in regards to the picky eater test: i actually feel in my heart like i eat lots of foods but the reality is that the foods i wont/dont/rarely eat are put in EVERY recipe it seems like. so for example generally i dont like cheese in most situations and every fucking recipe is gooey cheese. i dont like pork so any pork meal it out, i dont like beef 99% of the time so most of those go out, i dont like chicken if its wet so all that goes out too

i like... ingredients.... ill eat a block of sharp cheddar but i dont want it IN anything. ill eat a can of fruit but dont fucking put it in a pie because i cant stand hot fruit.

foods that i think werent on the list that i fucking hate: fucking octopus and clams and scallops.

#i also dont like butter #anyways when i moved in with my aunt as a teenager i said 'ill eat anythign but seafood' and she went #'oh too bad we have seafood twice a week and you will eat it too'#and the proceeded to spend the next year MAD that i silently forced down as little of it as possible while looking away #WHY was the first fucking meal SCALLOPS AND BABY OCTOPUS ON NOODLES #IT WAS SO GOREY AND WEIRD #that was SO expensive why did they force me to eat that??#eventually she made me prepare the specific type of fish that 'tastes less fishy than most fish'#and made me prepare it and touch it every step of the way and spoke poetry about how good it was and how clean etc #and then had me eat it #and i didnt like it #and she was SO MAD #MAAM i was fucking 18 and had never eaten fish in my fuckin life what did you think was gonna happen there??#she had all these weird ideas about 'youre poor and im rich so you havent been educated on good taste'#everything that was wrong with me was because i was poor and i would turn fancy smart discerning and hot if she just bullied me for a while #nnnope #sorry youre just classist

SHE'S DONE! after a thousand years, she's finally done! ...or at least I'm done with her! (tumblr please don't absolutely destroy my gifs, I am begging you)

(this is not an edit, I drew her from scratch! please do not tag or treat as an edit!)

now you know the real reason I haven't been obsessively drawing Meleanor, which is that I was in fact obsessively drawing Meleanor but in secret. plus a little background just for fun!

I am. not super happy with her rig; parts of her proved way more difficult than I expected and I very quickly hit the point of "okay, this is a silly fan project and not something that I'm being paid for or has to be really functional, time to MANUALLY KEY ALL THE VERTICES FOREVER". I think the end result came out pretty okay though! just...don't look too close. :')

I recorded some of the drawing part, so I might put that up later! in the meantime I am going to make her do stupid poses for my own enjoyment!
