there's this longing in me. this immeasurable sadness. the knowledge that i will never be loved like a cat. i will never run through the highcountry tussock with my master, commanding the flocks. i will never sprint over the snow in pursuit of my dinner. i will never bear a litter of my own, to raise and teach. i will never curl up in the corner of the woolsheds, surrounded by my packmates after a long day of herding. i will never be seen as what i really am.

The struggle of finding an ethical clip on tail being a therian is not talked about enough

Like I don’t have the resources to make one so I shop for a fake one but I don’t know which are fake or just claiming to be fake

So then I try Etsy but every shop I contact sources from hunters or trappers or fur farms or captive breeding programs or are just suspicious like hmm don’t even worry about that like OH MY GOD I JUST WANT MY TAIL BACK IT WOULD BE SO MUCH SIMPLER

But therians or otherkin having the same issue as me, don’t give up! It’s much worth the wait and some mild inconvenience to spare an animals life- you can’t be a fox and then condone the slaughter of others.
