Hi I started this draft MONTHS ago and just found it again sorry !!

Some of my favourite side characters are Benthomaar, Okino, and Faith (Heavy Metal). I like their character archetypes and they all have this. Air of tragedy to them (in my opinion) that matches what’s so compelling to me about Lloyd if that makes sense. Like ooohhh girl you have an Ancient And Poetic Tragedy in your characterization, I like that in a man /J

(I wrote this pre DR pt2 and now I’m obsessed with Percival and Jordana also)

As for ships I think the three I think about most are probably Bumblebee (Percy/Arin), PIXane, and lostshipping (Cole/Geo)? But I enjoy so many especially in this fandom where there’s a fantastic multishipping/poly-positive/rarepair culture. I think that’s so cool. I’ve been liking seabreeze (morro/Benthomaar) and citrus (echo/morro) maybe I just want to put that twink in a relationship.

As for headcanons ooohhhh okay where to start without doing too much.

1. There is a two part cycle in the FSM’s family that fascinates me. Dragon/oni ofc as the first part and The Child as the second. The role of the dragon and oni in this cycle are to end up believing that they are destined to be at odds, and the child is just The Figure That They Make Choose Between Them. Lloyd and the FSM are The Child, and wu and garmadon and the Actual Namesakes of the role are the dragon and oni.

(My favourite part of this hc is that it’s fully psychological there is no actual predetermined role for any of them to play. This just keeps happening)

2. The “Which Ninja Is Your Boyfriend (females only)” quiz exists on the in universe quotev equivalent and the ninja have all taken it.

3. Jay wants to be in a band and every time he meets someone who plays an instrument he gets Weird

4. On that note my music hcs for the ninja.

-Coles voice actually really suits a grungier style than he’s tried singing in

-Lloyd took drum lessons at darkleys and still remembers the general schtick bc air drumming is a fantastic stim. He hasn’t used a real drum set since he was 9 though lol

-Nya learned guitar bc she wanted to impress a girl. She can’t play bar chords and DID play wonderwall for Jay on a date. Jay was smitten.

-PIXAL can do a death growl I think

-Zane’s “hello my baby” rendition is my basis. He sings like he’s old and has fantastic taste.

-Jay’s just A Good Singer. He learned to play top forty radio songs on a piano he tuned himself in the junkyard and he’s dreamed of telling that story on a radio show ever since.

Tried my hand at mending a massive rip in my favorite shorts recently and I love how it's turning out even though I'm 100% winging it with scrap denim and embroidery thread.

It's my first real sewing project and I wouldn't have tried it without your blog so thank you for helping me to finally find a use for those 6 pairs of worn out jeans I was keeping for some reason :)

Bo is… well, to any stranger looking at him, he’s this early twenty year old man who for appearing so often in town, frequently hides away camping in the nearby wilderness rather than scrounging up the pocket money he makes by hunting for a local room. His clothing adding significant size to his silhouette, underneath it he’s a just notch above skins and bones.

He’s surprisingly well read and written, his telegrams formal and structured. Something to be expected when your aunt was a school teacher who personally saw to your homeschooling, and naturally he was homeschooled so there was more time to help his uncle- who’s poor physical condition limited what he could do- on their simple ranch.

Growing up, his family didn’t have much spending money. Enough to be comfortably fed, but valuables and “luxury items” weren’t things Bo had really possessed. This has led to him developing an eye for shiny things… pretty things. Unfortunately, it’s this trait that led him down the path that forced him to leave his childhood home.

His horse, a dun coated Lusitano named Sidewinder, is a rather personable equine. Pawing at the ground if his rider leaves him standing around for too long without a chore, zig zagging out of reach when feeling particularly restless certain days, and has formed a large slight towards most snakes that come too close despite his namesake…

Only recently with this coming of the season, has Bo experienced his first snow. Something he hadn’t seen much up growing up on western side of the county in New Austin.

Bo’s story is still expanding, at it’s apart of a larger world filled with more than just his own causes and effects :)) but thank you for giving me the excuse to share things about him!

Is it a popular fan belief that the jean shirt that Mulder wears in the pilot is the same jean shirt that Scully later wears? If so, how did she get the shirt? Did she just take it from him during one of their trips? And he's ok with it. Does she tell him, "no, I bought one just like yours and got it oversized too for comfort".

Orrrrrr.....they hooked up right away and that's why Ethan and her Cirque Du Soleil guy disappear because Spooky and Scully got it on right away, but Scully being a "by the rules" kind of gal gets nervous and backs off. She keeps him jean jacket as a momento of living on the edge:) Eh? Yeah, please, maybe:)

I don't know if it's a popular belief, but it's a fun fan theory. :DDDDD

While we know the jacket was likely part of the set's costumes-- recycled because of the limited wardrobe-- that doesn't explain how it jumped from Mulder to Scully canonically.

I see four theories:

It was Mulder's: he handed it over while both were trapped up in the woods. This wouldn't make too much sense to me, because Scully would have had to be prepared to "slum it" in nature a few days due to the case.

It's not Mulder's: it was a cast-off (be it Bill's or Charlie's or her father's) that her mother gave to Scully. This would fit in a hypothetical post Beyond the Sea weeding out and downsizing.

It was Mulder's: Scully kept it from a rendezvous. This doesn't make much sense to me, either, because both don't exhibit any signs of having fallen into bed together (yet.)

It was Scully's: she has a patchwork wardrobe because of student loans and an under developed fashion sense (which changes into sleek, manicured designs and silks in two to three years.)

Personally, I don't believe it's his. What makes sense to me is that this was the early 90s and denim was in-- oversized denim, specifically. I can easily see Scully buying an oversized piece and stuffing it in her bag for a camping trip: she hadn't "glowed up" yet with her fashion choices, and she probably didn't have a large budget to do so. (Or the cast-off theory, though it doesn't have to fall post Beyond the Sea-- I just think it'd make sense as a 'recent' purchase during the denim craze.)
