Australian Avocados are in season now and are available at all major supermarkets. Have you tried using avocado in Asian-style dishes? They’re fantastic because they add such a nice creamy texture. 👍
 Here’s how I made my Avocado & Tomato Kerabu with Australian Avocados from @tasteaustraliaMY. 🥑RECIPE: AUSTRALIAN AVOCADO & TOMATO KERABU🥑 INGREDIENTS ✅1 Australian Avocado, sliced ✅1 tomato ✅1/2 Thai chilli, finely sliced ✅½ red onion, sliced ✅1 small bunch Thai basil leaves, leaves only ✅1 tablespoon filtered water ✅Juice of 2 calamansi limes ✅2 teaspoons miso paste ✅1 teaspoon gula Melaka ✅⅛ teaspoon salt METHOD 1. Deseed tomato and set aside for dressing. Slice tomatoes thinly. 2. For dressing, mix water, lime juice, miso paste, gula Melaka, salt and tomato seeds together.  3. Place tomato, chilli, onion and basil leaves in a bowl and toss in dressing.  4. Add avocado into bowl and toss gently. 5. Plate and enjoy!! Guacamole . 🥑Avocado 🧅Red onion 🧄Garlic cloves 🍋Lime/lemon juice 🌶Chilli 🍅Tomato 🧂S+P 🍃Coriander . Chop onion, garlic and chilli finely, add to a bowl. Add the avocado and mash then add the rest of the ingredients. I don’t like adding quantities, especially for something like this. I don’t know how much garlic you like or how hot the chilli you have is or whether you like coriander or only want to use a little bit of onion. That is the great thing about preparing your own food, you can make it suit your own tastes and have the textures you prefer.
