I have the impression that In ho doesn't allow himself to listen to Gi hun or anyone else to that point because he knows that the games and everything that involves them is bigger than him. At this point it doesn't matter what Gi hun or Jun ho want because that doesn't depend solely on him either, he is not the creator of the games by a long shot, he is just one of the many Frontman that would already exist.

In ho entered the games in 2015 if I'm not mistaken. He's basically doing his part to continue the games because it doesn't just depend on him. I believe that a good part of the money that is given to the winners is the value that each player is worth and the bets of the VIPS.

He would get into trouble with the billionaire families and with the soldier if he willingly stopped the games, especially after so many years that these games have been going on. Everything would fall apart and it would be his fault.

Basically a tradition of the VIPS that goes generation after generation and probably more and more billionaire families participate in the betting for fun. Without their money and interest the games probably wouldn't happen and without the money and a Frontman's job is to keep in touch and please the VIPS with the games and manage the soldiers to do their respective jobs.

He has so many responsibilities that at this point he has been forced to put his past behind him and allow himself to be corrupted by this hell of place because unlike Gi hun he stopped believing in the humanity of others and especially his own, he think it's pointless to make some kind of 'revolution' because he knows that it wont work and that he's in control of the players and probably has their families location, nothing goes unseen by him.

Thats a curse because while it gives him at least some privileges like money and protection, it's on his hands if he chooses to kill his brother or let him live, it's on his hands to make the games as cruel and as difficult as posible for the enjoyment of the VIPs, it's on his hands that ALL of the soldiers are doing their jobs and none of them betray him, it's his job to watch the players suffer because after all these years hes convinced that they're not humans but money obsessed freaks.

He can't alow himself to be so human again.

Kiseki: Dear to Me brain rot has me wondering all sorts of things

- what happened to Ai Di the time he refers to Chen Yi noticing he was 'sick' or 'near death'? (depending on the translations I've seen)

- why did they start celebrating their shared 'birthday' when they did? (Or was that just when Chen Yi stopped showing up)

- what happened for them to both end up with the gang as 'sons' to the 'boss'?

- what kind of relationship did they both have with the 'boss' and the gang growing up?

- details of those four years in prison for Ai Di and Chen Yi realizing everything during that time

- the other birthday presents Ai Di left for Chen Yi.
