Asuna is so sweet man, even though she could've resented Kayaba, for forcing her to participate in a game were she could've lost her life, and making her life hell, she doesn't resent him. She also sees Rinko as a mother figure and if theoretical spoilers Kayaba and Rinko's secret son gets revealed at some point. I am sure she will treat that boy with love and be a sister figure to him.

Asuna in fact, is a secret figure to younger characters, or even characters her age, She may not be the blood sister of Silica, Sinon, Liz and Suguha but these girls are are her sisters. Even though i think she's the youngest of the group?. ( correct me if i am wrong )
