Pemika is such a manipulator. The ending when everyone was seemingly "getting what they always wanted" felt like some kind of consolation reward to keep them grateful to her for what she's doing when in fact every act of hers is calculative. she knows that giving Mars seperate areas to develop is what will keep them from trying to reunite again because if they have done it once they can repeat it.

also in the scene where everyone is apparently "excited"— where dylan and pepper get to work with a famous producer, jun lands a lead role, nano gets to train under a specialist... i think they're also trying to be happy with what they have because they don't want thame to go through any more than he has for them. pemika's words were so manipulative like "let your friend proceed in life" "it's for the industry's good"— how are they supposed to fight for him without looking selfish? not to mention that they too want their friend to succeed. this is what po believes and moves with too.

the fact that they all collectively end up ignoring the choice of this apparent prodigy who can change the course of their industry with his success is a carefully crafted capitalistic scheme where he is forced to be seen as not himself as a person but as what he can do.

That is why we see none of him at the end beyond being locked into a car, chained to his fate of being the best. while everyone is celebrating their small joys, finding happiness in the present, he is the only one whose happiness is seen in terms of the past— what he had. the home he shared with Po while he was trying to put together the family of his choice with his bandmates. In the absence of all of them, Pemika has truly transformed him into a product.
