do you know what fucking irritates me in a lot of spider-man adaptations? it's deeply rooted in misogyny, but it's the notion that MJ is "the good unsexy girl" meanwhile Felicia is the "bad overly sexual girl" like I hate it. it reeks of misogyny and the fucking stupid "girl vs girl" mindset. I've had enough.

The Big Bang theory (the tv show) had no right to a theme tune that went THAT hard. None. The show was just some crappy sitcom and then it gets a song about the origin of life in the universe sung by the barenaked ladies? Come the fuck on. That should have been the theme tune to some oddball science show about evolution and the formation of the solar system! Not a bunch of dimwits arguing pop culture in a studio apartment.

I know the fandom is making cute content to cope with the dark stuff, but I don't particularly like the Kol/ibri units are being portrayed as these uwu cute tiny girlies, even though they can canonically probe your mind and are basically the Nation's surveillance that can and will snitch on you if you have Bad Thoughts
I just don't like that short characters and by extension short people irl are constantly infantilized

I haaate those "games shouldn't have maps and waypoints" snobs because I have terrible navigation skills I need a map I need waypoints so I don't get lost and spend doing fuck all in a game and get frustrated
