I adored everything about the Animal Control Season 2 premiere.

The comedy is shaper, the relationships are deeper, and the animal antics keep getting better (The pack wrangling drunk raccoons!).

So if I were to take away from this moment something deeper than “man Sevika's a freak”, I'd point out that we've seen the same tactic not long before.

What does this say about Caitlyn? She's fighting dirty. She's fighting like a cornered rat. She's fighting like a Zaunite.

And first of all there's hypocrisy. Caitlyn's been calling these people animals and monsters and whatnot but when placed in an identical situation she responds identically. Case in point: getting so mad at Jinx for terrorizing people out of grief that she goes ahead and starts to terrorize people out of grief. Sevika's expression afterwards is mostly “joke's on you I'm into that” but there's some surprise there too — you wouldn't expect that move from a Piltie.

Then there's desperation. Because she needs revenge; she needs it or she'll never ever forgive herself for what happened. So she'll throw away her morals and her dignity and just do whatever it takes to achieve the goal, whether it means chomping on someone like a feral raccoon or becoming a military dictator… which puts her in the same mindset as Zaunites, all of whom are desperate to survive and a lot of whom could never afford morals and dignity in the first place.

I don't have a silly cheeky comment for this one besides it leans heavily on my headcanons and stuff on Grujaja. (that's how you know ur in the tranches for a character.)

Made these tags and had the urge to make them a post. Sonic movie 3 related. The fucking moon scene and super form scene afterwards.

Watch out tumblr, I am unwell about gay hedgehogs. It's a lifelong affliction, I will never recover. You either stay away a safe distance or risk getting infected.

Animal Control's balance of hilarity and sincerity is SO STRONG.

I really enjoy how "Tortoises and Labradors" uses it to get to the hearts of Frank, Templeton, and Victoria.

i just think that it would be smart of the writers to have whoever frank's love interest is be close to his dad or be his dad's neighbor who eats with or hangs out him occasionally because he's lonely? like, if they wanna keep his dad as a recurring character and they want his relationship with his dad gradually strengthening to be an actual storyline... am i making sense? does that sound stupid? idk. i don't know what i'm talking about ever

Imps of Miitopia

Alternate coloring + trivia:

They're drawn in order by their number in the journal.

There are 2 imp Miis because there are 2 different costume models (like every job's gear) and also because I wanted to draw both the 3DS and Switch promo/default Miis.

I didn't draw a face on the blue imp (Imp "Cheery Granny"/"Traveler's Friend"/"Teammate"/"YOU") because since they're the only imp monsters who have an entire face, they vary so much throughout everyone's playthroughs depending on what Miis you have.

I also made the blue imp's collar similar to the Dark Lord's because this imp resembles the Dark Lord the most, and they only appear as bosses, so the Dark Lord must value them a lot... They're the ones he calls on for help, after all.

For the imp, naughty imp, and clever imp, whatever eyes/glasses they had when they first popped up in the journal, those were the ones I drew.

I've never played the Switch version of Miitopia so seeing the red fiend threw me for a loop.... look at him... waffle fiend....

Spoilers are for the imp Miis' outfits (because one is end-game and one is post-game) and both the terror fiend and the red fiend (mostly/only encountered post-game). Mostly for the red fiend.
