“Two Irish coffees on the rocks?” A man asks, sliding up with a girl who seems to be taking in the bar with wide, curious eyes. 

Ava nods, getting started on mixing it up. She pulls out the whiskey and checks to make sure there’s enough brew left for two. 

As she’s putting the drinks together, Ava steals a quick glance in Beatrice’s direction, expecting again to see her busy at work - but instead, Beatrice isn’t working. 

She isn’t even sitting alone. 

There’s a woman next to her, smiling at her and Beatrice is smiling back. 

Ava’s body stills at the sight, she hesitates, watching the woman tell Bea something and seeing Beatrice laugh. 

Suddenly, Ava is struck with an image of Beatrice and this woman standing up and walking out of the bar together. 

She sees herself going home and Beatrice telling her she’s got a date. Then it shifts to her asking Ava if she might see if she can work late so they can have the place to themselves. 

Then Ava sees Beatrice packing her things. She’s found true love, she’s leaving - Camila will be coming to finish her training. 

It’s too much, she shakes the thoughts away long enough to dollop the whipped cream on.

this scene is so important to me because post-school mystery mitsuba has just had his main motivations as to be a person, be someone with an identity. hes a whole different entity from mitsuba the og but hes trying so hard to emulate that sense of humanity and this scene is so integral to that because its this exchange of, “you care for me like im a person and not just a jumbled mess of somebody else’s memories” and kou’s reaction to that and realizing this and i just.... guys im not okay

I made a post about some Bangel and Cangel parallels I've noticed (not all of them that exist, just some ones--for instance--that I've picked up on while reading the tie-in books), that I'll link at the bottom of this post... but with picture limit, I couldn't mention my last point in it, so I decided to just make a separate post about it here. Raphael keeping his he pronouns when he switches to a female-presenting vessel. Either a) Raphael's internal gender remains consistent which is well known enough for Castiel to refer to him correctly or b) his second vessel is a closeted trans man.

Now from here, I need some information that I truly cannot be arsed to try and google right now:

- when Hannah's vessel changes, does she change pronouns?

- when Castiel's vessel was a woman (or, potentially again, a closeted trans man) did he use she/her pronouns?

These scattered yardsticks are the only clues as to just how transgender all of these angels are considered within their own society !

I have so many thoughts about Mobius, I absolutely HATE the way he treats Loki in various moments of s1, the way he tries to manipulate him and use him for the tva's mission, and he has the audacity to feel betrayed by Loki when he runs after sylvie and leaves him behind in s1e2???

Sir you KIDNAPPED LOKI AND ERASED HIS ENTIRE REALITY, MENTALLY TORTURED HIM WITH FOOTAGE FROM HIS TRAGIC FUTURE, COERCED HIM INTO WORKING FOR YOU UNDER THE THREAT OF BEING ERASED FROM REALITY IF HE DIDN'T COMPLY AND YOU REALLY THINK YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO BE MAD AT HIM FOR TRYING TO ESCAPE???

What he does after is even worse, I could NEVER accept him putting Loki into a torture loop to be kicked in the balls and to hear Sif telling him that he deserves to be alone and he always will be, the worse part imo is that a lot of lokius fans seem to think this is cute and a show of Mobius's feelings towards Loki, what the hell???

First off he doesn't have the right to be mad at Loki, second, torturing someone like that is absolutely fucking VILE and I don't care that people think it's cute or funny

BUT

I blame those disgusting actions more on the directing of s1 who was very keen in humiliating Loki at any given moment than in the character of Mobius itself, I ADORE Mobius in s2 bc he is sweet, caring and understanding of Loki, he truly is a good friend and I love their dynamic in it, I don't know what Kate Herron had against Loki but she truly tried her best to diminish and humiliate him whenever she could, every character is annoyed by Loki in s1 and he's treated like a fucking idiot, thankfully that was changed in s2 and he was finally treated with respect and dignity

Btw I should say that I appreciate lokius very much and I think they're cute together but pls stop with the crap, Mobius's "jealousy" isn't cute or funny, he literally abuses Loki just bc he can and Loki never gets a proper apology for that, Mobius apologizes to sylvie but never to Loki (KH when I find you...), again I blame this on the directing and writing of s1 and I don't think s2 Mobius would've done all that to Loki bc he's a different character in it

i'll never ever understand why jimin solos seem to hate hobi the most and why hobi solos hate jimin so much because 1) the two are literally THE best friends??? like they're besties who adore each other idk what to tell you jihope is THE duo of the century how can you not love seeing them together 2) everyone knows i love hobi the most and he has my whole heart and i also love jimin BUT even if i didn't love jimin and wanted to say something bad about him i don't think i could because all i'd need to do is think about hobipalooza and then i'd remember i owe jimin my life. like i will NEVER forget what he did. i get it might not be enough for solos to like jimin just because hobi likes him but idk how they can feel anything other than gratitude towards that angel, especially after hobipalooza
