You know, for someone as reliable and observant as Willow, she didn’t notice anything about how Hunter latched onto her after leaving Belos. I really wish we got to see her talk to Hunter and say that he didn’t deserve to be treated poorly and he’s allowed to express himself and have his own opinions. He shouldn’t look for her to help on his opinions.

I wish Willow wasn’t written in such a way of stripping her character away from being nice to being way too forceful and demanding towards Hunter yet constantly saving him, the damsel in distress. I wish Willow was written to be the true hope and light for Hunter, the one to validate him and make him feel the most worthy of being himself. I wish Hunter wasn’t scared or shy with her, I wish he felt allowed to express himself.

I wish Huntlow was written with actual equal power in the relationship. I wish that Hunter wasn’t dumbed down to just a blushing mess and Willow wasn’t dumbed down to pushing him around and making him blush. I wish their main bonding factor wasn’t their trauma, which had a huge gap that didn’t need to be compared. Both of them were excellent characters and the relationship could have been good, but the crew did not have enough time for it to where it would have been better not to have it at all.

Sick and tired of this ‘you can always put on another layer’ propaganda I always see from winter fans

First of all, no, no you can’t. All your clothes are a certain size, there comes a point when you’ve already got, say 5 or 6 layers on that you can’t add another without feeling uncomfortable or possibly tearing the fabric of the top layer

Secondly, you’ve gotta make a judgement call before you leave the house as to how many layers you’re gonna wear. If you get it wrong and you’re too cold when out and about, you can’t just fabricate another layer from thin air.

At least if it’s a hot day and you’ve got a shirt and a t-shirt, you can tie the shirt around your waist or stuff it into a bag, if you have one.

Also for the mostpart you can only really layer up your torso. Sure, you can double-sock it and add a hat, scarf and gloves to the mix, but you can’t layer up every part of yourself to the same extent- your face at least is gonna be exposed and that still gets cold! Hands too - sure, wearing gloves is well and good until you need to do anything at all requiring dexterity. Sure you can wear thinner gloves or those special touchscreen ones, but by virtue of being thinner, your hands still get cold!

And if you’ve got 8 layers, a hat, a scarf, gloves and everything else all wrapping up yourself and you need to be out and about moving, guess what? You’re gonna start sweating and feeling uncomfortable under all those layers — the very same thing that Summer-haters claim is the worst part of it! Not to mention you can even have all that on and it can still be too cold. Source, I fucking have been.

Also adding another layer even if you do have one doesn’t too shit for cracked lips or dried skin that’s sensitive to cold air, or any symptoms of influenza, which get exacerbated by cold weather.

I don’t understand why people think this is a good idea no matter who you want in the throne… You will not get all 7 Court to agree to give up all their power to one ruler. You’re asking for war. You’re asking for most likely genocide. You’re asking for tyranny cause that’s the only way a High King and High Queen can come into power again. Also, for those who want Rhys and Feyre on the throne… one good city inherited by generations before who built it in a giant court that is double the size of most other courts is not enough to prove you’re good rulers. Seriously, ONE. SINGLE. CITY.

The road to High King and High Queen is paved in blood. You know who also wanted to take all of Prythian? Amarantha. And look what happened there. No one. Not a single court will ever want to live remotely like that again. Especially not under the rule of the court that has a city Amarantha’s court under the mountain was modeled after.
