A few words about Charlastor

Today I saw this post:

(Sorry, I can't post the link, Twitter doesn't want to work on my computer today :\ )

I will quote it here because it made me think again:

Currently, the closest person to Charlie is Vaggie, while Alastor invades her space, Vaggie and Alastor are opposed to each other, Vaggie wants to run a hotel for Charlie (her whole life is based on Charlie...), while Alastor has his own reasons (more on which later we don't fully know) and the two are portrayed as opposing forces pulling Charlie, Vaggie in one direction and Alastor in the other. Charlie's relationship with Alastor will deepen in future seasons (which the author wrote about, that Alastor and Charlie are the main characters of HH and what we see after the pilot), thus distancing it from Vaggie, which we see already in the first season (and what I wrote posts about ), that Charlie's relationship with Vaggie will surely deteriorate as it goes on, their quarrel over Vaggie's lie was, in my opinion, just the first glitch in their relationship (although not very well written in my opinion anyway), at some point in the story Charlie will had to choose between Vaggie and Alastor (and Niffty):

And considering the other screenshots, they are either forshadowings only to the fact that in future seasons Charlie will be getting closer to Alastor and away from Vaggie, or they may generally herald Alastor's victory over Vaggie, it depends, they are definitely confirmation that the further the seasons, the more Charlostor's content we will have than Chaggie's, the only question is which one will be the endgame?

Besides, I read about Zoophobia and old sketches of Alastor and Autumn, and in my opinion Autumn reminds me a bit of Charlie... but in order.... First, let's go to Roo or Eve (if you prefer), well, I saw one Tik Tok and I definitely agree with it:

Charlie actually resembles Eve much more than Lilith, it always surprised me that Charlie has more father-like features both in appearance and character, and has none of Lilith's (especially when it comes to her ahem... physical qualities...), but I thought they just made her a typical "daddy's girl" and that's it... but if Eve is Charlie's mother and not Lilith..., we still had Lucifer's comment that he stole from Adam both wives, both Lilith and Eve, and although he married Lilith, he probably slept with Eve..., then the only question arises: why did Lilith decide to raise a child that was not her own?

Charlie and Eve (Roo) have exactly the same nose, the same lines under their eyes (Charlie in his demonic form has them) and the body sharp is the same, Lucifer by the way does not have a nose (:D), Lilith has a completely different nose, only Eve's nose matches Charlie's....

Moving on, we know that Alastor made a deal with someone, many people speculate that he made it with Lilith, but there are also people who believe that with Roo and I, although I also considered Lilith at the beginning, it was thrown in our faces this 7-year break (that Lilith has not been in Hell for 7 years and Alastor disappeared for 7 years), seems too obvious..., moreover, we know that Lilith had a contract with Adam (end of episode 8), and Adam did not know Alastor, so how could Alastor have an agreement with Lilith and be with her for these 7 years in heaven, if Adam didn't know him at all..., while Roo..., and this is where the issue of Zoophobia begins, i.e. Viv's first idea, where most of the HH characters came from:

In Zoophobia we had the so-called KayCee, i.e. chaos itself and the main antagonist, interestingly KayCee liked apples (a reference to Eve and her picking an apple from the Garden of Eden, the first sin?):

KayCee had white hair, horns, and the original Alastor was in love with her:

So KayCee is nothing other than the prototype of Eve.

Moving on, the original Alastor was also obsessed with Autumn, the character of Zoophobia, a blonde deer:

Autumn is a very helpful and good-hearted character and: ,,Although outwardly he appears mature and rational, in reality he is extremely insecure, suffering from low self-esteem. Autumn continues to seek recognition and thanks from others for a little help from him, showing that he needs the appreciation of others. Autumn is also very sensitive and short-tempered: in the webcomic, when Rusty teases him about the little antlers, Autumn explodes in anger and violently scolds him."

Doesn't this in some way resemble the description of Charlie..., a girl with a good heart, wanting to help everyone, and also sometimes quick-tempered (when, for example, heaven rejects her or when Susan pisses her off :D )

So we have Eve, who used to be KayCee, and Charlie, who has a lot of Autumn in her, and if it turns out that Charlie is actually Eve's daughter, Charlie will be a combination of KayCee and Autumn, considering her appearance and character traits are taken from both, two characters that the original Alastor was crazy about ;)

Tw: mention of r*pe and abusive relationships

I never will understand why People write a fic with Evil and Abusive!Lilith only for it to be Adamsapple or Radioapple. Especially if it is tagged as Lucilith!

So many times when I search for Lucilith fics Lucilith is only used to paint Alastor or Adam in better light because they can not see Lucifer being mistreated by her.

Or I even saw a few fics where Lilith r*ped him and he got pregnant with Charlie as a result.

I mean I like Adam and Alastor as characters but they are terrible People. Alastor himself is abusive to Husk and a manipulator, Adam literally tried to kill Lucifer and is probably the Inventor of toxic masculinity.

So I can image neither of them to care about Lucifer if Lilith were abusive towards him. Maybe I can see Alastor caring a tiny bit because it could remind him of his own situation but even then I don't think he would care enough to help Lucifer.

And I generally am against Evil Lilith but honestly it could be Interesting if it is used right like give me Lilith who is a classy Disney villain with charm and great songs. Lilith who is the most cruel person in the whole show but cares deeply for her family. Lilith who tortures people while talking about the food her hubby made for her.

What if charlie and alastor grew up togethr ?

For that to happen, Lucifer would have had to know about Alastor from the beginning*. I don't think he would have taken Alastor away from Nicaise, and she wouldn't have wanted to live in Hell, even if it did mean living in luxury. The guilt and the feelings of betrayal are still there - it certainly doesn't help his crumbling relationship with Lilith - but Lucifer wants to keep an eye on his friend and their child. So he peeks in on them on Earth, occasionally pops in to grant a couple small miracles or gifts. Never staying long just in case Heaven catches on.

Then Nicaise is murdered by her employer. And there is no way in hell that Lucifer is allowing that fucking piece of shit to keep her child! Lucifer books it over as soon as he can and finds Alastor sleeping in a shed and, oh, he is not happy. He doesn't kill Nicaise's murderer. It's enough to flash his wings, horns out, spitting flames as he informs the man that Hell is real and he's bound to it before disappearing with Alastor**.

So now, in just the span of a few days, Alastor: has witnessed his mother's violent murder, has been effectively kidnapped by her murderer, was forced to sleep in a shed that smells like dogs, found out that angels and demons are real and that his father is one, has been whisked away to live in another world that transforms him into a monster as soon as he enters it, and is now expected to get used to living with his mysterious father as well as a new step-mother and half-sister. Needless to say, it's a lot.

So naturally, he's a bit shaken when he first arrives in the Morningstar household. He doesn't speak and spends most of his time shut up in his new room which is way bigger than his old house was. Lucifer's awkwardly trying to balance giving him the space he needs and make him feel welcome. Lilith isn't terribly thrilled with the situation, but... Well, she seems to have a lot of compassion for her people. I don't think she would really turn out a traumatized child, but she's definitely going through some complicated emotions of her own.

Charlie has none of the reservations the grown ups have. In fact, she's suuuuuuuuuuper excited to meet her new little brother! Even if he doesn't look that much littler than her***. So she slips into his room, tries to drag him out of bed, pesters him, and generally just acts like an excitable, friendly child. As much as Lucifer and Lilith try to get her to give Alastor space and time to adjust, she keeps coming back. Her little brother looks so sad and she doesn't want him to be sad! She wants to help him feel happy!

She remains persistent, telling Alastor all about her home and family and insisting that he'll like it soon because her mom and dad are really nice and she loves him already and he'll love it there in Hell and...

She stops as she sees the tears start to roll down Alastor's face. Charlie begins to panic, thinking she's said something mean by accident, but then Alastor sobs out that he misses his maman and just wants to go home! Suddenly Charlie feels really bad. She doesn't know how to make things better. So she just stays. Sits next to him. Doesn't leave him alone. Sheds a few tears of her own.

Once Alastor's cried it out and tired himself out a bit, Charlie asks him what his mom was like. They spend all night talking about her. When Lucifer goes to check in on Alastor later, he finds both kids passed out on the floor in a pile of blankets.

It's still rough going from there on out, but Charlie plays a large part in helping Alastor heal after everything. Some things still stay the same. Lucifer and Lilith's marriage still struggles, she disappears, Lucifer pulls away from now both of his children in his depression. And Alastor still has a lot of anger. He doesn't really agree with Charlie's goal of redeeming sinners because he fully believes that some people just aren't worth redeeming.

Still, he goes with her whenever she searches for injured sinners after the exterminations. He and Vaggie actually get along a bit better here. They still snipe at each other quite a bit, but there's an almost friendly undercurrent to it. And although he doesn't really believe in the goal of redeeming sinners, he does go along with the Happy Hotel project just to help Charlie out. Doesn't stop him from mocking the idea every step of the way.

This version of Alastor hasn't really developed the Radio Demon persona. He doesn't exactly need to, given he's the Prince of Hell. But he's still Alastor and still cultivates a terrifying reputation for himself. Charlie's grown up with this Alastor though and knows the man behind the curtain. She's not always happy with how quick he is to suggest violence as a solution, but she also knows that when he sees a weaker demon being preyed upon by stronger ones, he'll step in.

He's also protective of Charlie, and usually takes it upon himself to step in and do things that he sees as necessary but he knows she wouldn't like. For example, after finding out how Valentino treated her when she went to the studio, Alastor pays his own visit in private and makes sure Valentino knows if he tries to pull any shit like that again, Alastor will pick apart his soul piece by wretched piece and scatter it across all the rings of hell. Charlie knows he did something when the next time she sees Valentino, the pimp screams bloody murder and throws himself out the nearest window.

(*Just imagine Lucifer, wings out, attempting to drunkenly climb out of Nicaise's window, only to get stuck, give up, and slump over on the floor.)

(**The old bastard spends the rest of his life donating his wealth to build orphanages and hospitals, helping the poor, and basically trying to buy his way into Heaven. It doesn't work and he's slaughtered during his first extermination in hell.)

(***Charlie at this point should be roughly a century old, but to be honest, I'm not entirely sure what that means for a half-angel half-demon like her. Did she age at a typical human rate until she reached young adulthood and then just stopped? Or did she just age very very slowly? I'm going with the second for the sake of this AU. I also have this theory that Lilith never actually died, and was transformed into a unique sort of demon simply by entering primordial Hell. And something similar happens to young Alastor when Lucifer brings him home.)

Apart from him being UwU-ified to Hell and back (lol), I think one of my biggest fanon Lucifer pet peeves is when he's absolved of all his faults and wrongdoings. Like, when the "blame" for Lucifer and Lilith's divorce is put solely on Lillith. Or she's made out to be this super abusive, manipulative partner who's been taking advantage of him since Eden. Like she's the one who kept Charlie and Lucifer apart, and thus is the reason they're so estranged. Like he's this wide-eyed, easily manipulated ray of sunshine who can't defend himself. Like he's this poor little baby man who's never done any wrong, and everyone else just bullies him.

I'm a-okay with Lilith being the big-bad of season 2, or season 3, because evil and/or morally grey female characters fuck yes, but after seeing how much hate she gets (after 5 seconds of screen time at the end of the show) and how much she's blamed for everything wrong in Lucifer's life, it makes me hope that she's not the villain.

A lot of my dislike for Lucifer's fanon characterizations is based on his interactions between Alastor or Lilith, I'm actually just now realizing.

This got a little side-tracked, but yeah, a large part of it really is just having very, very different views about his character.

I Have A Bad Feeling About This Scene And How Charlie's Family Dynamic Is In It's Current Form

I might be jumping the gun, but I have a feeling that the family dynamic is going to go from Lilith/Lucifer having a Gomez/Morticia relationship to a dysfunctional one where they are currently estranged. Or this is just a scene from her childhood where Charlie remembers being comforted by her mother. I just know this just spells something dramatic and I know it.

I understand, I may not like everything yurnu does, but we with both like Adam which is cool. To me Lilith was always a villain and it astounds me that they want to make her a feminist icon. While Lucifer was more sympathetic in the show, I haven’t seen anything to show that with Lilith. She abandoned her family and ran to the man she claimed tried to control her so she can relax on the beach while her people die over what she caused. I think what makes it worse is the people excusing her by saying anything bad she did was actually Eve. As someone who defended Eve even before Hazbin Hotel, that made me mad. That is why my stories are pro Eve and will have Adam see her as his other love in an Applepie story or as one of his best friends in a strictly Adamsapple story. Lilith will also be a villain in my stories and Adam’s abuser, so you don’t have worry about me slipping in any Lilith sympathy. But thank you for understanding my frustration at how yurnu depicts some things.

au where Cain ends up in hell as the first ever sinner and Lilith and Lucifer find this teen boy who looks like a demon and is heavily traumatized Becuse he accidently killed his brother in a fight they both had, and then his own dad pushed his away, making it so Cain starved to death because he had no way of surviving without help.

So Lilith and Lucifer take the boy in, feed him, give him shelter, are compassionate in a way that only parents usually are, and Cain LOVES these two like his own family. He lives a good stable life in hell where he has a business with Camilla selling her weapons to Sinners and Hellborn. He's close with Charlie, who he sees like a sister.

During the exterminations every year, he hides at Lucifers palace, and has been trying his best to help Lucifer through his divorce, is a bit mad at Lilith for leaving like she did, and is encouragingly Charlie's dream via text. And he's just living his best after life.

Then everything in season one happened and his Bio dad does. Which, sucks but he hadn't seen that man in thousands of years. But when he comes back to life as a sinner and is actually trying for redemption, charlie contacts Cain for help dealing with his old man. For Charlie's sake, he agrees.

Idk, I'm still working on this concept of Cain being pro Morningstar Anti Adam, and being over protective of Lucifer if Adam and Lucifer started dating. :3

Does anybody else Dislikes it when Charlie calls Alastor dad or anything similar in Radioapple fics or they make her a little child in them?

This could be just me because I prefer Radiobelle over Radioapple but I always cringe when that happens. I find this takes away from the interesting dynamic Alastor and Charlie have together.

I especially dislikes that, if they make Lilith be the most abusive and neglecting mother and wife in existence in this fics.

It seems for me always they want that family dynamic with Lucifer, Alastor and Charlie but can't make it happen without having Lilith as the "Bad guy". Then they make Lucifer completely innocent and everything bad he did like giving Eve the apple or not having a good relationship Charlie is somehows Lilith faults because she manipulated him.

And I know that not all Dad!Alastor fics are like this because some I read were really well written, but most I read are always this Lilith bad, Alastor good.

Or this worst one in my opinions are were Alastor is somehow Charlies biological father and completely erase Lilith existence as her mother. I especially dislikes them because Charlie is not only older than Alastor but Charlie's and Lilith relationship is a important part for her character. Even if it turns out that Lilith is a bad mother and/or wife erasing her parts in Charlies life and swap them with Alastor would change who Charlie is.

Again this is just my opinion and if you don't see it like that that is fine with me. Continue to write or read this kind of fics but they are just not my cup of tea.

Meet Irene Morningstar; daughter of Alastor and Charlie Morningstar!

A child born from royal and a sinner’s blood. Irene (pronounced i-reen-ie) Allison Morningstar is a hellborn demon with immense power and remarkable beauty. She aspires to be strong like her father and a leader like her mother, while also maintaining her own sense of individualism. Unlike her parents, she’s quiet and soft spoken, and hardly ever raises her voice. She does enjoy singing, but hardly when around other people. Don’t mistake her silence for timidness, though. Her confidence and charm is unmatched and her smile can light up a whole room. Don’t push her buttons, either. Like her mom and dad, when she’s angry…you better find somewhere to run!

As you can see I tried combining as much of Charlie and Alastor’s traits as I could, without it looking too chaotic and over-the-top. I’ve seen many talk of Charlie having goat ears and so I was torn on which kind of ears to give Irene. Ultimately I settled on deer ears that hang low like a goat’s. I also was going to give her antlers when it occurred to me that females don’t typical have them😅 Oh well, she’s got her daddy’s charm and poor eye sight to make up for it! She also has a hairstyle similar to Charlie’s from the pilot (I originally wanted to give her a cute braided bun, but I couldn’t figure out how to draw that with her bangs and ears😭) I also incorporated traits from her grandparents as well—such as Lilith’s nose color and Lucifer’s horns + eyes when she’s in her demon form!

Her design is subject to change later on. But as of right now I’m happy with how she turned out!

(Note to Charlastor antis and those RA shippers: this is a Charlastor kid. Deal with it. Do not steal her and try to pass her off as an RA kid. I will find out and I will come for your kneecaps. She is my character and if you don’t like her that’s not my problem!🖕)

I don't like Radioapple. I don't ship it, I only like the art and comics make for it. But other than that I don't like it, mainly for two reasons.

Lucifer is already married to Lilith, and for those that wanna say they split up he's still wearing the ring. If they really were divorced why would he still be wearing it?

People wanting to villainize and demonize Lilith, A CHARACTER WE HAVEN'T SEEN IN FULL YET! Just so they can ship this and justify how the ship itself is just Lucifer cheating on his wife.

I would like to see what Lilith is like FIRST before writing her off as a bitch, because for all we know her leaving could have more of a purpose than we think.
