it’s so important to me when optimus and hot rod don’t have a mentor mentee relationship and optimus would never in a million years actively chose him to lead the autobots. i feel like that’s where a lot of other successors fail in appeal to me- like hot shot or smokescreen- because the matrix is essentially gifted to them.

I know people really like unmasking Gabriel and stuff but have we possibly considered that the plating is just. his head..?

I know that all of these are from promo stuff, where creative liberties can be taken, but supreme angels are never displayed as having eyes in ultrakill, and the virtues (notably angels that were once humans) that deal with hell have them removed. It's possible that he just doesn't have eyes at all, with this being his face?

i like it when garak is so uselessly in love with bashir that he has absolutely no idea what to do when bashir reciprocates

he's been in love for forever, and at this point it's static, it's background noise, it's so very normal, just another thread in the fabric of his life, easy and predictable, and then bashir runs up to him in a whirl of motion and pulls him down, and kisses him like he's desperate, like he'll lose his chance if he doesn't act now, and garak just bluescreens. utter shutdown. there is not a single thought in that lizard's head. all he can process is the warmth of bashir's lips on his, and, frankly, even that's a stretch. even after bashir pulls away from the kiss he just stands there, stunned, eyes wide and staring, motionless save for a flicker of his tongue licking at his lips, trying to taste bashir on him, to prove that it happened. he still can't quite bring himself to believe it until later - after bashir has assured himself that garak didn't have a heart attack or some other medical emergency (how embarrassing) - when bashir does it again, and again, and again
