no joke but what I really want for Buddy Daddies as a fandom is to make fanart and fanfic post present time ep12 where Rei wears an arm orthosis when working.

I think varied disability aids being represented would be fantastic, and personally would write Rei as someone being deeply proud of something he's done for his family, but also understanding with time that using an orthosis also helps him at work and in raising Miri. with a giant portion of mobility/motorics aids being represented by prosthetics, seeing more variety and exploring it in fiction would also help making a step in normalising disability treatments.

Starting a reread of The Dresden Files (thank you, @incomingalbatross, for inspiring this), and I got to the part where Marcone and Harry first meet.

Specifically, the part where Harry legs it out of the crime scene so unexpectedly fast that he manages to catch Marcone off guard, and Marcone has to have his vehicle follow him for several blocks before Harry slows down enough for them to catch up.

Marcone does not, of course, let any sense of having been ruffled by this show, but I would have loved to see that first moment of unguarded shock on his face when he goes from, "Oh? A fugitive from the crime scene - Wait a minute, that's the guy we need from the crime scene, why is he so fast, why is traffic so terrible - "

AU where Marcone and Harry's meeting is delayed until significantly further into the investigation because Marcone keeps trying to corner Harry in person, and Harry keeps unexpectedly departing at speed toward exit left, pursued by what Marcone is firmly telling himself was a bear.

As someone starting up their own Undertale AU, what’s the best way to like…get people to see it. Is there a method?

Asking this question to the void: Are there any wyllstarion fics that at some point focus on Wyll's problems? Most end after Astarion is fulfilled and happy and it's just assumed that Wyll's issues go away at some point because he's happy with Astarion, but like, we're missing out on Astarion chewing out Wyll's dad for being a pos. Missing out on Astarion looking through Wyll's contracts after he's appointed Grand Duke and finding little discrepancies that Wyll missed because he's so exhausted (let the man show off his magistrate skills). Missing Astarion comforting Wyll at his father's funeral, Astarion telling Wyll his horns are beautiful on a day when Wyll feels like every decision he's made was been the wrong one. Astarion is just as capable of comforting his lover, he's not *just* a damsel in distress.

I'm wondering if I'm just searching for the wrong stuff because the majority is Astarion centered, and it focuses on his Cazador related trauma and it ends on a happy wedding or something but through all the fics Wyll's issues are never acknowledged. Which yeah, makes sense in an Astarion centered fic, everything other than Cazador is gonna be back burner and is the main source of conflict and pain, but he's a grown ass man. He's fully capable of extending the same love and understanding and help to his lover. Give me a few chapters post-epilogue where Astarion fusses over a tear in Wyll's clothes and stands up to Mizora, and punches Ulder, and saves Wyll from all the ladies at the party they attend because the man is too nice/oblivious to the fact that those vipers were trying to sink their teeth into his husband.

I desperately need fics where both of their sturggles are acknowledged and both their strengths and weaknesses are highlighted not just Astarion being a mess and Wyll being as solid as a tree even at his lowest moments because Astarion can't ever hold himself up.

Room Cleaning Guide

Do you feel like crap? Well if you do, there could be many reasons. But you know what usually makes that a bit better? (Other than a shower, some water, a good meal and a nap) A clean space. Here’s my guide to cleaning your room, as someone with ADHD who tends to be naturally messy, but also can’t function if things aren’t clean. I’ll try to give some of my tips, and also break down the overwhelming process to hopefully give you a starting point.

- First off, the top priority is cleanliness, making things less dirty, organization can come later. Sorting everything into little color-coded containers is fun but not always sustainable. Sometimes the most important thing is just to make sure everything has a place.

- Start by getting everything off the floor and onto surfaces, that way it’s more in view and easily accessible, also less obstacles complicating things.

- Now that everything is at eye level, it’s time to get that stuff further out of the way. First get all of your dirty laundry and drag it out, start up a load and set a timer to go back and switch it over to dry when it’s done.

- Start sorting your piles based on where they need to be put away.

- Take anything that doesn’t belong in your bedroom (dishes, utensils, etc.) and put them out.

- Now that you can mainly stay in one place, put on some music and start putting things away. Dont focus on organizing drawers or anything yet, just get everything in its general place. Remember, don’t put away things you aren’t going to use. Try to be realistic. Are you really going to repurpose that paper bag? Are those keepsakes actually going to be special to you in five years?

- Make sure to gather any trash you find, take a grocery bag or something of the sort around with you. Then take it out of your room and throw it away.

- Great job! Now, go ahead and dust and wipe down your surfaces. I usually like to use Clorox wipes on more frequented areas and a damp rag to dust shelves and the like. Make sure to get all the spots you can! You don’t want dust building up.

- Once your surfaces are sorted now it’s time to tackle the floor. Get everything out of the way and vacuum. For wooden/tile floor I recommend sweeping and then either using a dust pan or a small vacuum to get the pile.

- With all of this stuff down you’re reaching the end! You can stop here or go ahead tackle additional projects like organizing drawers or sorting out your wardrobe.

- Remember to take breaks, drink water, and check up on your laundry!

Baji definitely didn't have much influence from his Latino family in his childhood (yk, growing up in Japan and all) so I feel like he'd partly know Spanish, just enough to get him by (like myself).

One thing he does know how to say fluently, as if he truly were a native speaker, are swears and certain phrases. Now, this varies depending on where you see Baji coming from, as each country has their own ways of phrasing certain things (the bottom phrases are in Mexico spanish so might not be the same in other Latin countries).

"Te voy a chingar," - "chingar" has a few meanings but in this context would mean "I'm going to fuck you up"

"No mames," - you might've heard this one before but it's basically like saying "no fucking way"

"Qué putas quieres?" - what the fuck do you want?

"Quítate," - get off me. i also use this like "get away from me"

Some other words I see Baji using a lot too are "cabrón/cabróna," "pendejo/pendeja," and"pinche güey."

I remember on my first HC of Latino!Baji I said he wouldn't use "mami". Maybe on some rare occasion he would. I can definitely see him using "princesa", but not in an endearing way, but to annoy you (hated being called "princesa growing up ngl). He also probably wouldn't use this often since he most likely favors using "pendeja/pendejo" instead.

Another thing about Latino!Baji is that he uses these phrases/words so often that the other guys start to pick them up and use them too. They definitely ask Baji to translate something from Japanese to Spanish and he tries to give them the best translation he can. Mikey and Kazutora definitely ask him the most though, with Mikey eventually using, "hijo de puta" against Draken during an argument.

Kazutora definitely likes using "mami" (cause he thinks he's so cool). He also probably tries to use "güey," or "vato," at random moments that don't seem necessary. Baji spoke more vulgar when he was younger and as he got older, didn't speak as rough and tries to work on vocabulary and grammar. Though every now and then, he throws out a, "cómo chingas" or "no me jodes".
