♥ Hi guys, Today I present to you the Bluewind Inn and Suites located in Brindleton Bay. This build was inspired by the sea, the sand, and the sky. The Bluewind Inn sits near Cavalier cove and is owned by retired Marine Biologists, Rio and Jane Clarence. 5 years ago, this beautiful seaside manor was transformed into a Inn to be enjoyed by both locals and tourist.

The Bluewind inn is a multifunctional lot as it could be set as a rental lot, a restaurant, a pool, or a spa.  

ATTENTION: This is a huge build and is very cc heavy, so beware. If you’ve downloaded my other builds, you should have majority of the cc’s I used…But there’s more cc on this than usual.

#HistoricMountRainier The design of the Sunrise area departs from the “NPS Rustic” style set by the Longmire Area, and is instead inspired by early territorial outposts of the Pacific Northwest. Two “blockhouses”, a visitor center, and a stockade fence that hides the area’s utility yard are collectively known as the Yakima Park Stockade Group. The Stockade Group is separately designated as a National Historic Landmark for its architectural significance in addition to being part of the Mount Rainier National Historic Landmark District.

The Stockade Group was not built simultaneously. The South Blockhouse was one of the first buildings to be built in the area in 1930. It served as an interpretive center and ranger station until the visitor center was built in 1943. The North Blockhouse was completed in 1944. Both blockhouses currently serve as employee housing.

I feel like no one is asking the right questions about My Best Friend's Exorcism. They're all like "oooo was Gretchen really possessed?" and whatever. I don't care. Hendrix says she was for real possessed so she was for real possessed. Here are my questions:

What happened in the blockhouse? Not just That Night but in general.

During the exorcism Abby sees the girl who got her tongue cut out and was buried alive by Satanists- is this for real and why is it significant? Gretchen mentioned this girl and wanting to find her and give her a christian burial, to which Abby was like thats just an urban legend youre crazy and Abby noted thats when Gretchen started distancing herself from Abby. This is later used as proof of her being posessed when Abby is taking to the exorcist. Is there more to this in the story or is it just atmosphere+further metaphor for the way the world covers up and forgets about the suffering of girls?

What's the phone line connection? Why does the humming of the phone connection box draw Abby's attention when she finds Gretchen at the blockhouse, why does Gretchen's ghost get trapped in the phone line, why do phones across the area ring and have issues in relation to Gretchen's possession, what is the significance of the phone??

What's up with Andy, the boy from camp? Is it a coincidence that his name is like a diminutive for the name of demon possessing Gretchen? Is he real or was talking to him on the phone a trick from the demon to throw Abby off?? Why is his number just a little off from the demon's number?? Did Gretchen draw the attention of the demon that night at Margaret's place, or was it at the beginning of summer at bible camp? She was acting nervous all night, staring out the window and anxiously braiding her hair, was she just nervous about the LSD hitting or did she feel something out there? If Gretchen was like chosen by the demon earlier that summer why did someone call for Abby at the blockhouse that night?

What was the exorcist thinking when he bailed and didn't come back oh my gosh. Like he ended up doing them a good turn in the end but he really left that kid to deal with all of that oof

Flooding leads to mandatory evacuations in South Shore of Nova Scotia

Residents and campers at a campground in Mahone Bay, N.S., have been forced to evacuate due to flooding damage.

It was a long Friday night for the nearly 300 residents of the RayPort Campground.

“We all agreed it was the hardest rain any of us had ever seen or heard. The thunder and lightning lasted all night; it didn't let up, not once,” said Everett Powell, who’s staying at the campground for the summer.

Powell said many nearby moved their campers away from the river as the water level rose over the weekend.

On Monday, those at the campground were informed they were under a mandatory evacuation order due to significant damage to the main route in and out of the park — which also runs under the 103 highway.

“We are not allowed back in yet. We have to wait to find out when they let us back in to get our stuff and our pets,” Powell said.

The South Shore of Nova Scotia was hard hit by the weekend storm. The Municipality of Lunenburg’s mayor says between 260 and 320 millimeters of rain fell.

“That would be a whole summer’s worth of rain and we received this in 18 hours,” Carolyn Bolivar-Getson said.

The extreme rain levels damaged roadways, infrastructure and homes.

“We’ve got flooded basements, we’ve got many roads, not only on Trunk 10, but we have shoulders of the road that have gorges in them three and four feet deep. This definitely has hit our municipality very hard,” Bolivar-Getson said.

The municipality’s mayor hopes there will be money from the province to help people recover from the destruction.

“The provincial financial disaster relief fund I’m sure will kick into action here after they get the tallies in place,” she said.

For now, campers evacuated from RayPort Campground can come to the fire hall in Blockhouse to register for assistance.

Monday afternoon the evacuation order was expanded to include all residents of Shingle Mill Road north of Highway 103 and a State of Local Emergency has been declared.

Also on Monday, first responders in West Hants recovered the body of a 52-year-old Windsor man along with unidentified human remains while searching for the four people who went missing during the flooding.

The man, a youth and two children were reported missing on Saturday after their vehicles got caught in flood waters while they were trying to evacuate the area.

The search continues for the other missing people following the record-breaking weather event.

In a press release Monday, RCMP confirmed industrial and high-flow pumping equipment will continue to be used to help lower the water level in the primary search area of Brooklyn.

Fort York National Historic Site of Canada, Toronto (No. 19)

The Soldier's Trade – Exhibit: 1793–1870  The British Army garrisoned Toronto from 1793 to 1870. During that time it evolved in fundamental conformity to the developments in other western armies. The exhibit explores British military technology and practices in Canada in the fields of artillery, engineering, cavalry, command, infantry, medicine, and music.

The exhibit is a rich and graphic presentation of original and reproduction military objects which include uniforms, weapons, headgear, artillery, tools, musical instruments, and archaeological material. Large scale dioramas show the fort and associated defences in relation to the Town of York (Toronto) and its position on Toronto Bay as the city’s primary harbour defence. Featured objects include two large cannon used by York’s defenders during the Battle of York on 27 April 1813. One is an extremely rare form of British ordnance cast in between 1656–58 for the army of Oliver Cromwell. It is one of only two known to exist.

The Soldier's Trade occupies the upper and lower floors of Blockhouse Number 2, built in 1813 as a 160-man barracks and fortified structure. It was among the first army buildings to be constructed after the American attack on York.
