Hi everybody I’ve posted a new video on my YouTube channel celebrating my @mapleleagirls doll Jenna‘s birthday. Please check it out it would mean a lot to me. hehe ghost-turbo haunting felix au

turbo is connected to the last piece of his code in the whole arcade - a trophy he gifted to felix in mid 80s as a symbol of him genuinely caring about their relationships on par with being the best racer. felix also gave him one of his medals and both kept their gifts next to other rewards, but when roadblasters and turbotime were unplugged, the medal was gone with everything else

now, after burning in cola-lava turbo is basically dead, but scraps of his code still were intertwined with the trophy (after all, it was his first winner's cup, but felix never knew about it), giving turbo an opportunity to exist as a shadow incapable of interacting with anything and anyone besides felix, who kept the trophy even after the roadblasters incident

The thing about majima, and I say this not trying to be rude to the staff at rgg because fundamentally he does exist because of them and he is as enjoyable as he is because of them, but he's one of those characters to me that absolutely got away from whatever he was meant to be and was accidentally so intruiging and fun and sad and strange that he became so much more than the story ever really meant him to be and as far as I can tell outside of realising he makes them good money they don't really have a lot of extra thought toward him in any kind of deep or interesting sense and that's honestly fine- it's just that I'm always going to have extra thought toward him. I'm always going to be chasing that high of y0 majima, and all his intricacies, yk what I mean?

ngl Bridgerton is SO fun to watch but at least half the reason it's so fun to watch is because it's just SO campy and ridiculously sensationalized and over-dramatic abt literally everything LMAO

Anyway! I'm still wanting to make a bridgerton/lotr au... still haven't fully settled on whether to make it Eothiriel + Farawyn ORRRR Celrond ORRR silm themed and by that I mean I'm suddenly wanting to do something like...

So lately i haven't stopped being able to think about if I made the "Family" was the feanorians, and one of the main ships is Haleth (who comes from a non-noble merchant family who made great military achievements but are relatively rejected by high society for being originally from common class) and Caranthir is the Fearnorian who falls in love with her 🥺 OR idk--IF the main "Family" featured in the story is the Finweans, then we could also feature Galadriel and Celeborn as one of the main ships, and Beren and Luthien could even make a guest appearance lol, like if I squish the timeline and there's actually all kinds of ships that i could sneak cameos in for.

Granted the kin slaying probably wouldn't have happened in this au or uh,,, awkward 😳😬

But still. Idk. What are y'all thoughts?!

Constantly calling someone gay is the weirdest fan behavior. Especially when they’re not. It’s one thing to talk about players’ friendship and admire that and it’s another thing to constantly be saying they’re closeted gays. It takes away from actual out queer players experiences and makes my experience as a queer fan uncomfortable because this sport is already so toxic sometimes with regular fans and all they see is people like you making fun or insinuating things which makes them less tolerable of actual queer fans. Not to mention it’s borderline sexual harassment. I know this is tumblr and it’s not to be taken seriously but just thought I’d share.

go ahead and tell me where "regular fans" of sports are on tumblr dot com and see speculation or people shooting the shit about rich privileged men's sexualities and feel less respect for queer people suddenly. those kinds of people already don't respect queer people then if that's what they cite for their intolerance. and frankly i don't want their respect or approval nor care about people like that.

ok actually building more on the idea of jigsaw apprentice grocery shopping trips and the various reasons they all suck at it (John doesn't go out bc he's too ill and also way too recognisable)

Amanda - It's not really Amanda's fault that she sucks at getting the groceries, she struggles with chronic nausea as a side effect of her sobriety so she ends up buying lots of small, bland snack foods and forgets to get actual ingredients for big meals. She does eventually start buying more fruit to make smoothies for John as his cancer gets worse and she flips her shit when she catches hoffman stealing it for himself later

Lawrence - Lawrence should be the best at getting the groceries but he forgets that basically only hoffman and himself can cook (and hoffman sticks to simple staple meals.) He buys a lot of fancy preserved foods and fresh ingredients assuming the other apprentices will cook with them only to find Adam eating feta out of the jar with a fork.

Mark - Hoffman is usually the one to actually get the groceries as he does buy a decent amount of food and he's an okay cook (he used to have regular family dinners with angelina where he'd cook her comfort foods.) He cooks a lot of pasta bakes and roasts, tends to stick to stodgy, hearty meals. The rest of the stuff he buys is usually microwave ready meals and those big chunky meat soup cans for big boys. One year Amanda buys him one of those super cheap kiss the cook aprons as a joke and he now unironically wears it every time he cooks.

Adam - They let Adam buy the groceries one single time and he ended up bringing home seven bags of frozen potato gems, four litres of mountain dew and a pack of darts. John doesn't talk to him for two weeks.

hola. i'm not dead. at least, not physically.

a lot of things have been happening in my life (mostly... not good) but i think things are settling down for now. hopefully. i'm not gonna promise some big dramatic comeback to writeblr but i certainly wanna dip my toes back in soon. i miss this place.

anyways, i'm strapped for cash, so expect an art commission info post dropping soon lol. i know it's the holiday season and everyone is broke but i guess it's worth a try.
