The Burning Man

The Burning Man. 

The Burning Man burned for what he believed in. The Burning man has seen so much from the lives that have been taken. The Burning Man has seen countless unspeakable actions. Actions that would make any humane person cry out in horror as they watched the bodies of millions. Actions that would make any humane person protest and scream and weep in sheer terror. 

But instead, the actions cause triumph. The actions that have murdered thousands cause a celebration. A celebration of new land. A celebration of freedom. A celebration of beliefs. 

A celebration of beliefs that cost millions. 

The Burning Man didn't think it was right. The Burning Man was terrorized by the actions he saw. He was terrorized by the millions of people shouting for joy at the genocide of others. He was terrorized st the countless of people calling the actions necessary. 

And so, the Burning Man took his fire, and on a bright sunny day, with clear skies and colorful flowers, took his match, and turned it on himself. But even then, in the worst pain a man could face, the Burning Man fought for what he believed in. The Burning Man shouted his please for freedom; that our triumph for murdering thousands isn't right. 

And as the Burning Man's body turned into Ashes, his words echoed through the air. The words of a hero. The words that filled thousands with hope. And as an angel flew down to take his last breath, he didn't give up his fighting, nor his words. He shouted 

“Free Palestine!”

Some will say the Burning Man died a pitiful death. That the Burning Man was a traitor that went against what he was raised to fight for. But I don't see it that way. The Burning Man was the bright lights of a fire you see in a cold, miserable tundra. The Burning Man was a beacon of hope for so many. The Burning Man sparked something in so many people. That we could stand up and fight for what we believe in. That our actions can cause a difference. 

Rest in peace, Aaron Bushnell. May your words spark hope in millions. May your words screech of the horror so many are blind to.

im still not 100% sure when season 14 of bob's burgers is going to release like they SAY episode one will allegedly premiere on october 1st but beyond that im just imagining a 6 month hiatus bcuz both the writers AND the voice actors of the show are striking and they couldn't have got that far into production honestly

i will be honest guys as a transsexual myself i think its kind of stupid when ppl take like. some line from an old show for a character that has existed in MANY iterations and in many canons, where that line is transphobic, and r like this character is canonically a transphobe. like i think that scooby doo character might have just had transphobic writers once. im sorry to say

i have a some time b4 work and so i have been writing during that bcuz i have been inspired literally just listened to “why do i?” in the shower and i realized another thing i could add to my fic and so i quickly added it and fixed up some things - and now im picking up where i left off hopefully i finish this sometime soon bcuz its genuinely a fun idea and :’) but i struggle writing a lot

occasionally i see ppl who write a fanfiction together (like one person writes chapter one and the other person writes chapter two etc or they just take turns writing sections of it) and that sounds so fun and like such a cool experience but i feel like im too annoyingly perfectionist about my writing to collab with anyone without being absolutely terrible to them 😭😭

i love making shit where the audience is me. its just me. and if other ppl enjoy it thats awesome. i thinkthis is important when creating that u make the most niche stuff in the world both bcuz its good for ur soul and bcuz it tends to do pretty well w other ppl looking for smth 2 fill that specific void u wanted filled w stories too

in addition to last post. i feel as an RPer it's so easy to fall into that mindset of "why do they follow/write with THEM and not ME"... and it kinda sucks. like there's probably a hundred and one reasons why it hasnt happened & i always put the reason down to My Writing Just Isn't For Them! That's Fine! bcuz i seriously doubt anyone on here has personal beef with me from me clicking the follow button yk what im saying
