Does Gabriel have aphephobia?

ok i had to google what that was, and google said it was the fear of being touched so i’m going with that.

not really. though one fear of his would becoming close to a mortal. he is an angel after all and more often than not, he’s there to do a job for Heaven. which could involve bad things happening to mortals. so getting close (either as friends or lovers) would cause a lot of problems.

I'm focusing on my Dream x Reader oneshot right now, but I'm already thinking about writing about Error next. I NEED MORE ERROR X READER THAT RESPECTS HIS APHEPHOBIA!

I think a good shipname for Error x Classic would be: Moth.

Because the moth, the insect, was the FIRST computer BUG to exist.

(Long story short: this happened because a moth (insect) literally entered inside the computer, causing problems with it.

And that's why bugs are called...well, bugs- )

Sans is the first existing Sans, and Error is the first Sans that bugged.

So...to me this makes some sense.

And well, since Error doesn't eliminate the main au of the multiverse, in this case: Undertale, he implies that he has nothing against Undertale and its Fun Values, he just doesn't care about them.

At some point, I imagine Error ending up visiting Undertale for...reasons he can't remember :).

He would feel a strange feeling of deja-vu from this place.

And then, halfway through, he meets Sans.

Sans, as always, would be friendly towards Error.

Maybe Error would be rude to him at first, but Sans wouldn't care, and would just keep trying to make friends.

Sans would make his natural jokes, and Error, like any other Sans, would find them funny, and nostalgic, in some way.

And well, over time, Error would like to spend time with Sans, as he is not an anomaly like the others, he already existed, perhaps even before Error himself.

Of course, it would take a HUGE amount of time to get to that point, as he seems to have trust issues, but anyway-

Error would maybe vent to Sans about this multiverse balancing thing and Ink not being able to keep this shit balanced.

Sans would obviously understand Error, because, unlike Ink, he is more sensible-

They would do different things together: they would tell jokes, they would laze around, they would just make small gestures of affection because aphephobia-

Error would even take Sans to watch the real stars in Outertale, as Classico has probably never seen them, and he also loves astronomy, so there's no way he wouldn't like it.

They would both nerd out about space, watch Undernovela and other crap on TV, Error would teach him how to knit, Classico would call Error a nerd because of his glasses as a way of teasing him.

Classic would also play pranks on him, using mainly the old and famous whoppie causion-

And with all this attention and affection that Error would be receiving, he would start to fall in love with the Classic.

Error being a wet paper towel around Classic sans is my favorite thing ever. Hes this weird guy who is both overpowered and very easy to beat in a fight but the moment “the Original” is around he’s the epitome of those images of large eyed sad cats who just follow people around all pathetically

I love your art but got a question about Decans how would he react if someone accidentally threw a drink at him because they got scared of something and didn't mean to yeet there drink at him.

There would be two different outcomes, see, Decans is hyperaware of his environment when he's not in a place he feels comfortable with. If a drink came to his direction, he would simply avoid it and be so stressed he would simply retreat where he would feel safe to calm down.

If it unfortunately touched him without him expecting it to he would have a panic attack and his magic would trigger his blasters which he has no control over.

Yes it is overkill, but Decans has aphephobia and ptsd soooo that is sorta to be expected.

NM: I don't really know, we're on better terms since the truce but we still need to work on a few things, so I guess maybe 6 out of ten ? I don't hate him but it's not love either, it's more like... I appreciate him

NM: yes, especially Killer, since he gets bored easly when he's alone he often chose someone to stay with for the day and doesn't let them go

NM: Dust would definitely lose and the simple reason to that is because I have tentacles and he wouldn't be able to concentrate enough to use his blue magic on me

NM: I guess Killer because he seems to be very immune to embarrassment so he probably wouldn't even mind

NM: because Dust has the funniest reaction, he's the most ticklish out of the three and since they're mostly always together he's the most accessible

NM: blush a little and smile I guess, we worked a lot on his aphephobia, he doesn't have any problem touching me anymore, it's still complicated with the others tho

- Error hugged me back

- Hate was very confused

- Killer slapped my ass so I slapped his

- Dust didn't do anything at first but ended up hugging me back

- Horror hugged me back and didn't let go for an entire hour because he thought I was sad

NM: oh God okay here's how it went:

I hugged Error and when he hugged me back I tickled his ribs, of course he yelled because he wasn't expecting that, and that's when I regretted it: he pushed me and tied me in his strings before tickling me in return

spoiler alert. I have a somewhat absurd doubt which I hope is false otherwise I'll get angry... in the last episode, when zoya wants to go back to look for her dead relatives kaz tells her "it's dangerous to look for the dead" almost suggesting that he and jordie don't were together when he died and that I had to go looking for him. which is absurd because in the book they are together when jordie dies and they are taken to the barge together, and there is a horror. if they made this choice and I hope not, either the plague was removed to speed up the flashback time or for other reasons or to make pekka more evil: if jordie was killed by his men on his orders this would make him even more evil bad than it already is. even if I can't understand the origin of kaz's aphephobia at this point, unless he clings to his dead brother and is taken away with him connecting us to the book and from there the rest with the part of the port. I hope not. because I wouldn't like it as an idea, I want the pestilence! the fact that jesper knows about jordie has already been changed (many hated this change. me not particularly because they both lost someone they love to a disease so i can also accept it) but i don't want any more extreme changes and jordie killed by pekka's men and kaz who goes to look for him really no guys! I don't say do the identical flashback they always change a bit...but not in such an extreme way. I hope the sentence to zoya is not referring to this but only to the horror of finding loved ones dead. I get angry otherwise! in any case I want the story of that watch... (replaces the toy dogs, the saskia tape or is it something else?) and the actor who plays kaz as a child! We're waiting a little too long I think...

Faith Depleted, Faith Restored...?

Large chunks of this faith had been stolen through unspeakable acts.  I thought you were my friend!  Friends don’t squeeze your breasts; shove their tongue down your throat and fingers in your privates.  Friends don’t cut you open with their metaphorical knife and attempt death by strangulation once they’ve realized what they’ve done. Friends don’t give you PTSD and a fear of touch.  They don’t leave your family wandering why you’re so angry, isolated, and cold. Friends don’t make you too afraid to trust your own judgment when it comes down to making new friends.

I understandably do not have much faith in humanity but small pieces over extended periods of time… Small pieces that lead to small peace. I see it in the everyday kindnesses that [some] people shower upon each other in these dark times.

for me? the grotesque part of the port.( jordie... and how kaz gets to shore). I'm honest, I would have liked many more flashback scenes, for example Kaz and Jordie arriving in Ketterdam after the death of their father and the scam done well like in the book as well as Kaz coming out of the water with hate in his eyes, but I'm glad that it was that scene was removed even though it would have explained Kaz's aphephobia better. although yes, I think they would have sued them if they had shot a scene like that. too heavy. already for some it was heavy just seeing jordie's dead body think about its use.

Do you have your own Bungou Stray Dogs fanfics? Or at least fanfics of that anime that you recomend?

I don’t have my own! (Though that might change, it also might well not). Anything I would’ve written absolutely would’ve gone up on my thespectaclesofthor account on AO3.

And anything I have bookmarked that I think is good enough that I want to read again is over here at my bookmarks page at my not-poignant AO3. Though I’ve recommended dgalerab’s work in the past and would never hesitate to again (I’m currently rereading one of her series). 

I’m still on the fence about writing BSD fic, I hate starting fics after a season has ended, which my fic almost certainly would. And it’s hard to commit to say, a year of writing (which is how long the project would take, at least), knowing that the fandom will be quietening down. I’m also just not sure I could write the story to the quality I’d want to write it, and there is some great stuff in the fandom re: my own niche fussy personal tastes - though the dynamic of my pairing is less common (I only want to read bottom!Dazai fics, I’m not interested in top!Dazai, which automatically puts me into a niche in the pairing) - there are two or three authors writing it in such a way that I’m not sure I need to write anything else to satisfy what I’m looking for. But I must still be looking for something, because I regularly go in and trawl the new fics, still searching.

(I’m also idly interested in Kunikidazai / Fukuzawa/Dazai / Ranpo + Dazai, and in general more fics that feature him having a touch phobia, the latter of which is actually pretty rare beyond like a token nod to the theme).
