as an autistic black person (who's mixed with quite a few things) it's very scary how people react to people who stim.. specially black people who stim.. and it can be dangerous at times.. I should probably make something based off this.. but we need to be in a world we're stimming is normalized and not stared at.. or attacked for (physically or verbally). or shamed. or even seen as being erratic or mentally unwell. something like things like dancing is seen as a normal stim so a lot of people stim through dancing, that are black to cope with this and it's just hard.. so many autistics being hurt, arrested or killed for having a meltdown.. we have trauma from the medical mental health system when it comes with being restrained and stuff.. it's scary to be autistic and black. we stim a lot and have people think it is scary for us not being able to mask well. being autistic and black is scary.. sorry for the ramble idk.. everyone's should be able to stim safely. it's okay to stim.. it's okay.. - Strawberry
