After the new millennium, the state of Jharkhand was born with several big cities that have played a major role in the economy and culture of the region. Jharkhand 2025
Famous cities are as follows:
Ranchi: The state capital being the center for education and the government, Ranchi is popular for its beautiful waterfalls and center of tribal culture.
Jamshedpur: Alternatively known as Tata Nagar, this city is among the earliest developed industrial estates in India along with the thriving steel and manufacturing industries.
Dhanbad: Often referred to as the “Coal Capital of India”, it enervates extensive territories of coal mining and is an important center of trade this is what makes it an industrialist state.
Bokaro Steel City: Bokaro is slightly different as it is a city predominantly for the people working in the steel industry as IT houses one of the largest steel plants in Asia.
Deoghar: Also, a religious destination, famous for Baidyanath Temple which thousands of worshippers visit each year.
Hazaribagh: This city possesses Hazaribagh National Park, a wildlife and ecological tourism hub, thanks to its natural beauty. The area is coal-bearing as well.
Palamu: This district is known all over the country for its Palamu Tiger Reserve and Betla National Park which are important for wildlife protection and eco-tourism.
Ramgarh: A region of industrial importance, Ramgarh is known for coal mining and has thermal power generation plants installed. It also harbors places of historical and religious importance like the Rajrappa Temple.
Jharkhand is characterized by its varied topography, which includes thick forests, waterfalls, and busy townships with industries. Its beauty in nature complements its development in Industries.

Indian Prime Minister: Narendra Modi is a fraud (essay)
Indians have little wisdom and low civility. Narendra Modi is taking full advantage of this and staying as Prime Minister of India. He is good at deceiving people. In the past, during a forced currency exchange that he orchestrated, he made a baseless verbal promise to the anxious farmers that he would ``drive away those who would harm you,'' and the farmers believed him. His party, the Bharatiya Janata Party, received an avalanche of votes and won in a landslide.
This is a case that clearly shows that the common people in India are stupid and have low standards of civility, but something like this happened recently. He alleged that during the Ukraine war, Modi wooed Russia and allowed Indian students to return safely to India. India's Ministry of Foreign Affairs denies this, saying, ``There is no such thing.'' Modi has no problem telling lies like this. Indian university students believed in Modi and praised him on this matter. Indeed, farmers and university students have little wisdom and low civility. They are people easy for politicians to handle. Isn't that enough to be a scammer? Hey, Modi.
Modi knows the situation of the Indian people very well, so he lies without hesitation. This tendency to lie is probably unrelated to the fact that he was from the lower class of the Shudra caste system and grew up with a strong desire to rise.
In addition, during his 10-year reign, he cultivated IT-related industries and engineers, giving preferential treatment to this field and its human resources, but India's industrial structure has become too specialized in IT. However, because other industries are weak, the unemployment rate among young people is an abnormal 30%, which is worse than in China. Modi will be forced to step down at some point, but for India, the sooner the better.

INDIAN ELECTION COMMISSION ANNOUNCES DATES FOR GENERAL ELECTIONS
The Election Commission for India announced on Saturday the dates for the coming General Elections, to be conducted in seven phases beginning on April 19th.
According to reporting on the announcement, more than 970 million Indians are expected to vote in the coming elections at over 1 million polling stations across the country.
Speaking at a Press conference covering the election scheduling, Chief Election Commissioner, Rajiv Kumar, said elections will run through the 1st of June, with vote counting to be conducted on June 4th.
Acknowledging what he called "major challenges" posed by the elections, Kumar said the biggest concerns were with bribing, threats, misinformation and violations of the model code of conduct for elections.
Current Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who belongs to the Hindu Nationalist BJP Party, seeks a third term, facing a challenge from an alliance of more than two dozen Parties belonging to the Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance (INDIA), led by the opposition Indian National Congress Party who held power from the time of the country's liberation from the British empire in 1947, until the BJP's first National election win in May of 2014.
Modi and the BJP, for their part, have set a goal for winning 370 seats in the Indian Parliament, and 400 in total for the alliance it leads.
Previously, in the 2019 General Elections, Modi's BJP Party won 303 out of 543 seats in the lower house of Parliament, its best performance since the Party's formation in 1980.

Self-proclaimed free speech absolutist Elon Musk bends the knee to Indian censorship, blocks documentary critical of Indian PM Modi.
Musk claims that he'll allow anything permitted by law, but (a) he doesn't—he censors speech that is perfectly legal and (b) defying government censorship is the most important part of free speech.

The DEA had recommended that prior experience in related sectors must be considered, that any single bidder should not be awarded more than two airports to avoid financial risks and to promote comparison of performance. It also recommended that a license model be followed instead of a lease. The NITI Aayog too agreed with these recommendations. But to no avail. There were various anomalies even in the eligibility terms and conditions set by AAI for bidders. The whole exercise appeared intended to eliminate competition and favour the chosen few, or the Chosen One. According to available information and media exposes, in April 2018, the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) directed the DEA and NITI Aayog to prepare a model mechanism for removing certain airports out of the control of the AAI and handing these over to private players. The new model concession agreement would take into account all eventualities, including real-estate development on airport land, which was the first indication that despite the objections of Airports Authority of India employees, the Modi government was adamant about going ahead with the airport privatisation plan. Media reports revealed that despite the Ministry of Civil Aviation being in the picture, the entire initiative was led by the PMO.
