I’m abandoning a project that I have work for 4 years to make.

I know that most of you don’t even care about this, but if I didn’t get this out of my mind, it will forever hunt me.

I worked on an Undertale au for 4 years, I was still at school when I started making the story and the characters, and it was the cringest thing ever, no good character design, no good story building, no nothing.

I was playing around with just the dust of my dreams of being as well known as x-tale creator, I was shoving trama and characters getting hurt everywhere, hoping I would get an interesting story, but I ended up with the most stupid and inconsistent story ever.

I don’t want to get into details, but it was so annoying to try and pull things together by a thin thread.

What I want to say is, like any other artist, when you keep your face so close to your canvas you will mess the bigger picture, sometimes you just need to step away for a while and look at your creation as a whole, then you might see the small mistakes you have made and fix them.

But as for my au and some of my dream… I don’t think I can fix any of them.

you barely get a chance to roll onto your back before soonyoung's already climbing onto the bed and somewhat on top of you and your blankets, and it's only seconds later that he crashes. it's far from the first time this has happened (soonyoung is clingy and cuddly, especially when he's sleepy), but he manages to knock the wind out of you nonetheless. he rests his head on your chest, and you wiggle an arm out to curl around him as best as you can in your semi-trapped position.

"soonyoung--"

"just go back to sleep," he murmurs. "everything's fine."

you stroke his hair, thumb dipping down to graze his cheek at one point. "soonie--"

"i mean it," he says, eyes peering up in the low light to see yours. "i'm fine. just need to nap." his hand finds yours, and he wraps your arm around him as he snuggles in. he plants a kiss against your chest before resting his head against it again, eyes fluttering shut. "you can rest a little longer, too."

you settle back down after a moment, arms wrapped around soonyoung as you shut your eyes again. sometimes you swear this tiger is a teddy bear, but regardless of which he is, he's yours.

Kurk's birth is a very nonstandard one, he was a brain tumor his "mother" had in her occipital and temporal lobes and he hemorrhaged and basically stole her remaining life essences in the (agonizing) split second between life and death

Imagine being a Namira worshipper just chillin at one of the altars and one of the other worshippers collapses and her head just explodes and a guy is there standing in the viscera, who is immediately dissatisfied with his current existence and rips his skin off then lays under a velvet sheet until his mortal body dies of infection and habitates a realm between life and death. I don't know how I'd handle that tbh. I mean makes sense he's worshipped after that display but
