We’re often discussing Sydney Sweeney’s choices however I feel like Margot Robbie is sabotaging herself as well. She’s so beautiful and talented yet i don’t feel like she proved herself as a respected actress. Even for me I feel like she plays usually so well but there’s something missing for me and I realized that her projects are to blame for, not her acting which is excellent usually.

Ex: I’ve checked Babylon Instagram page and I would be very surprised if it will turn out that this movie is good. The theme sounds like a typical glamorization of Hollywood without any substance. The cast is giving untalented nepotism Kaia Gerber, Taylor Hill and so on. Also even more experienced actresses who are playing there are usually average at best as Phoebe Tonkin, Olivia Wilde. I’m not even sure about Margot’s accent in the trailer tbh so we will see how he handled it. And the cherry on the top is Brad Pitt who has a main role 🙃

I think Margot successfully established her image as a serious and respected actress. Unlike Sydney, Margot’s resume kinda establishes her and she’s practically an a-lister. Margot is desperate for an oscar and it shows with her choices, but I feel the pressure and added humiliation on those films lie on the directors rather than any of the actors. Whereas with Sydney, she just comes off as a bit desperate and just accepting every single job she’s being offered. It’s giving Nic Cage, except she’s nowhere near as established as Nic Cage.

Full Moon Madness (06/26/21)

Hello everyone!

Just figured since it was a full moon (strawberry moon!) the other day, I would pop on here and provide updates pertaining to all things H2O cast related!

Fairly big update over the past few months!

Phoebe Tonkin Cast in 'Babylon'!

Our girl, Phoebe, was just cast in a major movie with the likes of Olivia Wilde, Brad Pitt, Margot Robbie and Tobey Maguire and we couldn't be more excited!! The film is called "Babylon" and has been described as “The Great Gatsby on steroids.” An actual summary of it is it's set in the 1920's and deals with the movie industry's transition from silent films to talkies. This sounds so good and I can't wait to see Phoebe in it! Another Aussie fave of mine, Samara Weaving, is going to be in it too! (If you haven't seen Ready or Not please do!!) I believe filming for this project has commenced now. Excited for this project or nay?

Claire Holt in Untitled Horror Movie!

Claire Holt's latest project, Untitled Horror Movie, is here! Filmed entirely in quarantine (and with Claire Holt 6 months pregnant at the time), it's about this group of actors looking for their next project during quarantine. But what if someone (or something else) has found them? My girlfriend and I watched it last weekend and loved it! (We are also big Luke Baines and Katherine McNamara fans, and they're great in it as well) I would say it's a good balance of equal parts thriller (excuse me, horror) and comedy? And it's also just straight up impressive that they filmed all of this by themselves in quarantine. It is available to purchase and rent on any video purchasing site (I know I've seen it on Amazon Prime and Youtube). If you've seen it, I'd love to know your thoughts! I personally loved that Claire's character's name was Kelly ;)

The Republic of Sarah now airing on the CW!

Luke Mitchell's latest TV series, the CW's The Republic of Sarah, aired last week on the CW! I've been keeping up with it to support him and while the plot/idea is definitely intriguing, there's just something about it that makes it so-so for me? I'm interested to see where it's going and I love the morally grayness of Luke's character. (Also Nicola from Shadowhunters is in it!) Has anyone else watched it yet? Thoughts?
