आँखों के नीचे स्किन में जब कालापन दिखने लगे तो इसे डार्क सर्कल कहते हैं। यह कालापन कई तरह से दिखाई देता है। कभी -कभी चोट या कटने -फटने से सूजन हो जाती है और इसके बाद काला दिखने लगता है। इसके बाद जब आंखे बहुत ज्यादा परेशान होने लगती है। उसमें थकान हो जाती है तब भी कालापन दिखता है। कभी -कभी पफी आई होने के बाद डार्क सर्कल दिखने लगता है। आमतौर पर आंखों के नीचे का कालापन कोई बहुत बड़ी समस्या नहीं है लेकिन अगर यह नहीं जा रहा है और कालापन बढ़ रहा है तो इसे हटाने के लिए जरूरी कदम उठाने चाहिए अगर आप भी इन डार्क सर्कल या आंखों के नीचे के कालापन से परेशान हैं तो कुछ घरेलू उपाय है जिनसे आप आँखों के नीचे कालापन को दूर किया जा सकता है।   इसे भी पढ़े :

It TIIMEEES!
You all know my passion for beauty and self care especially when it is DIY ! Like there is nothing better than taking care of yourself in the comfort of your home ( except maybe a 5 star but hey we do we what we can )
So here is few homemade recipe to take care of yourself right in your casa babes!
Hair mask :
1 ripe avocado
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons olive oil (or coconut oil)
Optional: a few drops of essential oil (like lavender or rosemary)
Instructions:
Prepare the Avocado: Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
Mash the Ingredients: Use a fork or a blender to mash the avocado until smooth.
Mix in Other Ingredients: Add the honey and olive oil (and essential oil, if using) to the mashed avocado. Mix well until you have a creamy consistency.
Apply the Mask: Start with clean, damp hair. Apply the mask evenly, focusing on the ends and any dry areas. You can use a comb to help distribute it.
Let It Sit: Cover your hair with a shower cap or a towel to keep the mask warm. Leave it on for 30 minutes to an hour.
Sugar wax :
2 cups granulated sugar
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed is best)
Instructions:
Combine Ingredients: In a medium saucepan, mix together the sugar, water, and lemon juice.
Heat the Mixture: Place the saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly until the sugar dissolves.
Cook the Mixture: Once dissolved, stop stirring and let it boil. Keep an eye on it, as it can bubble up. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, or until the mixture turns a golden amber color. Use a candy thermometer to check the temperature; it should reach about 240°F (115°C).
Cool Down: Remove the saucepan from heat and let the mixture cool for a few minutes. Pour it into a heat-safe container and allow it to cool completely.
Check Consistency: Once cooled, the wax should be pliable but not too sticky. If it's too hard, you can add a little water and heat it again briefly.
Face mask :
2 tablespoons plain yogurt (preferably unsweetened)
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon oatmeal (finely ground)
Optional: a few drops of essential oil (like tea tree or lavender)
Instructions:
Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, combine the yogurt, honey, and oatmeal. Mix until you have a smooth paste.
Add Essential Oil: If desired, add a few drops of your chosen essential oil and mix again.
Apply the Mask: Clean your face and gently apply the mask evenly, avoiding the eye area.
Let It Sit: Allow the mask to sit for about 15-20 minutes.
Rinse Off: Rinse your face with warm water, gently massaging in circular motions to exfoliate.
Finish with a splash of cool water to close the pores.
Detox shot :
Ingredients:
1-inch piece of fresh ginger (helps with digestion and inflammation)
1/2 lemon (rich in vitamin C, supports immune function, and helps with digestion)
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (supports digestion and balances pH)
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder (anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties)
A pinch of cayenne pepper (boosts metabolism and circulation)
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
Instructions:
Prepare the ingredients:Grate or finely chop the fresh ginger.Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
Blend: In a blender, combine the ginger, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, turmeric powder, cayenne pepper, and honey (if using).Add about 2–3 tablespoons of water to help with blending.
Strain (optional):If you prefer a smoother shot, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove any pulp.
Serve:Pour into a small shot glass (about 1 to 2 ounces).Stir well before drinking, as some ingredients might settle at the bottom.

First I want to clear up some misconceptions of what ANR is.
Adult nursing (ANR), Adult breastfeeding (ABR or ABF) are all umbrella terms. The simplest way to understand ANR is, any time the breasts are orally stimulated by another adult. The couple is engaged in some form of ANR. Whether or not she is lactating. The number one reason most people are into ANR is for intimacy. They also find it as excellent way to reduce stress, anxiety and depression. Some women get into ANR as a way to reduce breast cancer risks. yes! There is research that proves this. You can find it by searching for "benefits of breastfeeding" and "benefits of stimulating the breasts". Though in theory, a woman doesn't have to lactating to have some of the advantage of this. But a lactating woman will have by far the greatest risk reduction and benefits. Some get into ANR as a way to help reduce and manage weight. Most breastfeeding mothers do loose weight. The idea is that a lactation woman burns between 300 to 500 calories per day. Though I personally think it's more of the placebo and lifestyle change that helps them. Some are into it as a sexual alternative like those with ED or other sexual issues. Even as a form of abstinence. When a new mother is having trouble bringing in the milk. Some doctors and lactation consultants will suggest that the father finish orally draining the breasts after the baby is done. Same goes for relieving clogged ducts.     Those of us in ANR find that ANR also preps the breasts for a new baby. Making breastfeeding a lot easier. This is because the breasts are use to being orally stimulated. The milk comes in easier and is less painful. Though there is some caution on this as well. Because too much stimulation can cause premature labor. There are a lot of emotional benefits as well. Such as, some use it as a way to cope with stress, depression and anxiety. People get into ANR for a lot of other reasons and A lot of other benefits. If you are in to the bible. ANR is even in the bible. This is what media likes to make people think ANR is. To be clear. ANR in itself is not a fetish. It is two adults expressing affection and intimacy for each other in there own way. But people like to assume Lactophilia or infantilism is ANR. They are not! But some of those people use ANR as a part of there fetish.
