Ok soooo “Malectober 4” is basically the fourth chapter of this fic I started for Malectober called “Black Queen”

And it’s basically about mob boss!Magnus who asks for fbi agent! Alec’s help with taking down his father ft. A whole lot of sexual tension

Here’s a lil snippet from the fourth chapter!!

“No, not really-” but before he could even finish speaking, Magnus was pressing the cigarette he'd been smoking against Alec's lips. Alec reflexively inhaled, surprised at the feeling of Magnus's fingertips flush against his lips, and broke out into a coughing fit.

Magnus was watching him out of careful hooded eyes as Alec doubled over, coughing out the smoke. He leant against the railing, cigarette dangling from his fingertips.

Alec took in a few deep breaths, slowly straightening as he recovered.

“It’s alright,” Magnus reassured coyly. “The first drag is the hardest.”

“Are you sure?” Alec asked, his voice hoarse. “I don’t see how it gets better.”

“It gets better.” Magnus took a long drag of the cigarette, leaning his head back as he exhaled, his eyes closed, a look of what seemed like bliss all over his face. “It gets so, so much better, Alexander.”

Lemme take a look. Worst thing I've ever caught them doin'? Jesus, how long ya got. I'll save myself some trouble 'n give ya the worst thing I ever caught them all doin'. ('Cause if I give ya somethin' for each of 'em this letter'll be so damn long the post office'll charge me extra for fuckin' postage) I guess all together they can get up to some crazy ass schemes. Jesus, there was that time every last one of 'em was involved in breakin' into the office up at the school, stealin' test answers, copyin' 'em over, 'n sellin' 'em. But, glory, as pissed as I was I don't think that was the worst. Hmm, oh. Oh, I know. 'N you know what? I think I still have their fuckin' master plan around here somewhere. I'll let the little criminals tell you in their own words.

1.) find a drag outta town. probably like cross the river. (real confident start) (gimme a goddamn second)

2.) steve 'n soda can take the beater (hey don't talk about her like that) (can I get through one fuckin bullet point without the peanut gallery >:() johnny n dallas can take buck's car

3.) before the race steve n soda n johnny n dal gotta get into some kinda argument or fight or somethin. right where everyone can see. then when steve n soda get all pissed n storm off dal's gotta make some comment about how playing dirty or somethin (oh I know. look dal. you gotta say you got a can a the gas under the hood, ok?) (tf is that?) (nitrous oxide) (...I ain't askin any more questions)

4.) Two's gotta do some crowd work here. really convince em there's no way steve n soda are gonna walk outta this race really sell it (oh that won't be hard, have you seen Steve's car lately) (HEY)

5.) We gotta get all our money together 'n put it all on soda n steve (how much money do we even have yall?) (...) (ok maybe there's a flaw in the plan)

6.) make it close. like REAL close. n then Johnny you gotta spin out right near the end can ya do that? (oh yeah that ain't no problem) (hey how come steve n soda get to win?) (cause they look like they're gonna lose dal n that's half the con) (the con? whos been lettin the kid watch spy movies again) (steve do you want a cut or d'ya wanna keep runnin your MOUTH)

7.) Two gets the money n then we gotta BEAT it. QUICK.

So. That pretty much takes the cake. Or at least for the present moment. ('N if you're curious those sons of bitches managed to pull it off. They also managed to run into yours fuckin' truly. 'N let's just say it was a good thing they were too worried about bein' strung up to put any further thought into that.)

The mind is incessantly thinking 24/7, it never stops. It drags you into its each and every thought. It's not really you thinking, you are being thought. "I want to change my awareness" - who does? The mind? It is not even you. You merely believe it to be yourself, and let yourself get dragged away by the thought. How do we stop this? There's only one way: surrender. Stop fighting. You cannot fight a shadow, you will only look like a fool. When you surrender, you go beyond and you re-realize yourself. Surrender. Surrender to however you are, whatever state you are in. Surrender to whatever is going on, whether you believe it to be good or bad, it does not matter, because it is the mind putting these labels on it. Stop chasing, because there is nothing that you need to achieve. Not even awareness, because you already are. There is no need to "go beyond the mind" because you already are beyond it. Do not try to intellectually understand this, just accept it, because it is truth. Your blood is flowing now, but your mind is not controlling that. What is? Awareness. You are already aware. So leave it. You are perfect as you are, perfection, godliness, divine.

Ty! Regan is a middle class failson that comes from a family of healthcare workers and small time restauranteurs. They're generally good people who care about each other but she distances herself from them for reasons nobody really understands. It's unfortunate, but it'll probably turn out fine. At the end of day family ties are precious threads right?

All of the titles of the WIP folder game sound interesting, but I would love to hear something about either the Guard dog Alec fic or the 5+1 Camille vs Alec.💜

Guard dog Alec -

This is presently a blank gdoc because I tried to start it one day but couldn’t. Whoops.

Anyways, it’s supposed to be like an Outsider POV oneshot about Dark!Magnus - maybe a mob boss, maybe a warlock mob boss, maybe just a dark warlock - and his bodyguard/sub Alec (this is not a smut fic, but I do want them to have that kind of dom/sub dynamic here)

And yeah Alec is more or less a guard dog, a blade that Magnus points at his enemies and directs wherever he wants to. Alec is supposed to be very subdued at first glance, but he will immediately snap to attention if he senses danger, and if you threaten, hurt or maim Magnus in any way, he will bite (not literally of course) (And even if you don’t do anything, he’ll still tear you to pieces if his master commands it)

5+1 Camille vs Alec -

Wellll the premise is basically that Magnus and Alec are on a vacation, and Camille just so happens to be there and she goes to Alec and is all “break up with your boyfriend, I’m bored”

It’s not meant to be an angsty fic, more like just Alec and Camille getting all catty with each other. Magnus here is just a lil pudding with eyes only for Alec

I actually *did* write some of this fic so here’s a snippet!!

“How sad,” Alec remarked dryly. “Well, he’s not interested, and he has a boyfriend. I’m not going anywhere. So, I suggest you go back to France.”

Camille scoffed, shooting him an icy smile. “Oh, you don’t have to go anywhere. Just stay put and say goodbye when he strays away from you.”

Alec wanted to laugh. Magnus? Stray?

Clearly, she didn’t know him as well as she thought she did.

There was a time when Alec might have buckled under her words. Might have thought the worst, might have fumbled and stumbled and ruined everything. But Magnus had always looked at him with stars in his eyes, and now no amount of fog could stop him from seeing the light.
