For the Uchiha Houhua AU, how does he survive the massacre? I'm guessing either he uses his poison skills to fake his death or he does the 'actually I was a prodigy all along' thing in front of Itachi. Itachi spends the next several years being driven a little insane by finding this out about his old friend.

Also does Houhua incarnate as a baby? Because if so he was probably old enough to babysat by Obito. I feel like you could do something interesting with that.

I think Houhua has an unusually difficult time manifesting anything w his eyes just bc of the emotional walls he has up between him and everyone around him. nat wakes up last and is so disorientated for like 30 mins after waking up... she just eats the food like a zombie until nina makes her wash her face again and shes up properly.

she'd try to get them to stay as long as possible, but theyre exhausted and as sweet as nina is, she's a bit much . . so they go home LOL. but nina would send them the cutest little "thank u for coming over i had fun i love u guys :3" text the next day and theyll feel kinda bad for leaving.

nina is just such a genuinely nice girl .... she just wants to live the teenage dream well into her 20s because she was um. Um. she behaved in a way. that um. highschool was not the most pleasant. and threw many of her teen years away for Um. a man. of sorts.

im just gonna ramble whatever comes to mind lmao. i drew some stuff too!

uuh while i find it hard to care too much about those other kids because well, I don't know much about them, it is really fun thinking about how kouichi would act if he was there from the start. I think he'd be serious, in a similar way to Kouji, bc he's there on a mission, y'know! All he remembers is following his brother around until Kouji gets some weird text message (wait,,, does kouichi have a phone? probably not, huh. poor people gang ftw...) and now hes in this fuckin place! (hes a dead soul in this au too.) I'd imagine he'd be just as driven as Kouji was, if not more so, bc he KNOWS koujis gotta be here somewhere....but instead of initially trying to avoid the other kids (koujis strategy), he'd probably stick around as soon as he realizes that theyre gonna get themselves killed if they keep acting stupid. So, instead of trying to ditch the kids or act distant, he'd nag them and rush them to stay on track, and come off as kind of a bossy stick-in-the-mud at first

Side note, its easy to think of kouji as being a lot more serious and mature compared to the rest of the frontier kids, but honestly, I have to wonder if he wouldve acted differently if ophanimon wasnt calling him all the damn time telling him that he has to find answers! hes gotta get stronger! theres something he Has To Know!!! like damn if ophanimon was that specific with the other kids they'd also probably be just as sullen. anyway, kouichi would be feeling the same kind of pressure.

in an attempt to make it more interesting for me, chiaki and teruo are now siblings. or close cousins. or something. (what if they were fraternal twins?? that would be so funny actually. there is a statistically improbable amount of twins here!) AND bc i like chiaki the most i think she'd make a cool leader of sorts! like, the lancer to kouichi. kouichi ends up accidentally being the leader bc hes so driven, and chiakis like, a genuinely nice person who really wants to help the digital world as soon as she steps off the first trailmon onto the flame terminal. she also doesnt take shit from anyone. maybe she was a quiet wallflower-type kid at school, but, if its for another's sake, then she'll always speak up! so now, in the digital world, she cant stay quiet!

so together, they make the most chillest leader/lancer duo ever. san. i can't exactly remember now bc i scrapped that idea awhile back but she was supposed to end up with san. instead of meeting mingi at yeosang's party, she would've met san at the dinner party after coming back from paris. obviously there would be a lot of begging and forgiving done in between, a lot of getting to know each other and fixing all the ways they've gone wrong about each other in college but in the end they'd get there but that ending just didn't feel satisfying to me bc throughout the story san never had any romantic feelings for her that went beyond physical attraction so fast forward two years and for him to suddenly want to pursue a real relationship with her...no, it just didn't work. for san to end up with someone like y/n...it's just not in his character. and she would obviously never be able to get over all the ways he hurt her and she deserved better, so i quickly crossed that ending out.

mingi obviously. this was the ending i worked on the most and why the story originally was supposed to have 13 chapters. there was supposed to be a chapter where they go to japan to visit hj and y/n and mingi grow closer, he buys tickets for a concert of her favorite artists (as a way to make up for turning her down two years before), it was also supposed to be then that yeo and wooyo hook up for the first time lol. the whole purpose of the trip was supposed to be like...idk...to show that mingi cares about her and wants to be with her (he still wouldnt have talked about anything directly tho until she met san again just like it happened in the original). after the fight, she was supposed to forgive him tho and they were going to be together but...it didn't feel like it fit y/n's character, she wants the starring role after all and she's not accepting him not choosing her when it mattered.

yunho lmfaooooo. i've thought about this idea a lot bc i characterized yunho in a way where i thought it had potential to turn into something really good between them. bc he obviously dates like properly 😭 and has experience in relationships. i also thought it might've been cute to see yunho learn more about her as he had the impression that she was a 'high maintenance' girl as she mentioned that one time and didn't like that she was so full of herself but then he'd get to know her and find himself actually being into her quite a lot and above just being into the way she looks. i've shortly had the idea of them meeting at yeosang's party and starting a little casual thing but yunho would quickly be like "i'm too fawking old to be having a fuckbuddy, we're not in college anymore u either want to be in a relationship with me or not" bc he's actually quite open when it comes to feelings as opposed to coughsanandmingicough and it would take y/n by surprise bc for the first time someone wanted something more from her and was outright asking her. i thought it could be cute and he could show her what a real relationship actually looks like bc yunho is a good boyfriend but then it felt like a complete cop-out and like i was just looking for a guy for her to end up with just so she ends up with someone when really, she doesn't need to end up with any of them to be happy with her life.

Haunted and Holy. Yeah. Like. Benzecrab... but also with the way benze is characterized in that and what i have planned for like crab and ghouls interactions idk if itd work in it. Still tempted to try it though. But like Benzecrab or should have there be something between Crab and Donnie hhhfhh i cant decide. But yeah Crabs so fucking loyal to his friends especially Benze, in Haunted and holy not so much because benze going crazy and making a person and not treating him like a person is like. Not trustworthy behavior. But until that happens and in anything else. Super loyal especially for benze. And totally a big brother to Sandman like after meeting him was like okay this guys my dude now and claimed him as like a little brother so hes also fiercely loyal for them but more like protective rather than like. For benze hes loyal in that guard dog way where he has such extreme loyalty its become devotion and he'll obey his every command way, while for sandman hes loyal in protective older sibling way and like not guard dog but rather stray dog that sandman fed one too many times and so now hes claimed him and will protect him with his life but won't stop doing so if it commands him to. Protection out of chosen love not earned loyalty. If all that makes sense. And I kinda really want to write what would happen if there was a divide in the suitehearts and Crab had to choose between those things like if he had to choose to take the side of the guy hes devoted to and maybe loves if its benzecrab or the side of his little fucking brother even if theyre not related by blood it would be so sadistic of me to him and myself writing to make him choose between the guy he saved and pulled off the streets and who was his first crewmate versus the guy that saved him and kept him alive and actually made their crew. His leader thats earned his loyalty and respect versus the guy who was family to him before he ever met Benzedrine. But both equally loved by him in their ways. Imagine if he had to choose between them hehhehehege supervillian cackle.

I feel bad for not mentioning Donnie as much in this but i think crab and donnie wouldn't have as strong of a connection like they're best friends and crew theyd kill for eachother like anyone yes but i think theres not as strong as an emotional connection there as there is with sandman or Benzedrine because i feel like theyd both kind of be like. the underdogs of the suitehearts? Like they both have their own thing going on sometimes with crab being a zonerunner and donnie being a busy mechanic and not having met donnie until later like benze they wouldnt have bonded as much and i also hc Donnie as like distant? Like eventually thatd change but i think it takes Donnie like years to fully come around to them all. By then crab and her could be super close but i just dont think donnie would hold as big a candle compared to benze or sandman in crabs mind in the theoretical suitehearts split thing. Anyway can you tell I'm normal about them.

Do people actually think genloss is going to be A Big Thing? Bc last time I checked Ranboo does not have the big audience or the big streamer network they'd need to pull that off. Also, coming from a writer, I have A Lot Of Doubt in his ability to tell a cohesive story. Like I know the DSMP isn't a great example (since it was written on the fly and all) but like... Tommy and Dream figured it out - so did Bad and Hannah and the other Eggpire peeps. Phil gave us some closure, too. But nooooo Ranboo got bored of the server so he had to jump the shark and kill off his character out of nowhere even though Wilbur still needed him for lore. So like. What happens when he inevitably gets bored of genloss? What then? Will it remain unfinished, or will he just start throwing random angst at it in an attempt to get attention? If he behaves how I think he will, then he's worse than 13 year old me writing RotBTD fanfiction. Because at least I gave them endings and stuff, even though they were written 100% without any foresight whatsoever. i saw a lot of boobers say that sorta thing when the dsmp was in big talks again, like 'ranboo has moved on to Bigger and Better things' and them bragging about how it will leave the fandom and that he doesnt need dream + dsmp for relevancy. i see less of it now because i block anyone who mildly pisses me off on twitter - so basically every boober.

and yeah the streamer network thing is interesting because i was thinking this the other day, all of dtkq, tubbo, foolish etc have quite a lot of good relationships and connections to actual streamer streamers (hasan, rae, sykkuno, ludwig) and ranboo + co seem to very much stick in that group, ranboo and whoever he decides are his friends for that month. i never see them in anything more widely twitch related which is interesting and imo a sign of short longevity

as for the writing.... yeah. i think he will go the way of angst. i personally think that he seems to have very little overall idea for the actual concept and storyline a year into planning so i have little faith in that. its like when authors go 'oooo i want to write a teen fantasy novel' and then try to make a random plot to fit the genre. i could be wrong though shrug.

she can be very. hard to digest i guess??? she's very loud and unapologetically herself but sometimes that can lead to her talking over other people or just straight up ignoring them. not on purpose, it's not out of malice or anything - it's a part of a lack of impulse control, which does become a VERY big problem and is something she desperately needs to work on. when she realises she has a problem. which will take some time. basically she needs to have everything around her go completely to shit before she realises she needs to fix something. the more people try to help her and offer advice, the less she wants to do anything about it.

hellooooo lemon here!! turns out i still have a lot of thoughts on past d/s seb pitch i think ill even make it two separate asks

so first of all, YES to him leaning into you like he can't help it and getting exhausted really easily after you start scening, but i feel like there is another layer to it. i mean, sure, his body is totally like 'pikachu i choose you' and just drops when he's in your care but his mind isnt necessarily there yet? less in terms of trust, he does get very comfortable in his relationship with you very quickly, but more in terms of how much he actually needs and how much of your time he ends up occupying bc of it.

because, look, he is a very responsible and thoughtful guy. stellar work ethic. has been aggressively self-sufficient (even if not necessarily by choice) to the point of bones cracking for the past several years.

so first off, it would completely blindside him how much care and downtime and just full-on recovery he actually needs, because he wouldnt have a good awareness of it at any point before it is actually safe enough to just drop and stay down. and at first, this is all thats happening: the moment his body recognises you as safe and just goes 'yup great im your problem now' he really is just that--all yours. he is leaning into you, he is seeking you out, he makes a beeline to you every time he sees you in the motorhome even if all he has time for is to say hi and get a very brief hug, he is squeezing everything out of whatever time he can get with you like a man in a desert offered a cup of water.

the thing is, as soon as his needs get at least remotely met, his brains kick back on, and he suddenly has so many problems with his own behaviour, because:

a) his body seems to just give out on him, which is fair, bc it snapped out of survival mode and refuses to be shoved back into it, but is still scary as fuck

b) he is suddenly not self-reliant at all, if something happens and your support gets pulled out from under him he'd just crumble like a house of cards, which is even worse, and

c) yes, your job is to take care of him, but its a job. how much of your 'office hours' does he end up occupying? how much of what's supposed to be your actual downtime? can he be sure he doesn't pull the blanket towards himself so much it affects how much energy you have on lance, who is equally in your care? his relationship with the ferrari dom arent an example, so he has no frame of reference as to how much of your time and energy he can expect to get in a balanced dynamic, and because to him the amount of support he suddenly needs feels overwhelming (in reality, it is quite a bit, but nowhere near actual disaster scale, especially after what he's been through), he becomes convinced he is way to much and you just dont have the heart to tell him to back off. and the last thing he wants is to cause you problems, because you are so, so good to him.

so he starts limiting himself. withdrawing. he doesn't seek you out nearly as often--he is still leaning into you if you happen to be around, he would gladly grab a lunch with you if you offer, he is never late to your sessions despite being late pretty much for everything else, but outside of scening he sort of... disappears.

you do find it odd when it starts to happen, but decide to wait and see how it plays out instead of confronting him right away: you know its important to him to feel competent and independent, so maybe now that he's healed at least a bit he wants to put some distance between you, see how he can fair without your hand-holding him so much. it goes pretty well at first, but then he starts leaving together with lance whenever youd scene with both of them, and that--that is more than just odd.

the problem is, while lance needs his aftercare to be more active (you ruffling his hair, talking to him, that sort of thing), seb needs it long. it doesnt have to be very engaged, he is good simply cuddling up to you and just laying there, he doesnt need too much attention, just some touch and time to feel safe and undisturbed, and maybe a little nap in your lap--because while scening does have huge benefits for him, it is also always intense emotionally if not physically and takes the last crumbs of energy out of him, what with how exhausted he is already.

so when at lance's 'i think im gonna head out' seb starts to jump up and get ready to go too, it sets off all sorts of alarm bells.

you let it slide, once, but when he tries to pull the same shit the next time, even though he is clearly not ready to leave, you tell him to stay. and he is so--he just tenses up, immediately, and looks like he expects you to be mad at him, to punish him, and your heart clenches, because... you just wish he would let you take care of him, but instead he feels broken for needing it in the first place.

and i feel like this is going to be a problem thats gonna arise a few more times, because while he desperately wants to believe that youre ready to and genuinely want to take care of him, he is so unused to being in this position the thought just has trouble sticking

this is a mile long again and i dont really know how to resolve it (do you schedule extra time with him so he doesnt feel like he's crashing on you after hours? do you turn your lunches into hand feeding him? i cant seem to find a good solution :c ) so can i please leave it in your tender care?

Ok everyone strap this is gonna be a long one because every point made here is IMMACULATE and I have so much to say. Lemon has once again outdone themselves holy fuck.

I fully agree that his mind takes a long time to catch up with his body, physically he's napping on your chest and leaning against you and seeking constant support, but mentally? He has no fucking idea where he is.

You can see that of course, so I think there would be a very fein line between helping and hurting and you often struggle to tell. Because, he needs the help and support, that much is clear. But he's also not in the right headspace for a lot of what you're offering?

You want to offer him a safe space, but you need to have some type of engagement with you, some communication so you know what he needs and can help him heal. Because you know he'll never actually heal unless he can engage with what happened to him and what he needs now.

Except if you push him, he might break and stop trusting you. So you really can't be asking too much of him, because the risk of him not trusting you anymore is far too great.

And of course while you're struggling with all of this, Sebastian is going through his own difficulties. He slowly begins to understand what's happening to him, what has happened to him and where he is now.

And yeah, he doesn't take it well.

Firstly, it's absolutely terrifying how Sebastian can't even manage to do things on his own anymore. I think, more than just struggling with the pressures of being a racing driver, he'd struggle even more with being alone?

His worst hours are when he's alone, when he must make his own dinners, do his own workouts, put himself to bed.

And that's why he spends so much time with you? Because when he's with you, you do those things for him. You help him make all his decisions, give him a safe harbour where he doesn't have to think about a single thing.

But the fact that he needs that is fucking terrifying. The fact that he can't put himself to bed... can't choose what to eat... can't do anything besides wait and hope he sees you soon.

I think it would take him a while to have the realisation that this is your job, that you're here because you're being paid.

And I actually think it will be something very small that does it? Maybe he's talking to his assistant about his schedule and she says, "Do you want an extra scene scheduled?" and of course he says yes, so his assistant says, "No problem, I'll let the finance guys know to add an extra scene to your Dom's payments"

That's when he realises. You're being paid to be here. Which he's known the whole time, but hearing it so casually...

He actually nearly breakdowns over that? Because it's never been professional to him. He's never been just a client. But has he... has he been just a client to you?

Which makes him wonder, are you being paid overtime? He thinks of how you always come to his room with him after scenes, how he seeks you out at lunches and dinners, how you call him during off weekends, how he's seeking more, needing more.

Which is when he starts distancing himself, because he thinks he's essentially been asking for too much for too long.

Only... it doesn't go well. He struggles so much. And I also think it would hurt him even more to pull away from you than all the scenes with his old Dom at Ferrari.

Because now, now he's choosing this. He's choosing to move away from the one thing that has helped him.

You notice, of course, but you leave it at first because you know it's important to respect Sebastian's decisions. Sebastian has had his own decisions undermined for so long, and you don't want to do the same.

But you know something is very wrong once he tries to leave after a scene the same time lance does. Because he can't do that. You know he can't do that. He won't be able to function.

Maybe he drops? Goes fully into subdrop? You notice it the next day, from the way he refuses to meet your eyes, can't seem to sit still, can stay focused or calm.

And the moment you get close enough, he just throws himself into your arms and begs for forgiveness. Promising you that he'll never do that again, never be so ungrateful again.

I actually think you might need to punish him for this. Which I know is very counterintuitive because usually you know you can't punish Sebastian or else he'll panic.

But this time, this time you need him to know that he actually has done something wrong.

He didn't trust you. He tried to make decisions about what he needs himself. That isn't his job, that is your job, his job is to be your good boy and do whatever you tell him.

It's not harsh punishment.

You spank him ten times. Making him count each one and comforting him the entire him, promising him it all he forgiven when he reaches ten, that he can forgive himself too, that the two of you will move forward, that you know he'll never do something like this again.

(i dont care to do c! tags bc theres. so many characters. if i dont say cc! then im talking abt the characters) normally i am not one to think much about the syndicate bc outside of ranboo being there to protect tubbo the syndicate Frustrates me a bit but. if phil starts to realize just how fucked over tubbo got by schlatt being erased from the narrative (and especially how shittily techno has treated tubbo) then i really hope they lean into like. the fact that the syndicate may soon turn into phil, niki, ranboo, and possibly the mystery member (im including mystery member mostly because i think tubbo is on good terms with almost everyone except like. dream, possibly wilbur but we'll see, and like the eggpire ppl but none of them are likely options but it is possible that the mystery member could just be neutral) all like. wanting tubbo to be safe and phil is *just* reasonable enough that i think he'd realize how unfair it is for tubbo to have been subjected to so much shit just for techno to introduce even more fear and the need to hide in his life

like phil already keeps the bee duo marriage and michael a secret, he lets tubbo come over and while of course its mostly from the semi lore vibes phil seems vaguely fond of tubbo already (i dont think phil and tubbo have father/son vibes tho, more just like. tubbo is just That Kid that adults cant help but adore even though the kid will rob them of house and home. slightly amused elder watching a tiny fucking gremlin make sex jokes and talk about soviet russia), niki from what i remember still cares about tubbo (probably because she cant redirect any anger towards him without realizing how unjustified it would be kcnsks she can come up with excuses for hating tommy but tubbo didnt do anything that niki has a problem with outside of her maybe having a bad view on butcher army if she knows about it?), ranboo is. ranboo. i dont need to clarify. and then like said theres a very low possibility of the fifth member *disliking* tubbo or being unable to sympathize with him.

people talk a lot about how techno needs to lose in a way that he cant easily come back from without introspection and i think while the rest of the syndicate standing up for tubbo would increase technos grudge against tubbo initially its also like. something that i think would maybe force techno to see tubbo as a person because now theres nothing techno can box (haha gettit. tubbox tubbo in a box tubbo getting boxed into certain roles by people who refuse to let him out techno esp doin this teehoo) tubbo into that wouldnt just. acknowledge that tubbo is a person. hes not apart of the government anymore, not planning any failed revolution, the most negative title to his name is being one of the nuke makers but even then thats out of fear and safety and techno knows that. otherwise tubbos current crimes are nothing thats special to tubbo (like. stealing and searching for evidence in ppls homes and stuff, the latter of which techno doesnr even know about). right now tubbos a husband, a father, a friend, a kid, *ex*-government, a person. and just.

i think that with how much foreshadowing about tubbos execution no longer being a secret amongst the witnesses and tubbo himself and soon being something that people close to techno like phil and ranboo know about as well (in that i want phil to learn that techno did it and for ranboo to learn about it in general bc hes just biased enough for tubbo and just smart enough that i think even if somehow he wasnt told who did it he could figure it out), and with the fact that tubbos lore has been confirmed to now be something thats actively going to be played into? i think (or at least hope) that it might spur phil and techno into finally seeing tubbos side of the story (and probably also get into the possibility of tubbo opening up to tommy and ranboo but i do think realistically either tubbo will try to play it off/not truly open up about how much its effected him or tubbo will at first shut down or go into complete repression mode, especially if phil and ranboo get the story from other people rather than tubbo himself [but god do i hope they confront tubbo himself]. either those two or tubbo talks about his emotions through fucking snapping at something/someone like he did at quackity when reminded of his execution, which as long as its Not tommy or ranboo ill absolutely be cheering on him for)

ok so i do believe ur right that midoriya would feel absolutely AWFUL before, during, nd after any conversation that is a confrontation w baku

i believe this for a couple reasons;;;;

1) midoriya has a hard time letting loose negative emotions that like. arent characteristic of a “good person”. like he refuses to let himself act out and/or respond in ways that may be a little mean bc he just. idk if this is canon technically but like from what i can analyze abt his character, he hinges his self-esteem on being a good person. so, if he were to ever act in a way that would Question that notion, i think he’d fall in on himself. so he doesn’t have any experience letting loose such emotions nd he’d be scared of the aftermath of doing so, not just bc of bakugou, but also what it might mean for who he is

and also 2) as fucked up nd complex as his relationship w bakugou is, he does care for him. i think its also canon that he hates him at the same time?? so hes got a lot of internal conflict over him, let alone bringing it out into the light and trying to mediate between those two sides of himself during a conversation

and then 3) he spent a long time like,,just pushing bakugou’s assholeness off?? like he knew bakugou was like a dick but he cared for him and didnt want to ruin his future w his personal beef (even though he was entitled to like u dont use ur quirk on someone @/young baku) so he just shrugged off the incidences the best he could. to confront baku abt everything tho, he would have to acknowledge everything that happened to him nd that would be so taxing emotionally he’d have to face the fact that he never even got a childhood bc of the relentless bullying not just from baku but the rest of his peers and oh GOD

so its bc of these three main reasons i think midoriya would l o a t h e to confront baku abt anything, and if he did confront him, he’d feel awful afterwards

HOWEVER he has good friends now and he knows what a good friendship is supposed to look like and also his self-esteem and self-image isnt so crippled anymore and he knows he deserves basic decency now and bakugou like.....for years never gave him that. for YEARS. and it cost midoriya many things, the least of which were having friends/a sense of importance

so like. i think for months he’d be warring with himself over “to talk or to not talk” bc,,,the three reasons but also he wants ANSWERS bakugou was so awful to him for YEARS he wants the REASONS he wants an APOLOGY he wants to be TAKEN SERIOUSLY because DAMMIT people -- teachers, peers, strangers at parks, whatever -- all simply WATCHED him being brought down OVER and OVER and OVER and he just. he needs to know he needs closure he needs. he needs.

SOOooo i think one night he’d just snap like baku does smth snarky or w/e and midoriya just completely freaks the fuck out

its a screaming match and midoriya can hardly breathe thro his tears but he NEEDS baku to know and he NEEDS answers and he just. he cant keep this contained any longer he will literally die if he tries to keep this to himself to his grave

so midoriya probably pulls a conversational curveball (probably brings up baku s*icide baiting him) and baku just freezes

while baku is frozen midoriya just fucking spills his entire guts and heart out and at the end he tries to demand an explanation but his actions have caught up with him at that point nd midoriya cant even move hes feeling so many emotions and oh god. he just yelled everything at bakugou

if midoriya could stand he’d probs run away but he cant MOVE fam his heart’s just so heavy

anyway theyre probably heard by like Everyone in the dorms so when the silence stretches on midoriya’s friends probs come in and help him to his room while baku’s just left to like digest all of that

back in mido’s room he’s probably crying just not as loudly bc “oh god im such a bad person i was supposed to keep it to myself i was supposed to be better im supposed to be a good person what good person would scream at the person theyve known the longest im so awful hes right im useless im evil im so fucking-” nd midoriya’s friends Quickly put an end to that the best they can but yknow midoriya’s just all over the place tonight

anyway some hours later baku knocks on the door nd under the izucrew’s monitoring, baku has a talk w midoriya

midoriya didnt rlly get to ask bakugou why any of their past happened, but bakugou feels like he should tell him his side of the story since midoriya told him his

nd its not,,satisfying cause bakugou’s still trying to figure out his past actions and motives himself but its something and hes actually remorseful and also he heard midoriya out and doesnt hate him so midoriya will take it

anyway once bakugou tells his side, he ends it with a *gasp* actual apology!!!! and he promises to do better

nd midoriya’s like “i cant forgive u, not yet at least, but like. thanks for this” bc hey he got his closure yknow

so theyre probs just rlly on uneven footing w each other for a couple months before midoriya asks if he wants to try as friends again nd blah blah im sure we all know the story from there

SOOOOOOOOOO basically; ur right midoriya would feel like complete shit before, during, and after the conversation(s), but i think in the end it would be beneficial for both him and bakugou’s character

cause bakugou will see how his actions hurt the person he’s known the longest firsthand, and the person who’s done nothing but admire him will snap at him for the first time, nd i think that would lead to good introspection on baku’s side

nd ofc midoriya getting to spill his entire guts would be cathartic as shit he’d feel a lot better after getting it out there instead of trying to keep it pushed down. plus, bakugou (or anyone else for that matter) wouldnt hate him for talking abt his feelings SO yeah after he accepts the situation Happened he’d feel,,a lot better,,

so like. to midoriya this whole conversation would be like a necessary evil thing, but it would help him and by extension bakugou, not hurt them

Tumblr fucking sucks ass at saving shit. Ive lost like 8 paragraphs in total bc of this stupid app not saving my whit right.

The little light in the elevator flickered, and he watched as it did, hoping, praying it would stay on. He shook and clung to the thin stack of papers he had in his hands, as he struggled to keep himself calm.

As time passed, he began to pace around the little space of the elevator more and more, faster and faster as time ticked. The grays in his hair seemed high-lighted by the little light, and by his stress, they just seemed to stand out more while he was under pressure. Picking up his head in his weird panicy daze, he looked over to his friend.

"Duncan-" he didnt even wait for a response. "Do you think we'll get out of here any time soon-" he was starting to talk a little fast and he started fiddling with the end of his pony tail. They haven't been in here long at all, but he's already started scaring himself and worrying to death. He continued to pace, digging his fingers into his hair. He really needs to get some help with his anxiety, poor baby.

"Course I do Name....I dont think we'll be stuck here too long" He was trying to be comforting before Name got out of hand and lost his shit in the elevator. He seemed to sit quiet for a moment.

"G-...good...i- because I need to get home and take care of shoop-" his voice faded as if he'd just realized something he'd forgotten.

"Shoopie.....no- no no no no this isnt okay at all-" he's always so worried about Shoopie. He lives like he's only here for her and like he's not his own person. The pacing got worse and he was beginning to speak in mumbles. His words were spoken so fast, it got harder to understand him.

"Ihavetogethomeandtakecareofheri-i-i....." Duncan never really knew how to handle Names panic attacks, at least not the part where he paces so severly. Eventually, Name stopped talking, but he was still in a panic regardless. If he loses his mind from being stuck in an elevator for 30 minutes, he really needs some kind of therapy. His head was faced down as he paced back and forth.

Even with his face not visable Duncan could just tell it wasnt going super well. You could hear him try not to cry and see his hands were balled so tightly, and sometimes he still mumbled to himself. Of course, Duncan wasn't just going to sit here and let his friend fucking lose it, he came a little closer and reached out his hand, lightly touching Names fingertips.

Name barely noticed it, but he did, and he sort of harshly pulled his hand away. Name doesnt really like being touched in these situations, it makes him far more tense, but Duncan just needed his attention. "D-dont touch me please i-i.....Im-" he faded out and continued to freak out internally.

"Idontlikeitinherethewallsaretootightandandwhatamisupposedtodoaboutshoopie....whatifshegetshurtorneedssomethingfrommeandandi-..." He was really just suffocating under all his words. The walls kept getting tighter and tighter, and then the light flickered, and went out.

"Nononono....no-" His voice shook, and he let out a depressing whimper as he slid to the ground, his body leaning against the wall with all his weight. At this point, his tired mind cant take all this, and he just proceeded to sob and pop under all the pressure of the situation. Of course, even as he sobbed, he tried to keep quiet so Duncan wouldnt hear, and he tried to push it back down and cover it all up. Of course, that didnt work at all.

"Hey...hey name......" He slid down to the floor as well, sort of in front of him, still giving him space however. "Name....can you hear me dude...." You have to ask these things with Name because sometimes, if he gets too deep within his own panic he really cant hear anything. Shoopie taught him that one, she also most likely taught him about how to deal with him while he's like this as well.

"Name....?" He's just concerned and wants to do his best to help before Name fucking suffocates. Despite knowing Name doesnt like being touched while like this, Duncan just lightly tapped his palm to try and get his attention.

Jerking his head up in another burst of panic, his eyes met Duncans, even in the barely lit elevator. "Can you hear me...." Duncan calmly asked him again.

"Y....y-yeah i-...i can hear you-" He's struggling but doing what he can. "I.....im-m sorry i-.....i dont know w-why i-im s-such a baby about it i just-" He's having a difficult time with everything, and the moments he doesn't speak are moments full of gasps for breath.

"You're okay, just- just listen to my voice and try to breathe okay? Why dont we play that game shoopie told me you liked....i-i know its dim in here but...you think you could try?"
