Behold! My new Rouge costume, freshly finished today! I'm going as Gambit for halloween

Edit, 2 sentences: She has no gloves because I'm going as Gambit, she don't need em. Also no I'm not going anywhere except to a shop, this dressing up is for me and the treat seekers.

What I used: X men 97 costume reference, Lucky Irish suit & Minions 2 Kung Fu Outfit Yellow (with wristie that idk what to do with now)

The under suite has no sleeves because the minions suit was too tight on her arms and luckily I could use the scrap to cover up the black stripes on the shoes. The yellow jumpsuit over all was actually too big, as you can see by the fact there is a chest gap still. I didn't cut anything off, I just deseamed parts to save as much as possible. When sewing the green onto the base, I used the string from when I took off the belt from the trousers. The green fabric itself is actually the trousers reversed, I wanted to make it a little bit of a different colour and texture to stand out a bit more. If you look at the belt and the last close up shot, you can still see that pattern through the pen and also see that I didn't colour in the belt fully cos unless I show you, you'd never know.

A lil fun fact about stormy and I Is that we share a birthday so two days ago some of the plushies threw her a party how sweet! She got a new outfit and some figures ^.^ I plan on taking her to a larger build a bear a few towns over soon so she can pick out more gifts!

definitely one of the best things the bear has done was equate claire to chef david and sydney to chef terry bc it makes it so much more obvious where they're going to go with the story - even though claire and syd have "ambiguous" roles of who is better in carmy's life (even if it's extremely obvious to us who is), the juxtaposition btwn chef david and chef terry is so stark and obvious to everyone about who's better it's not even funny 😭

they even gave sydney and chef terry matching headbands btw LMAO

the fact that they also had the guy who physically got carmy out of the fridge be named terry as well, while chef terry's talk to him in s3e10 was what got him partially out of the fridge mentally is... wild to say the least. making the conscious effort to name the characters like that was definitely a choice

also sydney waiting for him by the door after he got out when claire left while he was still in it? that's some delicious storytelling right there
