Katniss is such an unreliable narrator. She says "Then something unexpected happens. At least, I don't expect it because I don't think of District 12 as a place that cares about me" girl you deliver strawberries to the Mayor, you hunt and trade for the district, when you fell at Prim being chosen someone caught you, when you went to Prim people parted for you, when you volunteered EVERYONE stopped. Idk how to tell you but I think you're a pillar of the community.

Peeta buring the bread and tossing some to her then taking a beating from his mom is a HUGE thing in the books.#he used his resources to help her like you all said someone should.#district 12 DID (rip) care about Katniss before the hunger games. why do you think she was allowed to hunt? or how her trades were good #these are the little ways 12 can shows Katniss they love her. but again Katniss doesn't see this and YES its because she had ptsd before the #hunger games as well. i swear some of you make it seem like d12 was all living a life of luxury and glaring down at Katniss.#other things that show Katniss is in hight standing with at least her people of d12 is her dad was known enough through d12 for peeta dad to #comment on his singing along with his commenting on her mom. also her mom is a healer in the community. yeah her parents arnt the top but #of d12 but they are/were definitely high staning in the Seam.

Nightwing swished his hips along with his arms, managing to evade punches and kicks thrown his way.

Joker: You have to be kidding me! He's just one former Robin! There are five of you!

Mitch (Goon): He's also a damn acrobat and multitasker—Ow!

Nightwing effortlessly kicked a goon in the front and the back while continuing to sing.

Nightwing (singing, bending backward and backflipping): Deeper than the ocean is. Wind it back, I'll take it slow—

He kicked two men while standing upside down. The Joker stood by, unsure how anyone was managing to match his chaos. His left eye twitched as he smiled, straining to tolerate the singing.

Nightwing (singing, back on his feet): Leave you with that afterglow. Show you what devotion is. Deeper than the ocean is!

Joker (to Batman): Tell him to stop!

Batman (punching a goon): Does it bother you?

Joker: You know what, yes! I hate K-pop just as much as I hated those ridiculous musicals the other one sings! Yet your stupid birds are singing now!

Batman (gritting his teeth, hating Joker more than the singing): Nightwing! Keep going.

Nightwing grinned eagerly, spinning on one leg and kicking down another goon. He sang with energy he had been holding back for days. Oracle, listening in on the dialogue, joined in as well.

He spun a goon by the arm as if they were dancing together.

Goon: This is leaving me sexually confused!

Nightwing kicked the man to the ground afterwards, mainly because he was having fun.

Nightwing (singing, alongside Red Hood’s background vocals): You wrap around me and you give me life, and that's why night after night, I'll be loving you right.

Joker (talking to himself): No, no! I'm not going to hit him because then he'll be winning!

Joker decided to go after Batman instead, while Nightwing, Red Hood, and Oracle sang the chorus in different areas.

Trio (singing): Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday—(a week).

Batman hid it well, but he was thoroughly enjoying the singing and the negative effect it was having on the Joker. He delivered several blows while Nightwing took down more goons with backflips and punches, all the while adding to their sexual frustration.

Trio (singing): Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, seven days a week, every hour, every minute, every second. You know night after night. I'll be loving you right, seven days a week.

A few hours later, after the father-son duo finished fighting, Nightwing and Batman sat together, sipping hot chocolate.

Batman: I don't understand K-pop, but that was entertaining.

Nightwing: You only let me do it because it annoyed the Joker more. Thanks for that.

Batman: No problem. Trust me, if it angers him, you guys can sing show tunes when he's around.

I love dark complex characters, villains are always my favorite. I love Singed and Ambessa. I love how everything awful they do it's born out of love, even if they are hurting their daughters with their misguided love

I love Silco, one of the best written characters I've seen, how he committed so much crimes in name of "progress" for Zaun, just to then throw it all away because he couldn't let go of his daughter, the person he loved the most

I love dark Jayce with all my soul, I love that he's so bright and seemingly good at first glance just for his hidden darkness to show, the mask to slip. His obsession, his selfishness, his love, all revealed the moment he's about to lose Viktor

Love that Jayce loves Viktor enough to not just live for him, but also to kill for him, to even kill Viktor out of love.

There's so much hidden depth inside Jayce, without Viktor, without his light, there's nothing inside his heart but a deep, deep, dark abyss that swallows everything

I love dark evil Viktor, I love Viktor as a villain, I don't think they went far enough with him in the show, I wanted them to go farther

I wanted to see kind, soft spoken Viktor break, I wanted to see what it would take for him to scream, to kick, to bare his teeth and bite until it draws blood

To be cruel and for him to think that he has a right to it after everything he's gone through

In your Spitfire AU, since Zuko is looking after Lu Ten II, what happened to Ursa?

Zuko is slightly older in the Spitfire AU. He was banished at fifteen, his head a little clearer and denial a little weaker than in canon. After his first look through the Air Temples, Zuko decides that if he can't find a myth, he might as well search for the next best thing.

Finding Ursa isn't easy, but in time he makes it to a secluded house in a near-forgotten part of the world. His mom is there, older and stronger and alive.

But she isn't alone.

And Zuko, as it turns out, didn't keep the best company during his search.

When Ursa is discovered and her secrets are laid bare for assassins (for Ozai) to find, she begs Zuko to take his little brother and run. She'll do anything it takes to protect her children, even if that means leaving them behind to keep a target off their back. Ursa diverts attention from them and allows Lu Ten's ancestry to be kept a secret. She orders Zuko not to follow her again, and disappears.

Zuko is left with a little three-year-old brother to raise and a mother he cannot hold onto.
