Alex Super [Scooby Doo]? He was only used in one episode, but I think he should've been used more. Maybe he and his group could've made the occasional appearance like some of the other recurring Scooby Doo characters?

He has such a neat character design, he looks adorable. Definitely should have been used more

the fact that star trek canonically at least TRIES to have humane prisons makes me v happy. like obv this episode is questioning whether that's actually TRUE (at least that's the vibe i'm getting so far), but like. the base assumption being that OBVIOUSLY prisoners should be treated humanely and as well as possible, that rehabilitation should be a primary function of a prison, and that, if a prisoner cannot be rehabilitated, they ought to be treated as a patient??? wowzer

MCCOY INVOKING HIS STATUS AS MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL AND HIS DUTY TO HIS PATIENT IF HE HAS "REASONABLE DOUBT" THE PATIENT IS BEING TREATED WELL !! MCCOY BEING WILLING TO, W/O HESITATION, FORCE HIS FRIEND INTO ACTING ON THAT DUTY !! like the fact that he doesn't let kirk overrule him on this is great from both a character perspective (mccoy doing this, kirk not actually protesting lmao) and a world building perspective (the fact that mccoy's right/duty as a doctor appears to be standard starfleet regulation)

dr. helen noel is very cool and sexy and i hope she appears in more episodes later on (u're very welcome to confirm or deny this so i don't get my hopes up unnecessarily)

big fan of when an episode ends on "wow that was fucked up. anyway". like oh okay, i guess we're done with this now. i'm sure an experience like this wouldn't leave a lasting impact on kirk's mental health [/sarcasm]

asugis honestly such a cool character locked behind 1) the most horrible plot device in any game ive ever seen in my life and 2) looking too much like a guy from the last game and it SUCKS because he was basically already given a great character concept with all the saizo stuff but then intsys was like “wait but what if was also gaius?!” which killed the appeal for most people. which i get, but hes also just… like he has some similar speech patterns but they were both brought up so differently and in wildly different contexts its like… hes really… not gaius… the most hes got is like the sweets thing but even then they both go about the candy thing pretty differently so? its just the fucking hair. which, by the way, asugi doesn’t even look good with gaius orange. like omg… idk man i think asugis a really fun guy with good supports all around and it just sucks hes brought down by the worst gimmicks of all time

oh my god i just finished the dark forest finally. 7/10 i suppose, i went through the first half or so of the book being really annoyed by luo ji but also enjoying the chapters where he shows up because unfortunately he was entertaining. still don't understand the imaginary girlfriend thing, it just feels like he needs someone to protect from the world which like ??? ok sure i guess, it just rubs me the wrong way personally. for the second half and especially the end i became luo ji's number one defender it's fine. for the rest, holy crap—the droplet, the microcosm of the universe on those runaway ships, the wallfacer project, luo ji drawing from rey diaz's plan, the attitude of the world towards him, the entire theory... wow

I want you to imagine for a moment if T*ylor Sw*ft suddenly fell very ill and was lying in a produce cooler (in a sexy little night gown covered in grape stains btw) shivering and miserable and possibly dying and Tr*vis K*lce stayed by her bedside to lift her spirits while she recovered but then one day he had to leave so he could go sit in his room and think about football for 3 days uninterrupted in preparation for the big game and before he did this he ripped her shirt and tied a strip of it around his arm to show her favor to him like a knight going off to joust but he’s just playing football. This is what Zaknafein Do’Urden is going through right now (he is T*ylor Sw*ft in this circumstance to be clear)

My dream last night was wild as fuck. there was this island and all the elephants went there during the day they walked across the sea and everyone went to the beach to take photos and I had this paraglider kind of thing but hands free idk my elephant island pics were soo good they did numbers on social media

I kept having trouble locating the glider because it was stashed in some cave I had to get to first every time I had to use it. And if the sun set everyone would get ‘shined’ which is like their body turned to galaxies and their eyes glowed white and they were trapped. this happened to a couple of people i was supposed to be getting pizzas with after I flew my glider bc they wanted to see me in action but I took too long because i kept getting attacked by boss monsters getting lost on my way to the cave.

There was a sub plot about a demon possessing a human and getting trapped, and he was running through the streets because he was vulnerable to other demon attacks in this form, and some big demon was chasing the fuck out of him, I was like man we need someone more qualified to deal with this.

And Dexter from dexters lab was on the beach, and I literally said Dexter I know you’re a man of science but there’s some religious stuff going on here and we need all the help we can get. you have to trust me on this. And he came with us for a short bit but aziraphale from good omens was also on the beach, so we told him about this and thats where that ended, no conclusion to that plot, idk, im sure it got figured out off screen. Can I just say that the town was really vibrant and nice though. Gliding through it was so peaceful when the demon stuff wasn’t happening
