offerings at their altars atm as i dont really understand how to properly communicate, but yesterday night i tried talking to them mentally and lighting candles, and the flames seemed to react? tyches candleflames were high, one of them was smoking (both of my candles for her are identical) and both of them were dancing towards me (once again, mundane over magic, but there was no draft in the room). hades, persephones and hecates candleflame was high and flickering very aggressively (mundane over magic, but it was actually the first time i saw a candleflame behave like that in general).

I'm glad my advice was helpful to you. Especially as a beginner, it's super easy to get caught up in a mindset that focuses more on spiritual causes than mundane causes, so no sweat. Know it happens to many people!

I'm going to put a "read more" because this post is super long after this point. 💀

In regards to how you're worshipping these deities, it sounds like you're off to a great start! Interpreting candle flames is actually a known form of deity communication and divination, so it makes sense that you noticed reactions within the flames. That's already a form of communication you can practice and look more into! This is known as pyromancy and was a historic practice used to discern messages and omens from the gods. Here's a pretty good guide to pyromancy, but please know that all divination is highly intuitive and should mostly be interpreted in your own way for the best results (this takes practice). Also, if you're looking for more ways to communicate with deities, I recommend checking out my pinned post. The Deities & Entities, Hellenic Polytheism, and Divination (← will be updated soon) sections may be particularly helpful to you.

When it comes to worshipping deities, just in general, there is no right or one way to do it. There is no "proper" way which is why it's difficult to give specific advice on. Different things work better for different people. If you're interested in worshipping them in a way that emulates historic worship, I recommend you do your own research on these deities and their ancient cults. I do incorporate historic practices into my personal worship, but I don't emulate them exactly, so I'm honestly not the best person to ask about that specifically. Honestly speaking, giving basic offerings and bonding with your deities are all you really need at a base level. If you want to do more, however, such as rituals or the like, those are things you'll need to do your own research for (using Google Scholar and reading books on the topic because you don't want to get this info from some rando online; it's best to go to the most reliable sources first with these deities especially).

I will say that historically, Hades was never mentioned directly by name out of fear of inviting death to one's doorstep. He was often referred to by alternate names, such as Aides, Aidoneus, Zeus Meilichios, Zeus Eubouleus, Dis Pater (Roman), and Pluton (Roman). The "Zeus" names might seem quite odd, but ancient Greeks would refer to Hades as "the other Zeus" or "another Zeus" to avoid saying his name directly while still showing him respect. This doesn't have to be a rule you follow, as many modern worshippers of Hades don't seem to, but I figured I'd share this fact so that you know about it at least.

Some advice I will give regarding Persephone is to not buy into the portrayals of her relationship with Demeter being abusive or shitty that modern media so often depicts. The original hymn that tells the story of Persephone is called the "Hymn to Demeter" (I recommend you read the ancient hymns and myths; it can provide further context for things as well as information about deities; most can easily be found on Theoi.com) for a reason. The myth of Persephone being kidnapped by Hades was very culturally impactful in ancient Greece, especially for mothers who often saw their daughters being pawned away to unknown men without their consent. For many mothers, seeing Demeter be able to stand up to the men who took her daughter from her was an immensely powerful statement, as well as Demeter still being able to see Persephone, if only for half of the year. There are other interpretations of this myth as well that explain other cultural and religious impacts of it, such as the story being a metaphor for the death of a child. The main point I'm making is not to believe that Demeter treats Persephone like ass and/or that Persephone went to the Underworld of her own free will (based upon the mythos) because that is straight up never mentioned in any ancient Greek texts; it is a solely modern invention. Be respectful when/if Demeter is mentioned; this advice may not seem very relevant, but you'd be surprised how many people are misinformed about this myth and trash Demeter for doing something she quite literally never did in the myth itself.

Regarding Hekate, I will say that she has often been conflated as the "Triple Moon Goddess" or "The Maiden, The Mother, and The Crone". This is something created solely by the Wiccan religion and is not historically accurate at all. She was never seen as having those roles. She was still said to have three faces, however, and was seen as the goddess of the crossroads and doorways. In the myth of Persephone's kidnapping, Hekate is the one who witnessed Persephone's abduction and offered to help Demeter find her kidnapped daughter. I know a few people who worship Hekate in a more esoteric sense which is 100% an option if that path interests you. I can ask someone for things you can read about going down that path if you'd like.

Unfortunately, I don't know much about Tyche. I honestly haven't looked into her before and don't know much about the ways she was worshipped in the past. Something that was a common thing for Ouranic deities specifically, though, was burning offerings (only if safe to do so) and letting the smoke travel upwards to the sky. It was believed that the smoke would reach Olympus itself which was how the Ouranic gods received those offerings, especially food offerings of meats. That's all the useful info I can likely give about Tyche.

Wow! That's a really intense taglock and your boyfriend really trusts you.

In my practice, I don't normally separate out types of taglocks excepting in level of power. If you wanted to think about specifically how to use a tooth, I would think about it sympathetically. Obviously, the taglock is best at being a taglock to his teeth - so if you needed to do teeth magic? Yeah, that's getting weird already. I suppose you could use it to make somebody's teeth fall out, but we aren't hexing here so let's look at it more generally.

So, what do you want to do with it? Since he's your boyfriend, I'd suggest doing some generalized protection magic on him since presumably, you want him to stay happy and healthy.

What I would do is create a spell jar of some variety with the tooth and some protective herbs. I would look for herbs or plant matter that grows close to your boyfriend - for instance, most trees have a protective quality to them so dried leaves from the oak tree that grows outside his window would be a good example of this. Second to that, I would consider foods that he likes - is there a protective herb that he really likes to eat? I would just go with a small jar with his tooth, dirt from his house, a protective plant that grows near his house, and one that he likes to eat.

Put them all in a small jar along with a name paper with his full name and date of birth on it and then seal the jar with black wax and burn a black candle on top. You can work with protective deities if that's your thing.

Really, I'm trying to give you the bones of a spell here. How you awaken the spell, the actual magic part, is up to you and your traditions. I'm assuming here that you know how to make the magic you're just looking for the what of it all.

Don't worry anon, I'll still be here on Tumblr even if no one else is. Unless, IDK, Mastodon develops a real obvious fandom presence and Tumblr goes down in a blazing dumpster fire of glory. I do think there's less content here for 3H than there was during FE Fates, but also we're in the lull between games right now so there's not a lot going on with FE anyway (beyond teaser stuff, which I imagine a lot of people are ignoring so as to not be spoiled)

I'm sure that if I were forced to I could, eventually, find a way to make Twitter work for me, but other than fan art being over there I really don't think the platform would work for what I like to do. Related to the werewolf predator thing, I like to imagine that both types of werewolves can and used to straight up eat vampires as a fighting tactic. Like if Paul was to take a chunk out of a vampire in wolf form the acid would dissolve the flesh before it could regenerate or try to attack them from the inside, and THAT was how the shapeshigters used to kill vampires primarily before they just figured fire was easier. It would be a useful skill, and it would mean they dont need to shift back into a vulnerable form to kill their prey.

(This sorta segues into how my ideal addition to the twilight universe is the idea of literally any species other then the wolves being adapted specifically to lure and attack the supernatural predators. I wanna see some vampire try to attack some rando and the guy just fuckin eats em. Would both counter the vampires OPness a bit AND provide an extra villain if need be. The shapeshifters kill vampires but only to protect themselves but something like the above would be prone to straight up violence unprovoked. Tbf most ppl say they enjoy the small world of twilight supernatural since it isnt really crowded tho, so I'm probably alone there.)

I DO like the small supernatural world of Twilight. I have a hard time getting into fantasy that has like dozens of different creatures each with their own powers and weaknesses and rulers because then it feels more about the species and powers than the characters. I’m also glad that Twilight doesn’t have like, a secret vampire world that humans don’t know about or something, that it just takes place in the actual world and their capital city is just a regular city and you don’t have to go through a magic portal to get there or whatever. 

So generally when people are like “I wish Angela were a witch” or that they wanted more creatures in Twilight I’m like meh. The last minute addition of actual werewolves already made me kind of roll my eyes because it felt less like careful worldbuilding and more that SM realized she was writing herself into a corner with Caius hating ‘werewolves’ and the shapeshifters standing with the Cullens over the Renesmee mess so “haha whoops they aren’t actually werewolves, teehee!” 

HOWEVER, I am HERE for some vampire-hunting entity. The idea of human-looking creatures that bite back is hilarious and frightening and it would help so much if there were some real threat to the vampires (although we’d still have the Edward and Alice problem, but maybe Alice can’t ‘see’ these beings?). 

Ooh, what if HYBRIDS could eat vampires?! That would relate to the classic dhampir folklore where most offspring of vampires became vampire hunters. Since they only know about five hybrids (Nessie, Nahuel and his sisters) maybe they aren’t aware of this ability, but there could be other hybrids out there who are vampire hunters/can kill (and eat?!) vampires. 

Or else, yeah, let shapeshifting wolves eat vampires. It is kind of ridiculous they have to turn back into human form to burn the pieces.

Thank you for asking about Hyuna, its a unique choice because I feel like shes both enigmatic but also gives a lot of material for how little we've seen of her! I ended up rambling, so let me just tuck this under a...

Thinking about her Even A Little Bit can send me into a spiral of character speculation, but I wouldnt say thats exactly headcanons--thus, I didnt mark that for her! And I really need to make my character speculation post, itll just be genuinely SO LONG for even one character, much less the six of them, lol, kdaljbnadfkjn- orz

I definitely have the feeling that Hyuna will be a very active in the plot, so thats why shes a BEAST, shes going to go ham somehow, trust me. Putting her in a salad blender is about the same as putting her in Alien Stage, and the squeaking and holding her gently in my hands pretty much sums of my feelings whenever I rotate Hyuna in my brain. Ultimately, IM GOING TO BE HURT WHEN SHE DIES, BECAUSE IM PRETTY CONVINCED SHES GOING TO DIE, LOL.

I actually genuinely thought Hyuna was going to live or even potentially take Mizi's place as the MC of Alien Stage, but due to this art and a moot pointing out thats MIZI and not Hyuna (due to the outfit), I can only assume Luka and Mizi meet (as implied in the art) because Luka BEAT HYUNA in their match, so.........

Its a fairly interesting twist if thats the case, because I think that based off Hyuna's apparent desperation to survive and disdain for Luka, itd be easy to assume she would win. Its just going to be sooo sooooo sad for me because I KNOW shes going to have a breakdown and/or try to lash out in her last moments against Luka when she loses. In her brief depiction singing in Sweet Dream, Hyuna looks like shes SINGING HER HEART OUT, and imo, that tells me that despite the hatred, Hyuna can possibly respect Luka enough to give them a fair match rather than straight up trying to murder them. I also think Luka is probably going to win in their match by virtue of Luka's been hinted to be kind of famous and the votes will be purely popularity rather than consideration of effort, quality, passion, etc....extra pain. c:

In my optimism, my current thoughts are: Hyuna vs. Luka happens and Hyuna dies (likely), Hyuna vs. Luka happens and Luka dies (not unlikely, just significatly less likely than I thought before), Hyuna vs. Luka happens with Hyuna losing but she manages to escape (Very Optimistic, Extra Badass Points For Her Tho), or Luka actually battles a rando in the first set of rounds, while Hyuna is an outside force for Alien Stage/trying to sabotage him (fun but honestly a stretch).

Expanding on the last option above, I think its too soon for Luka or Hyuna to die, especially since we dont know much about either of them. Hyuna being an outsider also would make every match in the first set of rounds unique in their own way, as Round 1 establishes, Round 2 has murder, and Ivan's round would serve as a baseline of whats normal (if it goes as I speculate, lol). I also think that Luka and Hyuna are both from an older generation of Alien Stage contestants; thus, one could argue that would make their round unique enough on its own. But I still think itd be perceived as a "standard/baseline" round too similar to what I assume Ivan's round will be. Thus, the last option would have Hyuna be an outsider with no risk of being killed, while Luka also lives by steamrolling their opponent, lol. As both of them provide backstory and thoughts on the other until they actually interact~!

BUT! I think the unique factor could also be fulfilled by the opportunity that Hyuna vs. Luka happens but she escapes, Ill definitely take that. Especially since it seems Hyuna is going to sing AT SOME POINT (Sweet Dream)... If Hyuna can escape, hopefully she can just survive the entire series afterwards, lol.....

Thats not even getting into how I think their dynamic is, how they view each other, and/or how they got to viewing each other that way, but nonetheless...I think a much of that is definitely more speculation and would honestly not find it toooooooo worth saying here because we just dont have that much info of them to work off yet.
