ok so you know how maddy tells the family in the car to be a statue so the bees don’t sting them…that’s excatly what i was taught too, and i kinda think if i saw the swarm i would just stay aggressively still (i’ve had a bee literally crawl on my eyelid before will i was standing so incredibly still) instead of running away because you are more likely to be stung and i’m kinda terrified of being stung…..

I'm just confused cause how long are they going to stretch this airplane storyline if it's a possible collision? Like it seems like it starts episode 1. Ep2 and 3 are airplane related titles and we saw them filming the trucks at the airport. So they actually collided? Like this isn't a sinking,planes fall a lot faster than that lol I'm confused

My guess is that the plane thing will begin at the end of ep one - much like the earthquake and the tsunami episodes - so episode one will be all about the chaos the bees cause around L.A. and set various things up, including why Athena is on the plane in the first place (my current working theory is that she’s helping with escorting a prisoner of some description to L.A. but I could be miles off)

As for the planes themselves, we don’t currently know if there will be an in air collision but my guess is that it’s going to be more of a very near miss scenario with emergency landings being taken by both planes. And the how that happens and where they land is likely part of the story!

Once they’re on the tarmac it’s dealers choice about how it all goes down. I’m guessing there will be something around being unable to access the plane - or parts of the plane because of the bees and also maybe some kind of hostage situation! I can easily see that playing out over 2 episodes bearing in mind that we don’t know where Bobby will be in all of this and I’m sure dispatch will be involved in some way. And that’s not even mentioning the Gerrard of it all and how things with him will shake out whilst the plane emergency is going on.

But really who knows - we’ve got so very little context from the bts we have had this season that it’s almost impossible to speculate!! Just remember they managed to make a single location - the high rise hotel from the earthquake - play out over 2 episodes, so a plane isn’t all that different - especially if it’s hard to access for bee or hostt t age reasons!

We only have to wait until Thursday to find out what the set up is so maybe we’ll be able to figure more out then!

And then, to further the joke, Buck actually has no idea what he’s talking about. He’s like “Sharknado? What??” And it turns out he just came up with “bee-nado” all on his own, and Chim is left perplexed and exasperated. He’s like “I can’t believe you’re my brother now,” and walks away shaking his head.
