Yesterday I've been doing some proper physical exercise for the first time since last year and I'm just imagining how proud my f/os would be of me🥹

#anyway so yeah im so sick of hating myself. of missing out on things and being too scared to go after things i want when i have the chance#so sick of almost being 25 and having spent almost 6 years alone in my room missing out on life#and my mom and sister might be moving in the not too distant future#so i have to try to get my life together for real now!!! or homelessness will be awaiting me :D#what i will try to do.. is start going to the gym (w my mom so i dont have to deal w the anxiety of an unknown place by myself sksk)#i'll workout 3-5 times a week. every week. i like going to the gym so if i just get started i dont have a doubt i'll not be able to do it#i'll focus on finishing my english class. hopefully in december even if i have the possibility to get it extended a few months#then i'll start my other 4 classes in january#i'll be patient and wait for my ultrasound and get the gallstone situation fixed (latest in january if i need surgery)#(and i have to try to make sure i eat properly so i dont wind up with b12 deficiency... i cant eat anything without pain but i have to..)#also i have an appt at the psychiatric in mid october. and im still waiting on what my healthcare center says. hopefully i can get cbt#if possible i will really really try to apply for jobs as a personal assistant sometime between january-may#if i have a job instead of being on wellfare i will 1) have way more money 2) not feel constabtly anxious abt being rejected and homeless#i'll stop caring abt me being 'old' and a late bloomer. the planet is dying. who cares if im 28 and start university????#i'll take my time to finish high school. and the thing is i really should get a job before starting higher vocational education#bc the program i want to start i HAVE to have a laptop. and theres no way i can afford that now. cant even save up to it#also need to find and put myself up on waiting lists for student housing/apartments so i can actually move#i hate this city and i need to get the fuck out of here!!!!#but the world is crazy rn and it's super hard to find places to live and find jobs but it's not impossible so i need to try#i cant live like this & i have no idea how tf i'll manage to be a normal person and have a life but i need to try bc what else am i gnna do?

Fifteen minutes later he's halfway through a peanut butter and mayo when Robin goes marching for the door, Steve trailing behind her.
"Have fun, kids. Hope it doesnt rain," Eddie calls out. Robin laughs and Steve gives him the finger.

three month countdown .ೃ࿐
it's october now and there are only three months until 2024 (yikes)
i'm sure a lot of us are feeling like we haven't accomplished all that we wanted to, but guys... three months is a long time. it's not too late to start. it never is. i personally felt like i could've been doing more, but honestly i know that i've been in a rough patch and that's on me. i feel like if we want to start again now, we have to be willing to forgive ourselves for not already being where we want to be. i have forgiven my self and now it's time to improve.
i want to build some good habits that'll allow me to kick off 2024 to an amazing start. here are my habits i want to build and some more that could inspire you!
habits i want to build
exercising 4 times a week
i used to exercise all the time because i was apart of a sports team. this year i decided to focus on my academics more, but as a result my fitness declined rapidly. i know i could have done both and my exercising would then benefit my academics, but what's done is done. i'm going to do 2 hiit workouts and 2 run/jogs around the block. i'm a firm believer that you don't need to go to the gym to be fit. it can be a money drainer for a lot of people.
clean my room every morning
i've become sloppy with this, it's kind of embarrassing. anyway, i'm going to start waking up and making my bed right away. when i come home i'm going to put stuff where it all belongs. just finding a place for everything will help keep it looking tidy.
read 2 chapters (at least) of a book a day
these habits are things i was doing at the start of the year, but kinda fell off track. to help with building this habit i'm going to put away distractions and go to my local library to keep stuff interesting.
other habit ideas:
waking up early (5-6AM)
going to sleep early (8-10PM)
morning walks
daily journalling
budgeting
drink 2-3L of water everyday (carry a water bottle around!!)

So before I get into these head canons (which predominately take place in a gym setting), here's some context
I'm a big fan of the Warriors being a soccer team? Maybe that's their college team! Meanwhile (y/n) is on a volleyball team, maybe just the intramural level team though because she's busy being a main character hahah :) my friends on the college team had no social lives but we're going to give (y/n) okay
But yeah definitely in one of those situations where the intramural volleyball games run late, which pisses off the Warriors who have practice immediately after? Cue Porco and (y/n) bickering a lot!
Okay so yeah they don't like each other
But just imagine that you're at the gym and you notice Porco there? With his beefy arms on full display
And you're kind of like "what?" y'know, giving him a look from across the room
You're just doing your thing, finishing up your reps on the machine and you look up again and Porco is walking towards you?
You roll your eyes at him when he's in close proximity and take your headphone out. "Can I help you?"

But he also spots you while you're doing your chest press? And helps you set up for hip thrusts?
"You're doing your pull ups wrong, dummy. You should be angling your hips forward, not arching back," "Shut up, Porco, what do you know." "More than you, I'm minoring in kinesiology. Now here lemme--" and he waits for your nod before gently moving your hips forward.
It turns out he's finished his workout like thirty minutes ago but he's just hanging out with you now, pushing you to do one more rep and bickering to you about being able to do a heavier weight "What, you going easy today or something, (l/n)? You can add an extra 5 pounds, easy. I'll spot ya."
At one point he shows you how much he can bench because, yeah, he hates you, but he's a guy who will take any excuse to show off his muscles lmao we know this man is disciplined as hell in the gym
But when you lean over the bench to spot him, you notice the twinge of pink on his ears?
Unrelated but his hair from chapter 119? That's what his hair looks like while he's working out oh lord
Let's say you already did your cardio earlier? Too bad Porco is guiding you to the treadmills
Okay but let's say you suck at running and Porco gives you so much shit for it? You just hate treadmill-running though, and you don't really need to run much for volleyball anyway, just a couple laps to warm up
You're sweating and miserable and Porco offers to buy you a post-workout smoothie as a reward for running ten minutes lmao
"If you don't like treadmill-running, I take this one route through the town that ends near Liberio Park? My brother and I used to run that when he went here" (Marcel is a doctor and alive in this AU)
And you kind of look at him like * "I don't really like to run alone either?"
"What? Why not?"
"It's not really safe?"
And he gets kind of quiet and mutters to you, "Well, I usually go in the mornings, if you wanted to come with?"
And you just look at him, incredulous. And he looks away and sips his smoothie "--only if you want to, I guess."
And so you agree to meet him outside of campus the next day and you start your run together! He definitely has way more endurance than you as a soccer player though oops
It's so obvious that he could be going way faster but he jogs to keep up with you, and stops to walk with you when you need a break
You catch him smiling at you when you stop to admire some of the flowers that are blooming outside of the park. "What?"
"Your face is all red and sweaty," this man has W rizz
Turns out there's also a wellness-type cafe near the park so you both get post-workout smoothies again and walk back towards campus

part one: disclaimer
sex and the city has to be one of the most absurd shows when it comes to realism, and i watched friends. four beautiful young women, single, with impeccable style and a seemingly endless amount of money parading around town all day as if they're unemployed. and yet, they are employed! all of them! i think that's the part that i find hardest to believe. nobody has enough time to do what they do, but, hey, that's the beauty of television. so, this is a disclaimer. while you can master the satc mindset and act, look, and feel (more or less) like carrie bradshaw, there's gonna be some disconnect.

part two: style
now, i started watching satc pretty recently, but i know that what i heard most when bringing this show up for discussion was FASHION, FASHION, FASHION! this is definitely a huuuuuuge part of mastering the aesthetic, in my humble opinion. a key aspect of the carrie bradshaw effect is her incredible stylistic choices and her ability to pull them off (despite some obnoxious patterns). so, here's my two cents on how to feel like you're in the show--- through fashion!

for one, they seem to wear a lot of tight fitting clothes. i don't see a lot of baggy jeans (or really jeans in general), or pants or even baggy tops. carrie, for example, wears a lot of tight-fitting tank tops, usually bra-less. they're usually paired with maxi skirts or shorts or something of the sort. what really struck me about their fashion choices was that they made sense. this might be an unpopular opinion, but i'll expand on it anyway. though the characters do explore with some strange clothing and pattern combinations, the types of clothes that they're wearing make sense for the activity they're doing. well, except for carrie wearing heels to walk around the busy streets of manhattan. but, for example, within the scenes that they're at the gym, doing pilates, running, or doing any other form of exercise, they're wearing that common 90's look that i saw a lot of in friends. this means tight tank tops and athletic shorts or sweats. pair that with a pair of old-school looking headphones (wired headphones, which are a staple of a lot of my outfits!), and you've got your workout outfit. to find clothes id probably go for a thrift or antique store (do they even sell clothes there?). as for more popular stores, i'd stay away from places like forever 21 and h&m unless you're looking for basics, because their clothes are gonna be stagnant in the TRENDY area. overall, just look at pinterest and curate a board that inspires your clothing taste. individuality is a huge part of the girls style. but, the main idea im trying to get across here is stay close to simple clothes, stay away from fleeting trends, and find pieces or patterns that call out to you!
if you really want to stay true to the show, look up common 90's trends. staple pieces i would recommend are:
dainty, classic rings
sustainable jewelry that doesn't turn your skin green. invest in your jewelry! (bracelets, simple necklaces, earrings)
basic clothing pieces without patterns (tank tops, graphic tee's, tube tops--- carrie is very fond of strapless shirts and dresses!)
dresses, simple and ones with patterns. stay away from fast fashion, invest in clothing that lasts!
maxi skirts!!!!!
shorts. shorts are good. jean shorts, athletic shorts, comfortable shorts, all of it! theres all sorts to fit whatever occasion.
buttons ups are perfect if you need a thin, fashionable jacket or an oversized shirt. they come in all sorts of stripes and patterns to fit your mood.
a few different pairs of sunglasses in different shapes
for charlotte lovers--- glasses with thick, black, circular rims. if you don't need prescription glasses, look into blue light glasses or glasses intended for fashion specifically. also pearl earrings!
heels, heels, heels! who cares what people are wearing now-a-days? I'm frankly tired of cute outfits paired with converse or air forces.
invest in a few "going out outfits". this means glittery dresses, short skirts, small, tight tops, and extravagant jewelry.
it's also important to remember that they look good in a lot of their outfits because they're VERY skinny. and very fit.
it's equally important to remember that they had a lot of money (somehow), and were spending it on expensive clothing from high-end stores. that's not to say that you cant replicate it under a tighter budget!

part three: attitude
if i can get ONE idea across through this entire post, it's that attitude and mindset is the most important part of mastering any aesthetic. have you ever watched a show, and right after you feel like you're living in it? you act, move, talk, and think like the characters? yeah, that's because we mock what we see! so, see it! master that mindset! the best and easiest thing you can do to feel like you're a character in the show is to WATCH THE SHOW. take note of their actions and how they handle themselves. their mindsets, all of it. it's all key to acting and feeling like the characters you wanna be. if you wanna be like charlotte, focus on her. if you wanna be like carrie (maybe don't be exactly like carrie), watch how she handles herself. once again, i'll stress my love for pinterest. create BOARDS! create physical vision boards or collages or journals if you're more into working with your hands and having a physical product. cultivate the kind of person you want to be, there's about a million different images and thoughts that you can take for yourself out there.

hey there! ive been on t for almost three years now and ive been going to the gym regularly for almost a year although im not quite where i want to be in thay process ... i aim for three times a week mondays wednesdays and fridays sometimes i'll dip into weekends
its harder for me to be consistent because i have an autoimmune disease and it makes me disabled but idk... do you have any tips on motivation? somedays im just so tired like today, usually my sister is my gym buddy and she went today while i stayed home to rest some more but i feel immense guilt because i know i can push harder i know i can be a beast if i wanted to but something holds me back whether thats the disability or just fatigue i hate it i wish i could push through it

I do have some tips!
But it depends on how your disability affects you. If you have a general lack of energy, it would be worth considering consuming energizing things. Preworkout, or healthier options such as green tea or coffee. If you can’t handle caffeine, sugars might give you a boost.
Additionally, understanding the biological processes helped me become motivated to go to the gym because it all seemed simple after understanding. Also, if you feel you need more rest it may be worth it to go to the gym anyway, even if you just stay in the car, to keep the habit up, or if you’re feeling better get half your workout in.
Have you been getting adequate gymming nutrition? Its just as important as gymming.
Depending on your goals and starting point, one year may not get you much farther. It also depends on if you’re doing an appropriate progressive overload.

since i started my new apprenticeship about two months ago i've been eating more & more like a pig; really, i've been eating whenever i had to pass time, which has been often, seeing as i currently need to 'travel' three hours almost every day & a lot of it is just waiting for the right train. i've also been working out & cooking less (also due to the time & just all in all being exhausted when i'm finally home). anyway, i'm not feeling very comfortable in my own skin because of it right now, so i've made up my mind — once i'm done with the moving process i'm gonna go back to the gym & let a trainer tell me how i get toned as quickly as possible, rather than to continue with my home workouts. v.v i'll also try to at the very least start preparing meals again so that at least that is somewhat under control.
please hold me accountable lol, i'm prone to change my mind on these things. though i'm honestly kinda looking forward to it: i really miss the feeling of sore muscles.

I saved up a bit of money the past 2 months, and I'm thinking of maybe trying to go to the gym on my non-gym days, just to use the treadmill for 30 minutes and get in my 6k steps, but I will see if my body can handle it, it won't be workouts, just to get my steps in. Anyway, I need more gym shirts if I wanna/can do that, and I also thought I'd just get some new shorts too in a different colour
I coulda got Primark ones, but that's the treat aspect haha, I hate how thin and see through the Primark ones are, and how they fit on my body, I much prefer the thickness and fit of ASOS shirts. I'll still be wearing my Primark ones, but least this way now I have 5 ASOS shirts, and 4 Primark ones. It hurts a bit spending money after recently getting the girls litter, their food, and Asda today, but I saved up enough I can afford it, it just sucks spending money :')

My personal favorites exercises (Chest Edition)
Hi everyone! So glad you're joining for another step in our journeys in fitness. Now, today is going to be a bit more of a different topic as instead of providing a more analytical piece, I'll be going over my favorite exercises to hit on chest day. Before I begin, let me clairify it one more time. I am not saying that you must use these exercises on your chest day, these are just my personal favorites.
#1: Incline Dumbbell Press
Now, this exercise is probably one of my favorite workouts in general because it targets the upper chest with ridiculous intensity and a burn that no other exercise can even come close to. Words cannot describe how much I love this exercise, the pump and the burn it gives are amazing and not to mention, it's amazing at building aesthetics as you want to get that nice popping chest.
#2: Dips
Dips are special as they're a compound exercise, what that means is that they target multiple muscle groups instead of just one. They target the chest along with your triceps and shoulders. That's one of the main reasons why I love this exercise so much. They're one of the best volume exercises you can do if you want to build an insane chest with gigantic triceps and shoulders.

Now, last but most definitely not least.
#3: Bench Press
This exercise needs no introduction, we all know what a bench press is but I'm giving one anyways. Bench Press is a exercise that absolutely brutalizes your chest in the best way possible, there's nothing like finishing up your set and just feeling like your muscles just got shredded to pieces. There is something better though, the feeling of setting a new PR, struggling to get the bar up as you feel every fiber of your muscles going into overdrive is truly a feeling like no other. That's why it's one of my favorites, the absolute destruction you feel in your chest and the king-like feeling of setting a PR are some of the most rewarding feelings in the world.

A few days after that night, Hei had sort of been distancing herself from Toshi. She felt awful for what she did to him, despite his reassurance that he accepted her apology.
Hei was down in the apartment's public gym, doing her daily workout. She may have been pregnant, but she was still able to do a bit of exercise. She stared at her water bottle as she walked on the treadmill.
"There you are!!" She heard Toshi's voice boom before she noticed him behind her. "Have you been avoiding me?" He asked, tilting his head at her. "No, I haven't." Hei replied, turning off the treadmill and turning to get off. Furrowing his brows, Toshi grabbed her wrist. "Don't walk away from me while I'm talking to you." He grumbled. Hei stopped and looked back at him, her voice slightly quivering. "Why would you.. think I'm avoiding you..?" She asked, afraid of his answer. Toshi just tightened his jaw, staring down at her worriedly. "Because you keep running away from me. If something is bothering you, please don't hesitate to tell me, Butterfly.." He lightly squeezed her hand in reassurance.
He noticed her tearing up and leaned down to kiss her forehead. "I'm always here for you, Baby." He whispered. "No more apologizing, Hei. You finish your workout and I'll go upstairs and set up a nice warm bath for you." He smiled and rubbed her head before walking away. Hei stood, watching him leave for a second. She sniffled and wiped her tears, deciding to just finish up for the day. She grabbed her bag and headed into the showers to clean herself up and refreshen. She didn't bother putting on deodorant since she would be getting a bath anyway.

Hei, in her full red panda form, sat in the tub lazily as Toshi tried engaging with her. Her ears laid slumped forward and her eyes were glued to the bubbly water in front of her.
Lightly pushing a rubber duck in front of her, Toshi leaned in, smiling. "Lookie, it's your friend, Duckface!" He chuckled. Hei didn't react to him, but her nose did start to twitch. She could sense something was coming.. It was a feeling she just couldn't ignore.
Toshi frowned. "Hei.." He started, but was interrupted by the sound of door knocking. "Don't." Hei was quick to stand up, now in her human form and sopping wet. She quickly dried herself off as best she could, Toshi watching in confusion. "Hei? What's going on, you've been acting funny all this week." Toshi stood up, his muscles slightly bulging and his hair standing on end. "Toshi, for ONCE in your life, just listen to me! Do not open that door." Hei fussed, throwing her towel and dashing to her room to put on the quickest outfit, which would be her hero bodysuit.
Toshi followed her, grabbing her shoulder. "Tell me what's going on, who's at the door? Why are you acting like this?!" He furrowed his brows. "They found us. I can smell him from here." Hei finally replied, staring into his eyes. Toshi seemed to freeze before diving into the drawers. In less than a minute, he was dressed in his villain getup with a pistol in hand. He was going to protect his precious little Hei.. even if it meant ending the life of the perpetrator trying to harm her.
"Stay in here, stay away from the windows." Toshi warned her, loading the gun.
"Come on out, Toshi! We don't need you, we only need that wretched bitch." Shigaraki casually knocked on the door again, grinning. "Honestly, I should kill you for running away from me and disobeying my orders, but.. the fangirls like you, so I'll keep you around." He spoke loudly, two larger villains behind him snickering.
Hei glanced at Toshi. "Fangirls?" She whispered. "I can explain, but right now isn't the time. You need to get out of here, now." Toshi whispered back, glaring down at her. Hei, now fully in her hero suit, sighed and pulled him in. "Whatever happens, I love you, Okay?" She cupped his cheek and came in, kissing him. Toshi relished in the kiss for a second, resting his hand on her back, just above her ass. They broke it off and Hei grabbed her mask and opened her window, looking out and scooping the area out before slowly climbing out.
"Break the door down." Shigaraki commanded, standing back. Sure, he could have just broken the doorknob with his quirk, but where was the fun in that? The two bigger villains began kicking the door.
Toshi tensed up, holding his pistol close. He positioned himself behind the couch before hearing whining. "Fuck!" He looked under the couch, seeing a terrified Bear. "Come on. Come with me, I'll get you out of here." He whispered as the dog eagerly crawled into his arms. Now holding Bear in one arm and holding his loaded pistol in his other hand, Toshi waited eagerly for the door to bust down. With three more thunderous kicks, the door came flying down and Toshi unloaded his round right at the three figures.
"Shit!!!" Shigaraki and the other two villains ducked to avoid being hit.
"Stay the fuck away from her!!" Toshi yelled, standing from his hiding spot and still aiming the gun at the now scrambling trio of villains. "Where is she?!! It's her I want, not you!" Shigaraki stood, holding his shoulder. "Wh- Where are you two going?!!" He looked, noticing the other two villains, as well as residents running away. Still holding the gun, Toshi approached Shigaraki. "Like i'd tell you. She's MINE." Toshi hissed protectively before hearing a piercing scream. Toshi froze.. that was Hei. He must have concluded that she would escape from the window and had someone out there waiting for her. "You.. BASTARD!!!" Toshi shoved the pistol into Shigaraki's skull and pulled the trigger. But it only clicked. Not having anymore rounds on him, Toshi just snarled as he watched Shigaraki's grin grow wider. "The more you stand here, seething at me, the farther your pretty little princess is getting dragged away from you.. Toshi." He snickered.
"Stay still, little princess. We're not gonna hurt you. Yet." A smug, yet calm and sly sounding voice whispered in Hei's ear as he held his hand tightly over her mouth. Hei was too panicked to turn into the panda, the man had her cornered in an alleyway, there was nothing she could do but accept the fact that she was about to be unmasked in front of this ruthless villain. Her worst fear was coming to fruition right before her.
She continued to struggle, scratching and clawing at the man's arm, even biting his hand as hard as she could, but he was as immovable as a mountain. Tears pricked her eyes as she was suddenly jerked roughly against the wall. "Quit moving or I'll burn you to death here and now." The man commanded, his voice deeper now. Now vulnerable and afraid for her life, Hei did just that, just standing in place and sobbing uncontrollably as she awaited her torture.
She felt a poke in her shoulder and gasped. He was injecting her. She still didn't dare move. She didn't know what kind of quirk this man had and she didn't want to find out the hard way.
"We're almost done here! I think you deserve a sticker and a sucker for how good you've been for me, Princess." The man retorted with an amused chuckle. Once the injection was finished, the man roughly grabbed a fistful of her hair as he expertly capped the needle and shoved it into his pocket with one hand. "One noise out of you and i'll make you wish you were never born." He threatened, whispering in her ear again as he turned her around to face him.
Hei's breath slightly hitched upon seeing his face. She had seen villains with horrible scars, but this..?
"Mm.. Toshi's boys were right. You do have some soft succulent lips. I wonder how they taste~" He leaned in as Hei tried to turn her head away. The man roughly grabbed her chin, forcing her to stare at him. "Don't be shy, Babe. Come on, give Dabi some sugar.." He mused before pressing his lips to hers in a hungry kiss. His bottom lip tasted of rubber, and it felt incredibly dry and scratchy on her own bottom lip. He dragged his tongue over her bottom lip, humming. Hei expressed her whines and grunts of discomfort as she still tried pushing him away from her.
Dabi broke the kiss, struggling to open his eyes for a second. "Wow... my god, your lips are so sweet. I've waited months to do that.." He finally took his hands off of her, allowing her to roughly shove him away. "I know what you were probably thinking there. I don't do that shit. Even I, as a serial murderer.. have standards." Dabi mused nonchalantly as he shoved his hands in his pockets and began walking away. "You shouldn't assume every villain is a monster like that, Babe. It can be hurtful, placing that sort of stigma on someone you don't know." He continued before smirking and dashing off out of sight.
Hei stood there, her hand over her chest as she tried to catch her breath. She felt dizzy, lightheaded, confused.. tired..... Why was it getting so dark? And cold...? Her eyes slowly closed shut and she hit the ground, right as she heard her beloved Toshi calling her name.
"Don't you fucking dare close your eyes now, wake up." Toshi sounded frantic as he sat her up against the wall. He reached up and snatched her mask off, tossing it to the side. He needed to see her eyes. He needed to make sure she didn't leave him too.
"The ambulance is on the way, stay awake.. Talk to me, please." Toshi begged, checking her for injuries as a worried Bear whined, standing off to the side. Hei took a shaky breath, reaching up to cup his cut cheek, staring weakly at the trail of blood that dribbled from his hair. "You're hurt.. They hurt you.." She mumbled. "Don't worry about me, I'll live. Just stay awake for me." Toshi waved her off, rubbing her stomach. Hei didn't respond, just staring tiredly at him.
The sirens sounded closer as Toshi continued to examine her body for injuries. "Fuck..!!" He hissed in frustration, as he couldn't find the injury point. She didn't seem to be bleeding anywhere, either. Maybe she wasn't harmed physically. His eyes landed on her face.. and filled with tears. "Hang on, Hei.. please, you can't leave me. Keep your eyes open." He began shaking as Hei weakly cupped his cheek. "It's fine, Toshi." Hei whispered, her voice barely audible over the sirens. "I'm just a little tired.."
She laid her head back, her eyes fluttering closed and her lips falling slightly ajar. "Hei. No, Hei, wake up." Toshi's heart dropped and he cupped her cheek and tilted her head. "Open your eyes.. open your fucking eyes." His voice cracked as he hugged her tightly, breaking down into her shoulder.
This would now be the second person he failed to protect. The second person that he had lost to pure evil. He was worthless, how could he be a hero if he couldn't even protect the two people closest to him?

My diet & Workout Routine

Well, it's not exactly a diet, but at the same time it is, kind of(?)
Sooo for those who are curious, I do ballet, and I'm really petite. About 5'0 (153 cm.) which means I need to lose a looot of weight and gain strength to be able to keep up with everything.
Couple of months ago I got really sick so I gained weight. And I struggled with that. Now I'm in a better place, and I can say confidently that I'm making a recovery. I still have a long way to go but hey! I'm getting a treadmill this month~ *♡*
Anyway, my rules:
I don't eat anything after 6pm (no matter how much I'm starving)
I started with this one first because I know how hard it is.
So I'm not saying it's was easy, but at first I started eating at 9 or 8pm, then I started eating my last meal at 7 or 6pm but nowadays I'm eating at 4pm
It takes time, discipline and training yourself to not eat anything.
I did notice some significant change after this. Mostly my muscles started to appear and I developed my ballerina appearance. Which still needs some improvement but I'm getting there!
If I'm really starving I might drink some water with lemon or soup without anything else.
No snacks between meals
This is not even a tough one for me but it's worth of mention because a lot of people do it and it's a way to self sabotage your progress. Don't do it. But if you do, make sure it's close to your meal time at least.
No lying on the bed after eating
I usually go for a walk or climb up some stairs, I recently bought my cats a transporter so I go out for a walk with one of them after every meal. I have three. It works puuurrrfectly lol

So I do that before going back to work or to study. I'm making sure my meal doesn't put me in a comma.
There's an old chinese saying~~
If you can stand. Don't sit. If you can sit, don't lay.
It has been working pretty good so far.
I drink water. Two to Four liters.
But that's just me. I tend to workout a lot so I definitely lose a lot of liquid and I need to keep myself hydrated. Do not over hydrate yourself. Know your limits. If you're feeling tired, drink water. Most of the time you need water.
Two meals per day.
Three if I'm really starving. But usually two. They're big ones so I don't really starve. Don't worry about it.
*I workout from 8 to 9AM (three days a week) and then from 4 to 7PM (admittedly, whenever I can instead of everyday, because I have to keep it up with my studies and projects)
* My last meal tends to be at 4PM
(From time to time my mom cuts me off rice, sugar, soda, mayo and bread. It's a torture but it's worth it! But since I have an ED I can't keep it for longer without going nuts. So she watches my intake.)
Workout Routine
* I'm not going to the gym but I do follow several routines depending on my stamina that day.
* I have ballet 3 days a week: Tuesday. Thursday. Saturday. I try not to skip classes but sometimes I have appointments at the hospital.
* I always take the stairs.
* I walk at least 5k per day (with low stamina) but good days can be up to 8k or 12k
