A.I has a recent history of stealing art from many artists without concent or permission and uses the stolen art to train their bots but now it's practically being shoved in our faces by all major social media platforms and ruining the creativity

And the fact shes bassiclly saying that "there's nothing you can do" if your art is stolen without concent is bassiclly invalidating the artists who have been stolen from and the fact that she using her self-h@rm to gain sympathy and guilt the audience into siding with her is even more disgusting like the fact that you have to guilt and make your viewers feel bad for being against ai Is such an ass move and she knew that no one would side with her so she disabled the comments the fact that she's defending ai "artists" to pay people for commissions that they never made is scummy as hell and it just goes to show that she doesn't care for the people that are being affected

Hey friends, did you know that Google is now using Google docs to train it's AI, whether you like it or not? (link goes to: zdnet.com, July 5, 2023). Oh and on Monday, Google updated it's privacy policy to say that it can train it's two AI (Bard and Cloud AI) on any data it scrapes from it's users, period. (link goes to: The Verge, 5 July 2023). Here is Digital Trends also mentioning this new policy change (link goes to: Digital Trends, 5 July 2023). There are a lot more, these are just the most succinct articles that might explain what's happening.

FURTHER REASONS GOOGLE AND GOOGLE CHROME SUCK TODAY:

Stop using Google Analytics, warns Sweden’s privacy watchdog, as it issues over $1M in fines (link goes to: TechCrunch, 3 July 2023) [TLDR: google got caught exporting european users' data to the US to be 'processed' by 'US government surveillance,' which is HELLA ILLEGAL. I'm not going into the Five Eyes, Fourteen Eyes, etc agreements, but you should read up on those to understand why the 'US government surveillance' people might ask Google to do this for countries that are not apart of the various Eyes agreements - and before anyone jumps in with "the US sucks!" YES but they are 100% not the only government buying foreign citizens' data, this is just the one the Swedes caught. Today.]

PwC Australia ties Google to tax leak scandal (link goes to: Reuters, 5 July 2023). [TLDR: a Russian accounting firm slipped Google "confidential information about the start date of a new tax law leaked from Australian government tax briefings." Gosh, why would Google want to spy on governments about tax laws? Can't think of any reason they would want to be able to clean house/change policy/update their user agreement to get around new restrictions before those restrictions or fines hit. Can you?

SO - here is a very detailed list of browsers, updated on 28 June, 2023 on slant.com, that are NOT based on Google Chrome (note: any browser that says 'Chromium-based' is just Google wearing a party mask. It means that Google AND that other party has access to all your data). This is an excellent list that shows pros and cons for each browser, including who the creator is and what kinds of policies they have (for example, one con for Pale Moon is that the creator doesn't like and thinks all websites should be hostile to Tor).

if you come across an AI video using the likeness of a real child (as these images are made from scraped data and/or outright stealing photos, using popular media, etc), and the “child” in question is naked or there is something inappropriate happening, do not spread it, you are spreading CSEM. The likeness of a real child (and I do mean real, I do not give a damn about a cartoon character) being used to make sexual media is a quantifiable offence of CSEM, because it is indistinguishable from the real child in question. Report the videos and/or images, do not screenshot or save (congrats, you now own CSEM and you can be criminalised) and do not, under any circumstances, spread visuals of this (doubly congrats! you are now distributing CSEM, you can be criminalised).

The rise of AI has been detrimental for a plethora of reasons and this, unfortunately, is one of them. I’m aware AI is still in a legal grey area and this is not being written with the intent to fear monger but this is a very serious issue that needs to be discussed regarding all of ways AI will be used to exploit, manipulate and destroy the lives of others.

Stance on proship

I'm personally anti-proship leaning (my paraphilia has roots in fictional content, at made my para worse to the point where I consumed real life zoo content and almost acted on it multiple times, plus I have poor experiences with proshippers invalidating my disorder), but am not against people with trauma/paraphilic disorders using it to cope until they find a better coping mechanism ( if you don't find a better coping mechanism, that's fine)

Also, I'm anti-harassment. I'm not trying to go out of my way to find proshippers (I have the tag blocked), and even if I do find them, I won't harass them; there's no point, plus it just makes antis/anti-leaning ppl look bad.

Recovery stance

I'm pro-recovery for disordered paras, EDs, and all types of trauma. Idk if I have to specify this, but I'm not pro-forced recovery.

Radqueer stance

I'm an anti radqueer (RQs have also invalidated my disorder before). I'm also anti-transID. Like transrace, transabled, etc. As someone with multiple disorders (ADHD, GAD, depression, and possible ASD) it doesn't feel right for a person without those disorders to play pretend with them. I am personally uncomfortable with transrace (not the adoption kind) because ethnicity is not a social construct like gender is. But I'm white so idk if I should speak on it.

Stance on AI generated images

I'm anti-AI generated images (or ai art if you wanna call it that). As a self-taught artist I dislike the idea of jobs being taken because of AI. Artists'. Artists have little job opportunities rn, so imagine how little art jobs there would be if AI was a free alternative for big companies that don't wanna pay people anymore.
