Made this for the Solarpunk Aesthetic Week server in a sudden creative fever, so I guess I'll post it here too hh

A relative of mine knows someone who teaches kids, so I'm gonna suggest this as an art project for them! The idea is that students could each make/decorate their own shelf, then put them together to form a hive, which could function as mini lockers in their classrooms. Then, by the end of the school year or something, they could either take their own little shelf home (or exchange them with their peers?), or recycle them into materials for the next class! Hopefully it'll teach them about pollinators too 🐝

Idk how doable this project is really, and its scary to imagine one of my silly designs could actually become something tangible irl. But even so, I'm still excited to try 🥰 (And if anyone else attempts this too, please let me know!!!)

i have a longstanding project of cultivating a list of nhl players who wear glasses (with a focus on the ones who typically wear contacts and are seldom seen in their glasses, because identifying them is more exciting and because i also am seldom seen in my glasses) but it turns out that simply maintaining this list in my head is a terrible method because i’m constantly forgetting people and losing my documentation (if i ever had it)

anyway i would love to know if anyone else is keeping records on this topic. or just like has some pictures. i want to collect the information like a gremlin

i wish i could know everything. like, sure, it might break my brain but im just so curious about everything and how everything works down to mircoscopic and macroscopic levels. i want to know the history of every culture, every historical figure, every poet, everyone whos ever made a footprint in the sand. i want to understand the combination of chemicals and electric pulses throughout a brain that make up what a consciousness is and what it means to be a self aware animal. i want to dive into a black hole and come back unscathed. i want to die and come back. i want to feel everything and learn everything there is to possibly know. i want to understand the secrets of the universe and i will never have enough time. i will never be able to know absolutely everything and it kills me. i just want to understand

The only sign that they ever existed is a book. A good amount of fans probably don't know who they are, they are never talked about, and almost every member of the server doesn't even know they exist.

This egg didn't have a life, and what little of existence they did have was miserable. They didn't have a name. They didn't have a family. They didn't get to live.

i feel like im going insane but this came up on my fyp and everyone in the comments is talking about how huge and terrifying these spiders are and it's like? does everyone not have at least one corner of their house with one of these in them. these are literally the most normal and unobtrusive spider you can get in your house. am i insane that people are acting like they found a black widow or a tarantula or something.

I do like gory stuff and depict it in some of my drawings. Posts with gun violence, graphic imagery, physical abuse, self harm, suicidal thoughts, and murder will be flagged with red.

More mild things such as blood, mentions of suicide or suicidal thoughts, triggering mental illnesses, emotional abuse (not saying this isn’t as bad as other types of abuse), and dead bodies will be flagged orange. I may add color to posts that have fluff. If I do it’ll probably be green.

If you have a problem with something that I make, whether that’s a drawing or something I wrote in my book, keep it to yourself unless it’s a genuine issue. No one cares and you whining about it won’t change anything, respectfully.
