ok look no matter what, i think ill always be obsessed with dl-6. i know, its kinda overused at this point, but the whole thing is so amazing

like,, miles obviously didn’t know he was innocent, but gregory didnt either. when they channeled him he said it was the bailiff (forgot his name srry) even though there was no proof, because he wanted to protect his son. and the result of a child convinced he is guilty for the death of his dad, who even after death tried to find a way to reassure him he was innocent??? just- the concept of this relationship is fascinating, and honestly has so much potential.

and then you add von karma, and the fact he was not only the murderer of the father but the adopter of the son??? just makes everything gets better (worse)

dl-6 will forever live in my head and in my heart bcs the overwhelming guilt at least two of the three must have felt!! (depends on your headcannons about manfred ofc, maybe he was slightly guilty or smth) the psychological impact and the aftermath of it? amazing. maybe its not perfectly written, nothing is, but its fascinating and makes me want to dissect all three’s brains to see the effects this would have caused.

i was finally able to have the house to myself for a bit today... brought all my dirty dishes out of my room and was able to tidy up a little bit without feeling weird

#by tidy up i mean put my dirty clothes into a hamper and my clean clothes onto the floor so i can reclaim my bed #i dont know why i feel so stressed taking dirty dishes out of my room with other ppl around #im self conscious. i think because my mom would get mad if she saw me doing it #and that leads to bad eating (not being able to eat) etc.#i took rlly poor care of myself this week.... but it felt like it just didnt slow down #i was barely able to feed myself cause there was just no time for grocery shopping #and i STILL need to grade tomorrow #bc thr fucking. kids. are so stupid. using chatgpt and making my head hurt #i cant wait to grocery shop tomorrow #i might try and get up early for it so theres no one around but we'll see #me saying 'i cant wait to grocery shop' u know its bad when i HATE grocery shopping #but this evening was wonderful... after a field trip day that was good for me (got sun on my face) i came home and washed my hair #and got cozy and played stardew valley and balatro #i'll do laundry tomorrow... grade... grocery shop... try and just relax #anyway ur still here. gives u a thanks 4 reading sticker

not going to lie i do find it quite upsetting that so many ppl think that animals that arent immediately relatable to humans are completely incapable of thought or feeling. and thats the only thing that matters when it comes to animal rights arguments a lot of the time

#like the take of ohhhh Well this animal is smart and shows emotions!!! it might even be smarter than humans!!!#as if that matters literally at all #like the argument abt fish or hamsters or w/e being stupid (wrong) so it doesnt matterrrrr if they dont get cared for properly #as if its ever ok to mistreat animals.#in general the idea around smaller or less relatable animals being worth less is super frustrating #like if u post abt microwaving ur hamster when u were 6 everyones like ‘lmaoooo i did the same thing’#but if u posted that abt a dog….? The Gallows #we shouldnt have to care abt mistreatment of animals bc theyre cute or funny or smart #i just watched blackfish again and it annoyed me how much ppl were arguing abt the orcas being so smart and emotional etc #which is true. but thats just smth that makes their captivity harder. u jnow. like if they were simple and had simple needs it would still #be wrong if they werent met #its just such a huge issue bc of how hard the needs are to meet in captivity #same as like. bears and shit. you physically cannot give them enough territory to stop them going insane #ik theres ppl who believe All captivity is wrong #like my strpmum is one who believes nobody should own Any pet #which is.
