raph as icarus is so interesting because the mechs have already mentioned an icarus. in ulysses dies at dawn. they mention that a rumor about daedalus was that he killed his own son for getting too ambitious. his son who by the myth, is icarus. even if he is never named in specific it can be assumed this ambition filled son of daedalus is one in the same to icarus. now i wouldnt say this disproves the raphaella-as-icarus thoughts. daedalus also is rumored to midnight as an olympian named hephaestus after all so who knows how long he has been around, and how long ago icarus came around. we dont know much about raph after all

all that to say raph is trans and was from The City.
