BTS PREFERENCE #1: YOU HELP HIM WHEN HE’S INSECURE

Warning(s): Slight Angst, and Hurt/Comfort

Jin:

He sighs deeply as he stands in the bathroom, hands running through his hair as he scrunches his nose a bit. He’d felt old ever since Jungkook jokingly pointed out a white hair he’d seen on him during a photoshoot. He was old. According to some ARMY, he LOOKED old too.

Some people were beginning to refer to him as ‘Oppa-Jin’ and it was starting to really get to him.

You tap gently on the bathroom door. “Baby? You in there? Come on, lunch is ready...” You say.

He stays silent and you knock again. “Babe? Hey, I know you’re in there...” You tease.

He sighs and slowly opens the door. “There you are. What are you doing? Hiding from me on your day off. Shame on you.” You tease as he leans against the bathroom doorway.

“Babe, I... I have a question...” He says softly. You nod and watch him. “Would you... be able to help me dye my hair?” He asks.

“Dye your hair? Yea, I’d love to.” You say casually and he nods fast.

“Great! Let’s go buy some dye, right now.” He says as he grabs your arm to pull you towards the apartment door with him.

“Whoa, wait.” You say fast and stop him. “Why the sudden need for change?” You ask with a soft chuckle as you rub his chest comfortingly. He sighs.

“I’ve got..." He pauses as if it's embarrassing. "A white hair.” He speaks finally.

You hold in your laughter as you watch him. “And... that’s a bad thing?” You tease.

“Y/N..” He sighs as he shakes his head. “You don’t understand.” He tries.

“I don’t understand that the guy I wanna grow old with is growing older and doesn’t want to?” You raise an eyebrow and Jin looks down. You wrap your arms around his waist.

“Babe. You’re still the same charming and sexy and smart and fit man I fell for. A little white hair isn’t changing any of that. You’re growing older. That’s awesome. So am I.” You say. “Besides,” you say and run your fingers through his hair. “You’d make a great silver Fox.” You tease.

He chuckles. “You better be saying that when you have to take out my dentures.” He jokes and you laugh and nod fast.

“Deal.” You smile wide before pecking his lips.

Suga:

‘He honestly looks miserable being with her! Lol’

'OMG, the way he lets her hold his hand with no reaction. I’m 💀’

‘Obvious publicity stunt is OBVIOUS!😂’

Yoongi silently scrolls through the comments of different TikTok edits that showed you and him as boyfriend and girlfriend out in public, and how he reacted to talking about you in his interviews.

He frowns the longer he reads...

He wished he could be more outward with how he felt. Especially since he DOES love you. He just... had a hard time really saying it. But you knew he loved you, right? Or were you also tired of his painfully shy ways? He sighs and lays back on the couch. "Why can't I be... normal?" He whispers quietly to himself before rubbing his face tiredly.

You walk out from the bedroom at that moment and frown as you watch your boyfriend wallow in self-pity.

“Are you coming to bed, or... are you gonna keep me waiting?” You ask finally as you walk over, wanting to lift his mood. Yoongi looks up at you with a frown. It breaks your heart.

“You know I... love you. Right?” He asks softly. You hum and reach down to stroke his hair back.

"I’d hope so. We’ve only been together for a whole year...” You joke.

“I’m serious, Y/N." He mutters and you sigh softly. "I don’t want you thinking because I don’t... show you affection that that means I don’t... love you. I do. I try. I... I just get in my own head-" You cut Yoongi off.

“Where is all this coming from?” You ask as you move on to his lap. He silently hands you the phone, so you see the edits of you being more affectionate to him than he is to you. You roll your eyes at that.

“Baby. I know you’re shy. I knew that the minute you sent Jimin over to say hi to me instead of you...” You tease. “I don’t pay attention to affection or PDA. Cause I know you love me, and you should know I love you. You and all your black cat energy.” You giggle as you tap his nose.

“Black cat energy?” He laughs a bit, scrunching his nose as he tries to act like that didn't make him feel a little better.

"See? You're doing it right now!" You laugh and peck his lips as he blushes a bit at the affection.

J-Hope:

“I think you’re done for the day.” You say happily as you bounce into the dance studio your husband was in. He was STILL practicing the routine even though everyone had left by now.

“Don’t tell me. Namjoon called you?” He rubs his sweaty face. The man looked exhausted, but his own stubborn pride of being the 'dance teacher' of BTS was egging him on to get these moves down.

“Yea. Said you were being stubborn. What else is new?” You joke a bit as you walk closer.

“I can’t leave till I get this down.” He tries as he gets back into position.

“It’s late. You missed dinner. Luckily, if you ask nicely, I can open the kitchen back up when we get home.” You say simply.

“No. Y/N, please. I have to work on this.” He says again, a bit more tense. You stay silent for a moment as you watch him.

“What’s gotten into you?” You ask finally and he sighs deeply.

“I... I just wanna... I wanna be..." He pauses as he looks down.

"Perfect?" You guess and he stays looking down. "Being away for so long... There's new artists now. And I'm happy that new artists are coming up, but-" You cut him off. "But what if ARMY leaves.” You say, understanding. Hobie says nothing.

“Well." You begin as you walk over to him. "You ARE perfect. The DEFINITION of perfection. Baby, you’re gonna drive yourself crazy always focusing on the future...” You state as you move to hold him, wrapping your arms around his neck.

“You’re an amazing dancer. And an amazing rapper. But you're more than that. You... Are ARMY's hope." You say before pecking his pouty lips as he rolls his eyes at you playfully.

"You were born to be a performer. And you’ll get this move down. But not without eating and resting...” You say.

He sighs softly and looks down. “Mm... Ok. Fine. Fine, fine, you’re right...” He nods fast and you smile, pleased with yourself.

"Aren't I always?" You tease before kissing him again.

Namjoon:

“You’re all quiet since the interview this morning. Ready to tell me what’s wrong?” You ask as you twirl the noodles along your chopsticks.

“Nothing. Tired.” He says softly and you raise an eyebrow.

“Then look at me." You say and Namjoon pokes at his bowl of food, but makes no attempt to actually look at you.

"Joonie..." You say and he sighs, poking at his noodles some more as he bobs his head around to try and figure out the right words. “Jimin’s story.” He finally says.

“Jimin’s story? You mean him talking about how you broke my glasses a couple of days ago while we were all hanging out? That was funny!" You defend. "What’s the issue with it?” You ask in confusion. It was a simple incident that happened during a drunken game of twister. At a certain point, Namjoon stumbled back and, while trying to catch himself, he grabbed on to the table, not seeing your glasses there. He broke the temple of the glasses from slamming his hand down on it.

“It wasn’t the story. It... was what the interviewer said afterwards. ‘Always breaking things’, ‘Seems like no one’s safe from the curse’. Like I’m just some big doofus.” Namjoon says as he stays looking down, feeling embarrassed.

“You’re MY big doofus...” You try with a smile only to be met with a frown as your boyfriend finally looks up at you. You sigh. “Ok. Hey. Come here...” You say as you motion for your 5-foot 11 baby to get up.

He mumbles under his breath as he gets up and moves over to you. He sit in the chair right next to yours and you sit on his lap with a deep sigh, wrapping your arms around his neck.

“It’s always an accident. But I always get seen as the giant of the group that ruins everything. No wonder people question why I’m the leader...” He mutters.

“That's easy. I know the answer to that. It's... because... you’re smart." You begin as you rock with him swaying with you as well. "And warm. And you’re safe. It's because everyone can be panicking, and you’ll still keep a level head. So, you’re accident prone. Who cares. Look around you, ‘giant’." You tease. "You’re in a home we decorated together, sitting at a table we built together, eating dinner we cooked together just now. And nothing bad happened. It’s not a curse, and you’re not a doofus. Now stop talking crap about yourself. It’s a rule of mine to always defend who I love. Even from themselves. So... watch your mouth.” You smirk and watch as Namjoon slowly smiles a bit before nodding.

“Now. Dig in." You say happily and pull his bowl to him and the chopsticks as well.

"Yes, ma'am.” He says gently before grabbing his chopsticks. He goes to break them apart only to accidentally break them in half.

You cover your mouth to not laugh, and he groans, face palming.

“I love you...” You giggle and he looks up at you with a sheepish smile.

“I love you.” He sighs hopelessly as you get him a new pair of chopsticks.

Jimin:

“Baby? Are you... sleeping?” Jimin whispers as he watches you lay in bed.

“No. Thank your seed for that. Stomach is killing me...” You mutter as you turn to face your husband of two years, but pause when you see tears in his eyes. “Jimin? Baby? What’s wrong?” You whisper as you move to hold him.

“Do you... think I’m... manly enough?” He asks slowly.

“What? Where is that coming from?” You ask in confusion and shock. Jimin has always been strong in his gender identity, feeling both like a man while keeping some femininity to him. You respected this from him and loved him even more for never making you ‘play a part’ in this marriage. You both acted masculine and feminine in multiple ways and found a comfortable balance. Hence why you were now happily three months pregnant.

“It’s... it’s nothing. Maybe I’m just tired. Lots of recording.” He tries fast as he moves to close his eyes.

“Hey." You grab his face tenderly. "Tell me.” You say and he sniffles a bit.

“Us coming forward with the pregnancy. People are... cracking jokes on Twitter about how... they didn’t even know I… had something to get you pregnant with...” He mutters bitterly. You scoff at that and roll your eyes.

“Baby. Look at me..." You say and stroke his cheeks softly. "You are more of a man than any guy I’ve ever met. Wanna know why? Because you don’t need to prove it to anyone. Because you know who you are, and you know what you want. You’re so self-assured and that’s what you’ll reach our child too. And I can’t wait to see who they grow up to be, knowing they’ll have an amazing father like you.” You state.

Jimin blushes and moves to kiss you softly. “I love you...” He smiles as he wipes away a few of your tears. You smile and hug him close. “I love you...” You state.

Taehyung:

“It’s nice to know you’re not just a pretty face.” You mock the interviewer’s comment to your boyfriend who had just finished promoting his new solo project, a jazz album.

“Oh god! I'm PISSED! Who is that guy to-“ Taehyung cuts you off.

“Baby, breathe..." He chuckles. "I’m used to it. Really. It’s not a big deal. Don’t let that ruin the rest of our night.” He tries as you guys get into the back of the black SUV that would be taking you guys back to your hotel room.

“No, Tae. It does bother me. And it should bother you too. You’re so fucking talented, and all anyone likes to point out is your looks?! Hell no. That’s where I draw the line. You deserve more respect. I think after all this time of you working nonstop, you’ve earned it.” You say before realizing you're ranting. You sigh and gently grab his hand.

“You’re more than what they want you to be...” You state and he looks down, the laid back, 'I don't care' image finally falling. He nods slowly, shoulders slumping.

“Thank you, baby. For getting all... fired up for me.” He chuckles a bit and you kiss his cheek.

“That’s what I’m here for.” You shrug playfully.

Jungkook:

“Hey, baby. How was the live?” You ask as you look up from your magazine.

Jungkook sighs deeply as he tiredly walks over to you and lays on the bed.

“Sad. Really sad. I had to tell the fans something.” He mutters, and you pause, setting down your reading for the night and patting your lap. He lays his head in your lap, and you play with his hair.

“What was it now?” You ask tiredly. Jungkook was always so mindful of ARMY, but it was hard on him too. He wanted to please everyone...

“They think I’m depressed! Or... an alcoholic? I don’t know. I told them it’s one thing to worry about me, but to just throw out those accusations out there like that, it hurts!” He says and you nod, letting him just vent. “Namjoon was right. ARMY’s changed...” He mutters.

“Mm... I don’t think so. ARMY... those fans who really love you... they’ve gotten older, yeah. But they haven’t changed. It’s the other fans. The ones who are so used to toxicity that they can’t help but drag it along with them wherever they go. But that’s not ‘ARMY’. ARMY, real ARMY? They love you guys. Just the way you are. You're doing the best you can. You've gotta stop putting so much pressure on yourself.” You state as you comfort him as best you can. He smiles sadly and sighs deeply.

“Thank you, baby. You always know how to get me relaxed.” He nods before pecking his lips up to you. You giggle and lean down, kissing him tenderly.

BPP, I'm not one to cry over the hate the boys get because I truly believe they are resilient as hell and I try to curate my space as much as possible so that I'm not subjected to it. Im so bummed though about Hobi's JITB hope edition dedication and how he was concerned that his and armys relationship wouldn't be able to get past him not releasing a physical. Im disappointed that solo narratives were able to infiltrate army spaces and convince the boys to change their mind about something. Im really sending all the love and good energy to Hobi and all the members today and I sincerely hope this wont occur again in the future. Thanks for letting me use this space to vent a little

People on Twitter keep whining about how ppl complaining about jitb album format made Hobi feel bad and I of course feel bad he was disappointed with the feedback but it's such a mind numbingly stupid thing to be mad about he's a professional musician. It's part of his job fans dont have to like everything all the time sometimes people aren't gonna like a song or even an album or the photoshoots or artist merch or styling or if you choose to release your album as a piece of colorful cardboard with no cd and everyone just has to cope with it. Hobi is a first day million seller and we got live versions of some songs now people need to take the w and be happy and everyone who wanted a physical physical better be over the fucking moon

Anon in ask 2, since you're the only person actually asking me a question (lol), I'll work with your ask.

"were people wrong to ask for a physical album?"

Let's look at it this way. If Hobi released a song you didn't like, would it be wrong for you to say you didn't like the song, and mention instead the genre of music you'd like him to do instead?

The answer to that, is no. Obviously. As I've been saying, I think it's perfectly fine for you to not like something BTS /Hobi does, the music they make, choices you disagree with, etc, and it's not like there's a gag order in the fandom so of course you can say so and leave that feedback for the artist because they monitor fan chatter. You'd be right to do this, and it works both ways for positive and negative feedback.

Now, would you still be right if you:

Defaulted to asserting that Hoseok had no agency and that the choice of the song (or no physical albums) was forced on him by the company

Trended hashtags with your demands on him, asserting that he was a pawn the company was using and sabotaging to prop up maknae-line members

Threatened to boycott and actually boycotted his album

Review-bombed Weverse album app, Weverse shop app, and Weverse app

Reported and took down ARMY playlists for JITB that included other members' songs

Threatened to send trucks stating your demands for a physical album (or to continue the example from above, a song genre you prefer)

Became abusive to other members in the group, asserting that they are complicit in Hobi's 'mistreatment'

Took your frustration out on other members, disparaging them and their solo debuts

Threatened the other members, Bang PD, and PDogg with physical harm

Continued this barrage for months on end

Etc...

Would you be right to do this?

The answer to this, too, is no. Obviously.

Hobi akgaes who didn't get a physical album did all of the above for their 'feedback' because of what fundamentally motivates them.

The thing about akgaes is that at the crux of it, they don't actually think highly of the person they stan. Especially in the case of BTS solo stans. If you listen to akgaes talk about their 'fave' members... pick any member: Hobi, Jimin, Taehyung, etc, they all think said member is "too kind", "too humble", "too helpless" etc, to assert themselves to receive things they actually want for their careers within reason. Akgaes in general don't actually think the artists have any real say over their career direction.

They ultimately consider that artist a puppet who is supposed to bend or acquiesce to meet any demand made of them, and so when they see outcomes they don't like, the thought that it could be a choice the artist agreed to (talk less of it possibly being the artist's idea) is completely foreign to them. The only thought in an akgae's mind when they see outcomes they don't like is how to switch out who is controlling the puppet, how to force an outcome on and for the artist, an outcome that the akgae thinks is best for the artist's career in their own imagination.

They're delusional enough to believe that with their limited information of the artist's plans, resources, and limitations, that whatever they envision as goals for that artist aligns precisely with what that artist desires. They never really frame these demands as things they'd personally like or want, but as something that the artist secretly wants or outrightly deserves which the company maliciously withholds for *insert your favourite conspiracy theory here* reasons, that necessitates the akgae intervening.

So, where (some) ARMYs could look at the JITB rollout situation and think Hobi was likely involved in that outcome, even if we didn't like the outcome; where (some) ARMYs could see how even if Jimin didn't get all the MVs due to limitations unknown to us, that Jimin still has agency to effect any changes he wants in his career; where ARMYs could see how all these imperfect outcomes are still possible even while the members retain their agency.... akgaes instead default to catastrophizing any outcome they disagree with, and actively work to remove/change who controls manages the puppet artist to give them the outcomes they think is best for the artist.

As with everything else in fandom, the devil is in the details and it's unhelpful to talk in very general terms about fandom dynamics sometimes because we all know different factions could say similar things but have very different motivations. And that a lot of 'fans' are actually a bit insane. I mean, I know many of my followers are newer fans but you all should have seen by now that something like 90% of what happens in fandom is fans of various kinds criticizing things of all sorts, and that what counts as 'criticism' here covers a very wide spectrum, from abuse and slander to frankly insane irl/physical attempts and threats to change/control the artist.

Of course, ARMYs in true fandom fashion try to correct for this impulse by overcompensating, either due to

Their own guilt in joining in with mantis and akgaes at the time, or

Performative bullshit to make up for being hypocritical or to virtue signal over other ARMYs, or

As a natural consequence of how information is communicated in social systems, or

Some other reasons I can't think of at the moment.

Now the refrain from some ARMYs is that voicing any dissatisfaction with anything whatsoever is wrong. But at this point, after everything I've written above, I hope it's clear that I think fans can, should, and do express when they like and dislike certain choices, if they like. The difference between a fan and any other faction though, is that fans actually respect the artist, and recognize that even with the music industry as shady as it is, even if outcomes aren't always perfect or there are outcomes fans disagree with for the artist, that the artist is the person who ultimately knows what's best for them and has the tools to effect any needed changes. Especially in the case of BTS. BTS knows what's best for BTS and they have the ability to choose and work within their teams and the industry to effect any real changes or outcomes they want for the management of their careers. BTS does. Not Sally from Ohio, nor Jiwon from Jeonju.

In my opinion, at least.

If we are sharing controversial BTS fashion opinions can I say I think Namjoon and Jungkook need to relax their mouths and jaws more in photoshoots. Sometimes the pouty tense mouth look can work in Jungkooks favour but the recent Calvin Klein shoot it just looks really tense making his mouth look small. I love them both really but needed to say this!

I think this is down to the fashion houses direction Vs. Our perception of them.

We all know, as ARMY, that JK is soft and sweet and has this big bright smile that turns his eyes in half moons. It is a bit of a disconnect to see him pouting it up?

I do prefer the original CK campaign because although he's still serious face there, the styling and hair and vibe of the shoot was spot on for emphasising some of the familiar JK traits we love him for. Pretty and soft but edgy. The Grand Central campaign felt a little less... Fitting?

As for Namjoon, I think it's a bit of the same. I always think of Namjoon smiling with his dimples but I guess you're not allowed to smile as a brand ambassador. These two shots from his Dazed shoot... The natural expression in the flamey one hits different because it is more natural and less posed. And I'm not entirely sure the clothes are exactly Joonie? His street style is really specific and quite bohemian and effortless. I might go as far as to say Namjoon has my favourite street style.

Side note: save me blue haired joonie save me 🫠🫠

And this is kind of why Tae's ambassadorship with Celine works so well for me. The ethos feels aligned, the styling is on point, they let him have a face that does face things. They signed his personality.

I also really love Hobi's LV shoots. He's serious but it flows. The clothes feel right and the way they let him use his body like a dancer is so beautiful.

I love Yoongi for Valentino. I don't think it would have always fit but the alignment with the release of D-Day and the softness he's displayed of late, it feels right to me.

I hate how I feel like I can't be honest about Jimin without a PJM attacking me but I'm 50:50 on Jimin x Dior. First picture here is SO SO GOOD. I'm less convinced by the parade of grey suits. I'd love to see him with a Maison Margiela or some such.

Oh god I hope none of this is too controversial an opinion though 😂😂 I'll always be honest 💜

Kintsugi: the beauty of broken things || MYG

Chapter 5

Summary: Yoongi and Minnie have been friends for quite some time now, almost... 15 years? 15 years since they ran into each other in that music classroom by an unlucky (or not) mistake. They've grown close, but both of them have strong characters and insecurities that will have to be put aside when Minnie falls into her own lie, risking her job in the process. They have 3 days to feel comfortable and make everyone believe their role as the young engaged couple or she is fucked :[

CHAPTER 5: Future's gonna be okay

"Where am I?" That's the first thought that comes to my mind.

My neck hurts like a bitch while one of my arms feels sleepy. What the heck?

I open my eyes to see nothing more than the dim light; I don't have my glasses on. Where are they?

I up my head from whatever comfy pillow I am to realise that it's, in fact, some boobies. Not other than Yoongi’s boobies; this man must have been hitting the gym lately, damn.

-Y'know, my eyes are up here -a raspy and low voice calls me in a tone full of fun.

If I squint, I can see my dear friend lazily rubbing his eyes with a smirk.

-Calm down, Mr Modest; mine still are bigger.

-That's true -he bluntly admits.

I swear, I have to. Hitting him must have become part of my DNA after so many ages.

-How long have you been awake?

-No longer than you. I felt you detaching from my body; you are nothing careful.

-Where are my glasses?

-Here -he turns his body to his side of the sofa and must be to get them- You fell asleep with them on; I thought you would prefer not breaking them unconsciously. It happened once to me.

He is right. Once I have them on, I can see we are still in his dining room.

We call it quits because it's really late, and even if I don't have to work tomorrow due to the ball, he must go to the photoshoot for the new álbum.

We lay side to side in bed, and even with all the alcohol and the time it is, I can't sleep. A lot of thoughts are going at high speed in my mind.

-Yoongi? Are you awake?

-What do you want? -he says in a sleepy voice.

-Do- Do you think this plan is going to work?

-Of course.

-What if not? It would be a matter of time for everyone to know about it, and sooner or later, I would have to find another job. Do you know how hard it will be? My lab has a high reputation to the point that, if they want, I won't find any other job in this country. Maybe neither in others. Trust it's fundamental in this hazardous environment and-

-And if I grow some wings suddenly, that would make airlines useless. Would that mean that they all would demand me cause of unfair competitiveness? Or would I be a victim of some scientist trying to understand how it happened?

-Yoongi, that's impossible.

-Point made -he says proudly- I don't say that you can't feel afraid but don't go so far; you'll never know till the moment comes. Step after step. First, complete the plan, then go to the event. After that, we will see.

-But what if?...

-What if everything goes well?

He sighs.

-Don't worry, Minnie -he says while manhandling me till I'm laying again in his chest, engulfed by his arms- you are crazy, thinking that all this effort we have put in, it’s to be wasted.

-Oh, so your primary motivation is about that and not about your best friend about to be fired?

-No, of course not -he agrees with me as If I were dumb -Of course not -he pats my head with little hits.

I can't help but laugh, and he also does, allowing me to hear him directly through my ear. It has to be one of my favourite things in the world.

-Seriously, let's rest enough to think rightly; the theme of my mixtape ain't about zombies. We can text throughout the day about the final touches of our "love story" -he remarks, using his hands.

-Seems nice. As you know, I'm free tomorrow, meaning I’ll be capable of using my telephone.

-Okay, then. Now. Sleep -sentences while closing my eyelids with soft fingers.

I laugh again, fully knowing that he is putting these jokes to cheer me up. He does too, and between these beautiful sounds and some more little comedic comments, embraced by his warmth and the smell of the perfume I gifted him, I fall into the arms of Morpheus.

I must have slept very deeply because I wake up feeling rested. I also wake up alone, but not completely: a post-it with Yoongle's handwriting. "I left for work. Not a single smiley face, "dear" or a goodbye. Very Yoongi-like.

Once I get rid of sleep, I open the windows to get some fresh air. The day is cold, but there isn’t a single cloud in the sky. I march to the kitchen where coffee has been cooked earlier (probably Yoongi leftovers). With my breakfast, I sit on the couch to watch the TV. I don't even change into my clothes; I don't have the humour for that (not that Yoongi’s lent clothes seem deteriorated or anything).

I start to walk to the nearer bus stop, Wild Flower from Indigo blasting full-on volume in my earbuds.

Buses have something I can't explain but… travelling in them usually makes me sad. I don't know why, but something like nostalgia invades me, and I can't shake it.

For me, a bus feels like a little window to the world. You can see what's going on, both out and inside the vehicle, with the perception of anonymity. You can see everybody carrying on daily tasks, unaware of your presence.

That makes you feel like your existence isn’t relevant, that if you disappeared from the surface of this earth, everyone would be able to keep going on like nothing. Your existence means nothing.

After 10 minutes, I’ve finally come home. I’m unsure what to do next: should I be showering or relaxing? Perhaps shower, or then I’ll be unable to move due to my lazy ass. Diligently, that’s what I do.

I play some music in the background, as always, something to feel sexy and try to get in a better mood. The chosen option is a playlist I did, composed with songs from Yoongi's close circle of composer friends: Vibe (Taeyang ft Jimin), Smoke sprite (So!YoON! ft RM), Bad Decisions (from some of them ft Benny Blanco and Snoop Dog), Change pt2 (RM), MORE (J-Hope), etc.

Two or three songs play before being interrupted by one I didn’t expect: Golden hour by JVKE. In other situations, that one is a favourite, but now? I don’t know why, but it makes me sad, to the point that tears flow from my eyes. I stay there for the whole duration of the music, crying under the water that wets me from head to toe; its warmth being the only comfort.

The last time I felt this way was long ago, maybe… when I was on the latest exams for my doctorate, trying to access my ongoing job? Likely. They were the darkest years

of my life: no self-confidence, constantly doubting my capacity. I isolated myself from everyone around me till, thanks to Yoongi’s temperament, I was ready to talk about what I was feeling. Maybe that’s why seeing him behaving as he has, hurt me so much.

He has always been supportive and my anchor when I let my head be full of dark thoughts. I feel bad because now he is putting everything in his hand to help me, and here I am, still being childish. Only caring about what he didn’t say or do instead of being grateful for everything he did.

I’m being stupid, and I should be putting aside all my insecure nature to make this plan work. I shake my head physically and mentally.

-Focus, Min Young Mi -I whisper to myself.

I feel so much better, sadness from before slowly disappearing upon the relevance of the stratagem we have between our hands.

I get ready except for dressing the clothes; I still have some informs to write and some chores to do before leaving. One by one, they are done, remaining to finish my makeup and wear the fancy clothes.

It was hard to choose, but I decided on a light and shiny eyeshadow and products to realt my natural beauty (If there’s some, I’m not sure) and clothing… damn. I don’t usually assist to formal events, so I was unsure about what is considered appropriate and what is not. After researching on work and between my girlfriends, I’ve come up with a long but pompous sleeve incorporated into a tight bodice that contrasts with a loose, long skirt; everything in different shades of white and golden details (imitating the chinese technique of repairing broken ceramics with gold, Kintsugi).

I add some pale colourful butterflies and shining stickers on my hair styled in messy space buns.

The final look I see in the mirror is better than expected. All has come together nicely, highlighting my curves where they should be.

-Girls, you never looked this good -I say to my boobies, well put and round; they don’t seem like the usual ones that make me insecure.

I feel pretty, even… empowered.

A message bleeps in my phone.

As I’ve been told, I call a taxi that gets me faster than I imagined to the placement where the ball is happening tonight.

It’s an incredible old-styled mansion, decorated for the occasion with flowers and little lightbulbs. But that’s not all; the interior is as beautiful or more, totally my style. Feels like a set from that period series I love to watch; romance and secrets oozing from every square.

I force the chat to be about superficial stuff, trying to avoid the main thing of tonight, but the question appears from one of my workmates ten minutes later while talking in a circle.

-So… where is your soon-to-be husband? We are dying to meet him.

-He had an inconvenience in his work, making him late. He must be about to arrive.

-Once again, what does he work as?

-Producer. He writes and composes music for other artists and himself, but now he is finishing the last touches of his upcoming album, which is also his first one.

-Is he an independent artist or…?

-Oh, no. He works for a prestigious music company, but till now, hadn’t found enough time for his own projects. His schedule is tight, so all the arrangements have to go as planned. These days he’s been busy putting hours and hours into it and making space to come here to meet you all… means a lot to me.

Everyone is glancing at the same place, the entry. Naturally, I follow along, discovering that the cause of all this shock is no other than my best friend.

-Speaking of him… -I whisper unconsciously loud enough for people near me to hear.

-It’s that your man? -a couple of them ask with evident surprise on their faces.

He seems lost, probably searching for me. He also looks stunning, almost unreal.

I salute him from afar, and once he sees me, a big pretty smile appears on that pretty face. When he’s coming my way, I have finally gathered the courage to admit it.

-Yes, that’s my man.

I’m as surprised as everyone by his beauty, having fallen in his enchantment. He shines through the room charmingly, making it understandable all eyes are on him, but he only seems to see… me? What?

Once he is a couple of metres away, I tell myself to breathe again, too stunned to speak.

-Hi, babe -he greets me encircling my waist with his arm- You look beautiful, as always -he seems to say truthfully, looking into my eyes, finishing the sentence with a quick peck on my lips.

What. The. Fuck. It’s. Going. On.

What?

My brain has forgotten how to work, unable to process surprise after surprise.

-Sorry for being late -he adds upon my silence- today has been crazy, but I don’t wanna bore you with work. We are here to enjoy and raise some funds, aren’t we?

-ye-yeah.

Am I stuttering? What has he done to me?

-Sorry, we haven’t been introduced properly. I’m Yoongi, Young Mi’s fiance.

He greets everyone with a handshake and naturality that I have never seen on him, never leaving my side or peeling his arm around my body, that touch almost burning me. I feel my face getting redder every second that passes.

-Young Mi, are you okay?

-What? Why? -I shyly ask, touching my flushed cheeks.

-You haven’t talked since your boyfriend arrived. Cat got your tongue?

I look at Yoongi, both of us aware of the ongoing joke of him being the human personification of a cat. He gets it because a devilish smirk appears on his face.

-yeah, something like that -I admit, mortified

-You know how shy she is with personal stuff, let her be -he jokingly says while hugging me tightly and kissing my forehead.

-Honey, behave -I warn him lightly, hitting him in the arm. He’s having way too much fun with this, and it shows off in how his smile doesn’t go away- would you get me a drink, please?

-Of course.

Other partners of my co-workers join him in the task, letting us talk, but especially me and “my man” to fence for ourselves in front of a public that requires answers about our relationship.

Once they near the table with drinks, the season is open. They start to shoot questions without leaving me time to answer them.

-Wow, Young Mi, he is…

-Handsome -other interrupts, making us laugh.

-And he has this aura of a rockstar…

-yeah, and he seems so in love with you. Can’t keep his hands to himself.

-Both of you make an incredible couple, both sophisticated and pretty.

-No, not just pretty. Hot as fuck.

We laugh, but all the compliments make something deep inside me tingle.

I look at him, finding out that he is already looking. He seems surprised at being caught but smiles at me in that beautiful and particular way I’ve only seen him do on counted occasions.

“What?” I mouth at him, not understanding what’s going on.

His only answer is a wink, and I can't put my finger on what it is, but suddenly all this feels new. And exciting. And like butterflies dancing around in my stomach.

This night will surely be going to be one to remember.

Am I the only one who’s not really enjoying chapter 2 so far? I feel a tad guilty for saying it but apart from Jimin’s album, none of the solo work we’ve seen so far has really made it for me 😕 Objectivity I found Indigo really good but I realize I never really reach for it. Face has been the only album I’ve listened to loads of times. I like Layover, but I know it won’t be to the point of listening it again and again. I was a bit sad because I was excited for Jungkook’s album but I really don’t like Seven at all. I miss Jin and Hobi’s humour and energy. I guess I’m much more a BTS fan as a group rather than the members separately. Jimin is my bias, I have a soft spot for him, but I would still choose the band as a whole over him as a soloist. I feel a bit bad for saying it.. I hate the way the fandom is right now, all the competitiveness, and oftentimes I catch myself thinking I want this chapter to be over so we can get the band together again. I just want to see them live at least once, as I became a fan at the beginning of 2020 and as I live in Europe I didn’t have the opportunity to see them. I’m also bored about how they tend to focus so heavily on the US market now..of course I understand why, but still, it’s annoying. I don’t know if there’s anyone who feel the same? I just want the solo area to come to an end.. sorry for the rant, I know I’m being selfish but I’m getting bored with this area😫

I understand where you're coming from. I miss BTS like crazy. Nothing tops how much fun they are together and how their love for each other is a balm to the soul. I miss them dropping music and their performances. I miss the excitement of a BTS comeback. It's really not the same with them solo. Nothing is as exciting, everything is rushed, and we have no time to even anticipate or feel excited about new music dropping because it happens too often.

Indigo is a great album but I haven't listened to it much either, V's debut was my least favorite in many ways, I didn't like JITB as a whole, I didn't care about Face either. I like Seven but I've many, many complaints about it, and am feeling very apprehensive about JK's next single and debut album. I would've been happier if I had more performances to look forward to. When BTS have a comeback, they perform their title track so much that we get tired of it. But Hobi and Suga were the only ones who performed more than a handful of times, and doing a tour isn't the same as having performances uploaded to BANGTANTV every week. I miss group performances, Bangtan Bombs, Run BTS, the random promotional videos for Chuseok or whatever, Bon Voyage, Winter and Summer packages, ITS, etc. Photoshoots and variety shows aren't the same, I don't care for them... I miss the excitement of waking up and seeing them all at a certain event or at the airport. Nothing is as fun with only one of the members, and I know they're all looking forward to 2025 as well!

It's insane that it feels like BTS was an hallucination. Before 2021 the idea of the members not being seven was just fucking crazy, but now BTS don't even feel like a group anymore. I can't even imagine them together now. You're definitely not the only one who prefers them as a group. Most Armys do. It's okay to be bored by their solo ventures. It is what it is. It's not selfish. You're allowed to not like the way things turned out. I'm sure you're not blaming BTS and that you understand their current situation.

Also, I've no plans to seem them live. I know it won't happen and I'm more afraid of having the opportunity than not. If they go to Spain, for example, it will be relatively simple for me to see them live so I will feel pressured to buy tickets, but it's so fucking complicated to do so. Plus, there's traveling, the waiting at the venue, and all the stress that goes with it. If I don't get tickets, I'll be sad, and if I do, I'll be nervous that the experience won't live up to my expectations. I honestly prefer it that I've never had to worry about missing a chance to see them live because it's never come up. But I also get your pov haha. I hope you get to see them at least once!

Was so happy to see jimin yesterday him been so happy and bubbly.like I had missed my baby so much. hope he will be more active too. Now I don't know if am thinking too much but It seems like nowadays jimin is disconnected from the group and feels like he's not that attentive to JK like he always is. The sub unit photoshoots we got of them both were so cute they are the power duo no doubt, but noticed jm was not interacting or looking at jk as am used to seeing him doing,it feels odd and weird to me,because jk eyes were all on jm in those shots but jm was not even returning a glance,😭jk brought him close by placing his hand on jms shoulder(cute) but even JM smile seemed forced,that half smile is not his genuine smile at all and it feels odd to watch him behave like that around jk..Also in recent moments that we get to see jm,its vmin been all cute and clingy soulmates even on yesterday vlive which is cute..looks like Vmin are on their soulmate agenda again.and jm has transferred his affection to his soulmate.and completely ignoring jk.it hurts seeing jk staring at jm only for jm to not spare him a glance. I want to believe jm was going thru alot with the recent happenings regarding his invasion of privacy,but he shouldnt be pushing the only pason that loves and cares for him away,i know people handle stress differently too so am fine and i will wait for my bubbly,happy jm to return,I need my jikook babies back.

I wanna feel sad but then again it's Jimin yous talking about🤣

I wouldn't worry much bout him. A little quiet is actually good for him. He's awfully self aware lately and is mindful of what he says and do. He comes to work, kills it and runs back to shelter. Yes as mama told him. I don't think that's particularly a bad thing. Growth perhaps.

You know he asked V if his 40 million viewers were all army?? And in the coway ad he nudged Jk to get away from the cameras when they came prying. Kook was equally self conscious holding his hands.

I don't know who else they think is watching them but it's clear there is a gaze on them they aren't, he isn't particularly comfortable with. Jungkook has that nonchalant attitude going for him but Jimin can't seem to shake it off. I mean his laugh with Tae when he asked if all the people watching them were army was quite telling. Too bad, one word and I'd obliterate any unwanted gaze in our midst. No one will know who did it.

I don't think he has an avoidant personality all through. Quite the opposite. He reaches for people to soothe when he is distressed. Which can be a sign of codependency might i say. He'd call someone to talk or get drinks with. frankly I'd say confronting himself and his thoughts all alone scares him abit as he's mentioned before. He is not an introvert. He said he'd changed from being unable to be by himself to prefering to be alone these days but yet his test results still spells out extrovert.

Seems counterintuitive for him to push his intimate partner away in such a time he might need em the most. Doesn't sound like the Jimin who sat Kook down to tell him he was feeling hella lonely.

And we've heard BTS and Jimin himself talk about how Kook is the one who shuts everyone out in times they were going through it. He's an introvert.

Introverts like to be in our minds, do tons of introspection, and frankly prefer our own company than most most times especially when we have things on our mind.

As long as Jungkook don't look like he's allergic to the air that he breathes because of Jimin or that an elephant sat on his chest as Jimin frolicks around with his imaginary rivals I'm good🤧

And I don't know about Vmin...

They have their own dynamic and it is in no way shape or form comparable to or in competition with Jikook.

Unless they are in a toxic codependent relationship, having friends outside of eachother is pretty normal, ideal and recommended. Jimin cannot fulfill all of Jungkook's emotional needs and Jungkook cannot fulfill all of Jimin's emotional needs. If they did that would be very very toxic and unsustainable cos they each would be overwhelming the other and exhausting themselves out emotionally constantly.

In a healthy relationship both partners ought to create a safe environment for the partners to not only heal their traumas but confront them and address them in a wholesome manner by encouraging eachother to learn to form healthy attachments outside of eachother- to friends, family, hobbies etc as humans by our very nature are social beings.

If Vmin are bonding it's not unusual at all. If Taekook are bonding I'd raise my brow a little bit💀 but even that I'd still think it's healthy and ten outta ten would recommend.

i felt a bit uncomfortable myself watching their unit photoshoot but i think it's because they were being asked to Jikook on demand as if their relationship is a commodity and performance to sell and entertainment others. I hate fanservice. But don't stop hybe🤧🤧🤧

If you have to tell Jungkook to put his arms around Jimin or look into his eyes- uhmmm not to be that guy but i don't like that kind of fanservice. Take it away. Their organic candid interactions- sign me up anyday and drop the bill. I'll grab it and smack it.

If he wasn't looking at Kook like he uses to- during a photoshoot- it's probably because that wasn't in the concept brief for them to be looking at each other for that photoshoot💀💀💀

I'm sure if it was part of the concept he would have jumped into his arms even😊

My man whipped up his bandana like a 70s pimp like he wasn't playing he was serving looks, firm, intoxicating, classic hood style. Babe, what babe. Gay, what gay? Honey Jiminelly 50cent takes his job pretty seriously-

But I guess the director thought a little skinship was necessary in the end for a fun playful vibe. The others were given similar directions too.

Jimin works for a living and he is damn good at his Job and when he's all serious like that earning his coins we should cut him some slack. Not everything he does is about his relationship. The context matter.

sometimes he finna channel his inner zendaya and that's okay too.

Not all their interactions are organic. Id say this is one such inorganic fanservice moment. It doesn't mean much to me honestly whether he returns the gesture or not. What matters to me is they have great onscreen chemistry and still sold that power couple look. Jimin looked sleek and delicious i love his face bone structure and yelled daddy more times than i could count.

Last year, I did a post looking back at some of the j2 moments 2019 and the 2010’s decade had given us, this year with it being so shit and so many of us needing some cheering up I thought I’d do a 2020 version.

So before we say fuck off to 2020 here are some of the j2 moments this year has given us:

SM isn’t everything but it’s still cute when the boys interact with each other online and the year actually started with it, with both boys liking each other’s New Year’s pictures with their kiddos:

Those weren’t the only SM interactions, on a more recent example by which I mean December they had this cute little exchange under a pic Jared posted were he was sleeping:

And Jensen liked this cute pic of his smiling boy:

Of course nothing compares to the best SM moment of the year: Jared’s beautiful, emotional, touching, heartfelt birthday message for Jensen 🥺:

Before everything went under lockdown we got one convention, among the moments we got from it were:

To me one of the best j2 moments 2020 gave us was the release of this amazing EW photoshoot that I will forever be in love with (especially this cover I will never be over this cover) 😍

This photoshoot was the gift that kept on giving! Not only did we get beautiful new photos of the boys, but we also got some amazing content from the bts like

Look at them! The way Jensen closes his eyes and leans into Jared, the way they look at each other this is what love looks like people! 🥰 Find someone who will look at you like how j2 look are looking at each other in that gif.

And even the accompanying interview gave us a little something with Jared saying that he burrowed strength from Jensen when he was struggling with the job

Padalecki, 37, who’s been vocal about his struggle in the early seasons, says. “I borrowed strength from Jensen.” x

And this is barely the tip of the iceberg I’m just providing some examples of what that photoshoot gave us but it was a feast!

Summer seemed to be the never ending dry spell, many wondered ‘will we ever get j2 content again?’ and the answer was...yes!

Starting with a little interview the boys did with small moments such as

And Jensen confirming he and Jared still live near one another.

When Jensen appeared for the second time on Rosenbaum’s podcast he spend a good part of it being fond over Jared and making them sound totally married sharing a story about Jared’s preferred breakfast burrito and how he and Jared have bickered over it and of course starting of the panel by making it clear covid or no covid him and Jared would be making out:

The boys had a joint virtual Q&A panel filled with moments, they were joking around, they made each other laugh, and it all started with Jensen saying how handsome Jared looked.

When filming wrapped up Jared and Jensen had their own celebration with dinner and champagne at one of their favorite restaurants:

"Jared and I wrapped on Thursday, and Saturday night he and I went to one of our all-time favorite restaurants, just us, and toasted with some champagne," Ackles says. x

Those two can’t get enough of each other so they road tripped part of the way home together!

With Supernatural coming to an end a lot of interviews took place and provided us with content:

The Talk interview gave us a married moment, when the boys were asked who had the messier dressing room Jensen replied Jared did to which Jared literally went no sir, no sir.

The CNN interview had the boys admitting not working together will be an adjustment with Jensen saying “So, it will be different, and that’s probably when he and I will call each other and be like, ‘I miss you so much!’” as well as this moment "Oh, I thought you meant we fell in love," Ackles quips."We fell in love, too," Padalecki jokes. When I add that plotline was only in fan fiction, Ackles retorts, "Or was it?" Padalecki erupts in laughter. "There it goes the internet."

In an interview with Chelsea Davis Jensen once again brought up that him and Jared will be contacting each other from their new shows

“Jared said it, he’s like I don’t think it’s really gonna set in until we walk unto the set of some other show. But that’s fine cause then we’ll just turn around and call each other and be like ‘what’s your show like?’”

Ackles says he was “floored” by the gift: “And it's cool, because now Jared and I can just drag-race around Austin.”

“If we get pulled over, it'd be like, ‘Don't worry. FBI Agent Robert Plant,’" Padalecki adds.

“We've got FBI badges in the glove box,” Ackles confirms.

The last virtual panel of the year was Jared’s and it was full of love for Jensen; Jared mentioned him often, unprompted he shared the story of when the twins were born and how hectic it was for him and Jensen to return to Austin in time for their birth honestly hearing him talk about it it’s clear how important that day was for him too and it’s just so sweet, he said him and Jensen will definitely work together again and he hopes it’ll be sooner rather than later, also said Jensen has a standing invitation to do whatever he wants on Walker, and implied he’s already looked at his schedule to see if he could make it up to Toronto where Jensen will be working in 2021.

And these are just some moments; I know that with everything going on and time losing all meaning it might have seemed like we had a j2-less year but as you can see that’s not true cause not even a pandemic or this hellish year were able to stop or dim the beauty that is j2 and their relationship.

This men make me so ridiculously happy, and with this being such a hard year for all of us, for some more than others, it makes me all that extra grateful for them and to them for bringing a smile to my face. I hope that with this post they will bring a smile to yours. I personally am looking forward to seeing what j2 goodies 2021 gives us, I’m hopeful there’ll be plenty, our boys have new projects coming out, God willing cons will be able to pick up again in a safe way, and there’ll be even more j2 content to enjoy.

Which era of doyoung do you like the most?

It depends from which angle to look (concept, visual, songs, etc).

I'll choose NCT2020 because it was the time that Do finally relaxed. It's not my most favourite Doyoung (that be ShowChamp/t7s/Limitless, probably), but it was a desirable upgrade. NCT made it, he needn't worry as much. The threat to JaeDo also seemingly disappeared, so Do started to interact with Jae during music shows interviews and bts (the carpet scene). He decided to challenge himself (the tv-drama, I also suspect he auditioned (or decided to) for the musical at the end of 2020, he mentioned special singing training). Xiaojun commented how Do surprised him with his energy (Do was active, when everyone slept in the waiting rooms). Do showed more of himself, was playful. Taeyong was injured, but instead of worrying too much about him, letting it affect him during work, Do carried the group, taking the leader position. And this fighting positive mindset continued onto 2021 which was Do's year.

Do improved his singing, his dancing skills, his stage presence. Started to do bolder fanservice (the waist for MAW, the chest for magazine photoshoots). Came up with his BD live. Made a cover in a genre he prefers (Harry Style's song).

“What if they don’t like me?” you say nervously rubbing your clammy palms against the material of your skirt.

“Don’t worry babe, they’ll love you.” Hobi said grabbing your hand in his and planting a peck on your knuckles.

With your hand still tightly bound with his, he led you to the room where the photoshoot was going to happen. You were meeting your boyfriend’s bandmates for the first time, and of course you being you, were a nervous wreck.

But all of that nervous energy left you the moment you saw Hobi’s warm smile directed at you. And it wasn’t so bad after all. He introduced you to all the members and stayed beside you as long as he could. Soon it was his turn for the individual photoshoots.

You stood there watching him pose, thinking to yourself, how lucky you were, to have him in your life, when a voice interrupted your thoughts.

“Hi Y/N”

You tore your gaze away from your boyfriend to meet eyes with Namjoon. “Hello Namjoon”

“It’s nice to finally meet you. Hobi hyung talks very fondly of you.”

“The pleasure is mine.”

“So, you’re an English major huh?”

“Yeah, I actually want to write books, but I couldn’t take that career path due to a few monetary issues. So I had to go into journalism to secure a salary. Now that I have a stable financial income, Hobi has convinced me to revive my interest in writing, so I’m doing some research now for my upcoming book.”

“Wow, that’s amazing. Preferred author?”

“I’d go with the classic, Charles Dickens”

“Ahhh a classic. I’m more of a Thomas Hardy guy.”

“You’re into… literature?”

“Yes I love reading, it’s my favorite pass time. I feel at peace when I read.”

“Same! I spend most of my days at the Chungwoon literature library”

“Oh wow, me too. We’re pretty alike huh?”

“Yeah, I guess so” you said returning his warm smile.

“Oh you have dimples too?” he says pointing out.

“We really are alike.” you said laughing out loud.

“Well I’d love to talk to you about a few works if you ever have time. But unfortunately I have to take a leave now, it’s my turn for the photo shoot.”

“Sure I’d love that.”

“Bye Y/N, it was nice talking to you.” he said walking away.

“Bye Namjoon.”

You turned your gaze away from the conversation you were so engrossed in, only to find Hobi missing. You ask around a few staff and learn that he was last seen retreating towards his changing room. You finally make it to his dressing room after troubling at least 10 staff members for directions.

You open the door and you’re greeted with the sight of his bare back as he slips on his white t-shirt. “Hey babe, how was the photo shoot?”

“Good” he says in a soft voice.

“I didn’t expect you to leave me alone, but thank god I found you, I would’ve gotten lost if it weren’t for the kind staff mem-“ you stopped your little rant as you realized Hobi’s expression remained unwavered as he began cleaning up the place, hanging his clothes up on an empty hanger.

“Hey what’s wrong?” you ask concern laced in your voice which he must’ve sensed since he laughed an unhearty laugh and responded dryly “Nothing, everything great.”

“Okay even an interviewer could tell that was a fake laugh. What’s going on babe?”

“It’s- It’s nothing. It’s stupid.”

“Come on babe tell me, you’re worrying me.”

“It’s just that… immediately after my photo shoot, I was gonna surprise you with tickets to the Yoon Dongju literature museum… and spend some alone time with you… just you and me… but I guess you were busy talking to Namjoonie”

“Oh were you jealous babe?” you said poking fun at him.

“No” he said looking down at his feet. “But I know how much you love literature… and I know I’m not good at discussing the topics you love to talk about… but I want to try so you’d be able to talk to me about something you’re passionate about”

“Okay all jokes aside… I’m sorry, but I didn’t mean to make you feel that way. Hobi you know I love you right? And it’s okay if you don’t like literature… I mean I don’t try to indulge myself in dance do I? I love you for who you are baby, please don’t change yourself for me, or anyone for that matter.”

“Thanks babe.” He said moving forward and embracing you in his arms. As soon as your head hit his warm chest, the sound of his heart thumping being music to your ears, you felt all your worries being washed away.

“You still up for that museum tour?” he asks meeting your gaze.

“Absolutely, as long as I’m with you.” You replied smiling.

“Well let’s go we don’t wanna be late now do we?” he says grabbing his jacket.

He then places a quick peck on the corner of your lips as he giggles like a 5 year old kid, “Inappropriate work kiss, too quick can’t stop me.”

You blush at his action and hurriedly leave the room before your face turns too red.

"So you're just going to leave?" Namjoon asks as he stands in the middle of the makeup room. You look at him incredulously when you notice that all the stylists in the room had heard him and were now stealing glances at the both of you.

“Don’t start this here too Joonie.” You whisper to your boyfriend as you walk closer to him as quickly as possible. Namjoon’s pout grows bigger as he faces the camera man next to you both, making sure he had his big puppy eyes on show.

“The love of my life is currently leaving my photoshoot without giving me a good bye kiss. I am so sad now. I am so emotional. How can one leave just like that?” He sniffles and you bring your hands up to cover your face in embarrassment.

“I did kiss you. Namjoon, did you really have to say that to the camera? And in front of so many people?” You whine and you can feel everyone in the room giving you both small smiles and a few outright pointing and giggling.

“That was a peck, just so you know. Make it right, give me a kiss and you can be off.” He says and you slap a hand to his chest to distract him and everyone from the blush rising on your cheeks. Namjoon however pays no mind to it as he turns to the camera once more.

“See, I’m being denied kisses. So sad.” He says loudly and sniffles dramatically and you groan as you try to keep your hands by your sides when they were itching to strangle your boyfriend right then.

“What is it going to take you to stop?” You plead and Namjoon grins down at you.

“I thought I was being pretty clear from the start but alright. I want a good bye kiss. Kisses, more preferably.” He smirks bending and angling his head downwards to be at eye level with you.

You look around carefully to make sure no one was looking and find the camera focused right onto your face. You huff and point it out to Namjoon and he quickly shoos away the crew and looks at you expectantly.

When your eyes find others in the room curiously waiting for you to kiss Joonie like their life depended on it, you huff agaim as you point it out. Namjoon sighs as he watches your stubborn face and the next second he’s unbuttoning his shirt.

“Whoa, whoa, what are you doing?” You panic as you try to cover his exposed torso with your hands, a sight that was only meant for you to see. Namjoon chuckles as he holds onto the lapels of his shirt and hoists the fabric high, covering his face.

You giggle as you stretch on your toes and kiss him deeply, his shirt hiding you both from view. You smile against his lips as you pull away slowly, and you watch Namjoon button up his shirt again.

“I give you permission to leave.” Namjoon smiles, and with a pause adds, “But, I get more when I come back home." He says as he steals another quick kiss from you.

“Disaster in five, four, three, two...and one!” Jin points at Namjoon and at that exact moment, two buttons from Namjoon’s shirt pop off and fall to the floor. Jin snickers as a stylist shoots a glare at the boy grinning sheepishly next to him. “This, is why he should finish his shoots before anyone else.”

A/N: For those of you who’re confused, Jin is the harmless funny ghost that lives in your shared house with any BTS member. It’s random I know, but I like it. He makes an appearance in all the imagines I write.

Summary: you and your boyfriend go out with your kid for the day

Seokjin:

For the first time since you gave birth to your son Alexander, your boyfriend wanted to go out and show your now little family. At first you were reluctant because of the fear of something bad happening such as Alexander catching a cold, someone taking your son, the paparazzi scaring him – you are just plain nervous. But the reassurance from your boyfriend and encouraging words, he got you to say yes and the excitement in his eyes had you relaxing.

After gathering your bag that held everything you need for the day, you got Alexander and you dress while Seokjin was out in the garage putting in the car seat. Dressing yourself in something comfortable but also stylish, you got Alexander and made your way to the garage.

“See, everything will be fine, you said.” You mocked your boyfriend. “There is nothing to worry about, you added.” You glared at your boyfriend who was giving you a worried smile as you tried to get rid of the puke stain that Alexander caused.

“Hey! Baby’s puking is normal thing, you have nothing to worry about!”

“Oh! Nothing to worry about, huh? He managed to get puke on both me and the waitress!” You exclaimed, rubbing even harder on the area where Alexander puked.

Cringing, Seokjin gave you a nervous smile, “Okay maybe there is something to worry about?”

“You think?!”

Yoongi:

Sitting on the bench outside of the Victoria Secret shop, Yoongi held Mia in his arms, lightly bouncing her so she can fall asleep. There was a slight pout on his lips because he could not bring into the store with you while you shopped – and this is one of Yoongi’s favorite stores to shop with you in.

A small whine escaped Mia’s lips causing the rapper to frown at his daughter. “Hey, why are you whining?” He asked, knowing that she will not give him a verbal response, only another whine came from the small child. Not knowing what else to do, Yoongi began to start singing ‘So Far Away’ to Mia, praying to whoever is listening that it will calm his daughter down.

You just got done finishing your shopping inside Victoria Secret, wanting to get some new pajamas and underwear, and a cute little backpack for days out with your daughter. As you were walking out of the store, you stopped in your tracks when you heard your husbands voice singing. Walking quietly over to him, you began to tear up because the scene that is right in front of you is picture perfect. Knowing that your husband does not notice you yet, you shimmied your way onto the bench with him as discretely as possible, wanting to see how long that it will take for him to notice you. Once he was done singing, you laid your head on his shoulder, only to get knocked in face due to him jumping from your presence.

“God Dammit Min Yoongi,” you cursed, rubbing your jaw.

“Well you shouldn’t have scared me like that!”

“Oh wow, so now its my fault?”

Hoseok:

Going out with your husband and twins was a bad idea.

Why?

Well, Hoseok lost Maggie and you are dealing with Jisoo who is wanting to get a new pair of leggings because her old ones now have holes in them from gymnastics. But the thing is, Jisoo is very picky when it comes to leggings and now you know how your mom felt when she took you shopping.

“But mom, they are too thick and they’re going to make me uncomfortable.” Your eight-year-old daughter explained.

“Well for some reason, this is all that they have, and you have tried on every pair. Do you want to go to Walmart and see if they have the ones you like?” You asked, folding the pair of leggings that she got out of.

“If that’s okay? I don’t want to be irritating…” She checked, one of the traits that she got from you which is the feeling of being irritating and asking for too much.

Smiling gently at her, “you’re not being irritating, love. I want you to feel comfortable in what you wear, especially with gymnastics. Come on, lets find your father and sister.”

Walking out of the dressing room you were met with your husband who was giving you a nervous smile.

“Where’s Maggie?” You asked, praying to God he did not lose her once again.

“You know how much I love you and much I cherish life, right?”

“You better find her in five minutes or you’re sleeping on the couch tonight.”

Namjoon:

Taking a child and a man child shopping was not the greatest idea you ever had.

Your boyfriend is perfect! You can agree to that. But the one thing that the two of you can agree on is how destructive he is. You remember the first time when he met your parents, he broke your mothers’ sister’s funerary urn.

That was not a good meeting because Namjoon broke out crying and panicking while your mother broke out into a heavy cry whereas your dad was trying to figure out what happened.

It was a very interesting meeting.

But the reason why you are nervous with this shopping trip with your family is because you are shopping for jewelry – something that Namjoon is also known for destroying. You can admit though that he is doing good so far because he is watching your guys daughter, Jessie. The pretty silver and gold began to take your attention from your husband and daughter away, causing you to not realize that Namjoon is now looking with Jessie and touching some of the displays. The sound of glass breaking and a scared, but all too familiar gasp had you turning towards your husband with a glare.

Giving you a nervous smile, Namjoon rubbed the back of his neck. “Oops?”

Jimin:

Having a husband that is a dance and a daughter wanting to take after him, both you and Jimin wanted to get her a ‘starting kit,’ – which consisted of new dance clothes, a duffle bag, water bottle and the whole shebang. When the first dance class ended, your daughter raced out to the car where you and Jimin sat talking, crying her eyes out about being bullied by the girls in the class because she did not have pink, or Victoria secret, or in their terms ‘name brand’ stuff.

Pulling a few strings, Jimin found out that those girls were best friends and were going to be at the mall shopping since it was the leader of the group’s birthday. Wanting to go along with his plan, the three of you, along with her uncles, you guys decided to have a ‘fun day’ at the mall. Jungkook and Taehyung were distracting her before she panicked by jumping into Taehyung’s arms to hide herself from the girls.

Jimin gave you smirk before walking into Gucci to get the clothes that he wanted to spoil his daughter with. As he walked out, he made sure to get the group of girl’s attentions by calling out her name, shaking the bags that held the clothes in. With wide eyes, Makenzie jumped out of Taehyung’s arms, running up to her dad with a wide grin, forgetting about the group of girls who were starting at her in shock.

“Dad!” She yelled happily, “What is this?”

“This is for you, princess. Now you’ll be able to look in style for your next dance class!” He announced happily, a little louder than usual so the girls to hear.

At the next dance class, the girls did not once bother your daughter.

Taehyung:

Being with someone who is very into fashion is interesting because you, yourself, are not that into it. Preferring Under Armor shorts and your boyfriend’s hoodie than wearing Gucci or Puma always made you unique in your boyfriends’ eyes. After being together for almost fifteen years while having a five-year-old child, Ski, you kept with the same style.

But Taehyung wants to change something for just a day.

Having an Instagram page for your guys little family, he wanted to have a photoshoot while you three are out an about. But the twist is, is that you have to be wearing something fashionable, something that you despise. After several attempts of persuading you, you finally caved in and decided to do it.

The sounds of whispers coming from your peers has your anxiety skyrocketing because you feel out of your place. Noticing it, Taehyung nudges your daughter, who is in love with this whole day out, he gets her attention.

“Tell Mommy how beautiful she is, she is looking upset.”

Nodding her head happily, Ski bounces towards you, causing you to smile. “Hi sweetheart, how are you feeling?”

Tugging your hand, wanting to crouch down to her level, she pulls you closer to her. “You look beautiful, momma!”

Eyes watering, you picked her up, accidentally nudging Taehyung, you hugged her tightly to you. Joining the hug, Taehyung pulled the both of you into his chest, kissing the tops of your guys heads.

Jungkook:

“Why must we wear black?” You asked your husband, pushing the stroller that had your sleeping son, AJ, in it who was also wearing all black.

Looking at you with wide eyes, hand on chest taking offence to your question, Jungkook gasped. “Because black is in style! And we look fancy!”

Shaking your head, “We look emo as fuck.”

Smirking, “Are you having flashbacks of your emo stage, baby?”

Glaring at him, “you better keep your mouth shut or you’re on baby duty tonight.”

Rolling his eyes, he ushered you into the Louis Vuitton store, taking the stroller from you so you could take a break from it. As the both you and Jungkook were searching the shelves, the sounds of uneasiness started to come from AJ, alerting the two of you. Putting the jacket back on the hangers, Jungkook took AJ out of the stroller, picking him up and bouncing him up and down lightly to try and get him back to sleep.

It happened all too fast; one moment Jungkooks black leather jacket was all black, and the next it had the breakfast you fed AJ this morning, decorating it.

Not knowing what to say, you cautiously took AJ out of his dad’s hands, trying to not break out laughing from the look of disgust on his face.

“Huh, maybe the color black isn’t that bad after all.”

Hi hello! (b ᵔ▽ᵔ)b I'm aamna, 21 yr old human disaster lmao. I'm currently a university student, so usually i'm pretty busy with that. the rest of the time i just spend making gifs of stuff that i like or watching dramas.

2. How and when did you become a CHOICE?

i'm a really new choice, i started at the end of feb this year. i got to know who they were mainly because of kareena and pooja posting pictures of them in the mdzsnet discord 😂 im gonna be honest initially it was me just finding jun attractive (pooja has proof of the start of my thirsting lmao) but then i heard donghun, jun and chan's cover of someone you loved and it was so incredible, their voices and the harmonization so i listened to more of their covers before I got sucked in and listened to all their albums in one go sjfjf and here I am four months later with only having a.c.e on repeat al day hahaha.

3. What is your favourite part of being a CHOICE?

Being able to see and hear how amazing ace is. Getting to experience how loving the fandom is. Also the last two weeks?? This is my first comeback and maybe it's because idk much about comebacks in general but I dont think other groups spoil their fans so much. All the photoshoots!! And just generally too, ace gives us so much content, whether it's song covers or almost daily selfies and vlives. I love it!

4. What is your favourite A.C.E song? Do you prefer their title tracks or b-sides more?

Oh this is hard because it's hard choice between undercover and goblin. So I'll just go with both of them. The highnotes and the rap it's so nice I keep on singing them especially undercover, even though I barely know the lyrics 😂 they're extremely catchy.

5. Who’s your bias? What do you like about them?

It's Jun and Chan because right from the first cover I watched, my brain was like himmm—no himmm and it hasnt stopped since.

6. What is your favourite thing about A.C.E?

What's not my favourite thing? They're so funny and hot and talented and I'm only a simple human.

7. Which concept has been your favourite? What kind of concept do you want them to try?

Maybe I'm biased because I get to experience this one but also sirens, shipwrecks, lost princes, vampires they did it all!

BTS In The SOOP EP4 - HOBI’s REVENGE (The full recap)

I havent done a recap since Ep 1 and technically that wasnt a recap but more for fun. However, after watching today’s episode, I felt inclined to share some thoughts as I found this to be such a lovely and heartfelt episode that truly exemplified not only each member and how they are as well as dynamics between them so im making this exception. This may be a long read for some but if you make it to the end then ❤️and feel free comment. Welcome to a summary/analysis of my thoughts throughout this episode full of cute moments between certain member “ships”. I put that in quotations to point out that I look at these platonically in a friendly way (with the exception of 1 lol) but also as a way to emphasize how each member looks to another as different likes and circumstances arise. We all can fully see that OT7 truly have a special bond unlike other idol groups who pretend for years only to be discredited later. However, it shouldnt come as a surprise that some members are closer to some than others and that isnt a bad thing, just like we all may have that 1 or those 2 people we wanna tell first when you have a major life event or need to just talk. That is the main reason for my recap today, to talk about these and how it genuinely warms my heart because even though they may not act like their full real selves here, after all, this will be seen on broadcast by the general public and not just fans, this is probably the closest we get to their domestic normal selves, no narrative, no event or photoshoot to prepare for, just them doing things as they go.

We start off after the dinner scene where everyone has dispersed into their own thing. Cue to V sitting by himself in the main house about to sing karaoke. As anyone who has followed him along the years, you already know that he often prefers his own “me” moments and its just cute to watch him start singing to his hearts content that its even pointed out by his hyungs as they sit outside further away chatting. Its nice to see him happily enjoying whatever he feels like doing with no care in the world but I do shy away from calling him an introvert as he can be the social butterfly.

We then cut to Namseok sitting outside, drinking some beer, having a heart to heart. The rap line has obviously been close for a long time but the way Hobi speaks about his chat with Joon that night and how it feels natural and not awkward shows you that they gravitate towards one another vs possibly some other members in terms of lets say normal adult discussions where its not about jokes or laughter but just growing up and responsibilities or random hobbies and its a beautiful thing to see. Between Hobi wishing he could sing (I think he has a lovely voice and should try it out even when he thinks he isnt good) to Joon talking about writing in a journal or feeling like this is a break they should have where they retire, its cute, its normal non celeb talk, and just a moment between 2 likeminded friends. I’ll finish off this scene with another *Joon should just not touch things in general* moment when he drops the mosquito defector and all Hobi does is smile and reply...

(Friendship Goals...)

Jimin decides to join shortly after but doesnt have a beer in hand, the hyungs are quick to point that there is some in the other fridge but Jimin dismisses it and goes to sit as all he wants is to be in their company awww. He mentions that he will take some cold medicine and Hobi immediately questions if he’s feeling unwell to which he replies that he is in fact not feeling well. This cause an immediate reaction of concern from the hyungs as Joon tells him to put his hood on to evade a bit of the cold air and Hobi insists in a serious manner to not disobey and do as they say after jimin says its fine. Double awww 🥺

Their night ends with Minimoni heading out to another mini tournament of ping pong because why not, Jimin trying to convince Hobi to watch them because awww, and Joon telling Jimin to not torture Hobi like that 😂. Joon reading the room and knowing its not his thing cracks me up, baby mochi just wants him around haha.

The scene then cuts to the next morning where we finally see Yoongi waking up from him sleep nest in the search for water. He is still out of it as he cutely blames someone from taking his water to only realize a few moments later that that someone was him 😂.

Lil meow meow cutely wobbles out of his camper to go get a drink only to suspiciously look around like he’s spotting the cameras. Perhaps to make a Yoongi Part 3 impromptu advertisement??? We all know how good he is at those 😂. He finally asks himself “What should I do”. Story of my life he probably thinks in his mind... meanwhile I go, just rest.

We then cut to another episode of the Chronicles of Jin: The “It’s still Hot” saga where I genuinely wonder why he still chooses the tent when im sure another arrangement is possible but do you boo. As always, the forever RJ representative cutely wears his pj’s as he heads to the main house not before stopping to do the most random thing ever...

He finds his way inside to stumble upon baby Tae still kinda sleepy looking complaining to the sink where dishes were left unwashed the prior night. His annoyance cracks me up and then he starts to play with a mini skillet/stove? and we finally get a moment of Tae cooking... yayy. He cutely complains as the rice is not staying together and tests out the sugar level to then realize it needs more and its adorable. Hobi wakes up and heads downstairs to encounter Jin at the piano again and cutely heads towards Tae to smack his butt and ask for some food, cue VHOPE cuteness, which later continues when Hobi wants to time Tae’s food with his jog haha. Tae again complains about the dishes and proceeds to drag a chair closer to the stove because I guess the 2 second distance from the table is too much? 😂Cute..

Back to 2Seok which to what I have seen in videos is not often, agreeing to go for a jog as well as disagreeing on how to go about it. Jin is like America (we go out to the store in sweats with unruly hair and not give an F LOL) and Hobi is like Korea (Where everyone dresses nice no matter what the occasion) Side note* this is my perspective as an american who has visited korea, they just do fashion better over there and I want to buy it all ☺️. I guess Hobi ends up finally convincing Jin to change because next thing they are out and about in their morning jog.

Back to baby Tae and random inexplicable moment of the episode #2... He removes the plate from the chair then proceeds to sit on the floor to taste his treat when the chair is now empty...🧐😂

2seok is now on their jog down the road and Hobi stops to rest on the side with Jin judging him “We only ran for 3 minutes and you already want to rest?” LOLOL. He then proceeds to take some of Hobi’s water and insists on carrying the bottle back because it makes him look good on camera. LMAO Jin, stay humble always... 😂. Hobi just does a literal SMH.

Cutscene to the view where different rooms are shown at once and I spot the second room next to Jungkook in the floating house with the door open.. Hmmm who opened it I wonder? Was someone using the room??

Back to V being his cute self enjoying his “me” time. He proceeds to play again with the rc boat and I almost panic a little at what seems like he may fall into the water trying to place it there. Good thing he doesnt but he gets the wrong control remoter and rushes back to get the right one. Once it finally moves its like all is right in the world. Cute. We get a short glimpse of him in the floating house and seeing that Jungkook is still fast asleep.

We then see Yoongi back at the top house heading in to read his book, shortly after the 3 amigos V, Hobi and Jin are walking in as Jin previously mentioned he was hungry, cue to start of meal prepping.

We finally see the final member we havent seen wake up, baby mochi in all his fairy like self is still in bed. Tae is the first to open the door to his room and proceeds to cutely jump over him, play around, get pushed back and complain and then just lay on top of him with his butt facing the door. Excuse me while I melt in cuteness..my VMIN heart... ❤️

Only to literally do a 180 and LAUGH my ass off when Hobi walks in, sees them there and just goes NOPE.. walking out 😂

Apparently 2seok have decided on their meal plan and the ever so helpful ray of sunshine seems at a loss on how to set the charcoal on fire, note that he could have asked Jin but he heads to Yoongi for help (Bring in some SOPE love :)). Either way here I was hoping Yoongi would just chill and it seemed like that was the plan until he saw Hobi’s lostness and eagerness to help so he decides to step up again and help out. It’s kinda evident he didnt plan to when he goes “Oh ok” after being told what they plan to eat but proceeds to jump in at Hobi’s lostness in terms of making a fire. Cute.

Cue back to Hobi disturbing the soulmates and whatever little cute slaps Tae was giving Jimin to probably wake up to ask him to fetch the torch because hes finally done running between the houses like last episode lol. The ever obedient Tae obliges immediately, Jimin remains in bed.

Were back at the main house and maybe not every caught on but its ADORABLE how Joon goes out with the plan to play with the boat like Tae but leaves it abandoned to see where all the other members are. Note, he is for some reason limping all of a sudden and I think it may have to do with why he left early for personal reasons, I hope he was ok. Potential theory, could Jin slapping the boxer bag have anything to do with it? 🧐.

Anyways, even with his leg issue he literally walks around to the other house, checks on all members and ends up back at the main house sitting next to Jungkook, encouraging him as he is building a glider and then ultimately telling him he will keep him company by sitting next to him and reading a book. Even takes care of him by bringing him a drink. Awwww KookieMonster ❤️

anddd were back to the others in the upper house.

SOPE taking the lead with building a fire..

TAEJIN figuring out the fish with Tae sporting an adorable hat and looking lost but still willing to help his hyung. Cutely Tae later makes Hobi aware on how this is his first time putting a knife on a fish and learning that a fish’s life is previous. AWWWW..

Its the little things that I like to point out, the members gravitate towards who they feel more in tune with. Tae to help Jin and Suga to help Hobi although the opposite would have be interesting to watch lol.

We then get Yoongi thawing out the ribs, Hobi trying to get veggies and LITERALLY pulling out the roots of a poor plant 😂, Yoongi legit pulling up a chair to read while cooking (poor thing haha), Jin crying because hes wasting the fish fillet as hes still learning, Joon adoringly looking at JK while he continues building his glider like a big brother, JK finally giving up and whining that hes gonna ask Hobi for help (HOPEKOOK cutely building a glider? yes please), JK looking over to see what Joon is reading, giving up again and ultimately moving out with Joon looking up like “You leaving me?” and then looking at the camera LOL.

The 3 cooks up in the upper house are busy in their own thing when Jin asks for the location of the wrapper with SOPE rapping in return making a joke about them being the “rappers” haha.

Back at the main house Taekook are cooking together. It makes me laugh at the difference between the hyungs cooking above. For starters, JK is cooking sausage for some time but I legit wanna teleport myself over there to tell him “Hey, cut it in pieces, you are burning the bottom of it but the inside is still raw” 😂... thankfully he does that eventually.... Meanwhile little sweet Tae is getting fancy on us and bringing his wine habits into the mix making an appetizer and struggling to open the Jamon packet even though (as the camera clearly zooms in on) the scissors are right next to him...These two are funny.

Finally someone acknowledges that Jimin is still alive somewhere LOL and its none other than Yoongi who says it out loud in the kitchen then passes by his room but instead of waking him up just cheers him on then walks away haha (YOONMIN ❤️)

However that lasts for about 2 seconds before Yoongi comes back and ask Jimin to gather the others from the other house for lunch as the other members are busy and Jimin listens obediently by rolling over and calling Joon and with a hoarse voice letting him know Yoongi’s instructions. Poor Jimin, he sounds unwell 🥺. Joon goes to gather the younglings, Tae makes it up and decides to decorate the cheese with a red umbrella only to look dissatisfied and make it a blue one lol. They then have some random cuts of moments because JK’s sausages appear on the table but we never see him walk up and then he magically walks out the house but dont show any of that.. hmmmm. I’ll leave my thoughts at that since some people might understand what im alluding to :).

Yoongi is taking out the ribs and accidentally drops a piece and we get the following reactions;

Yoongi: little scream 😱

Joon: Just use the 3 second rule 🙂

JK: Just wash it and then recoat it with more sauce and that should fix it 😄

To which Yoongi can only look slightly flabbergasted at the suggestion and throws it back “Do you wanna eat them?” hahaha

They all finally gather at the table including Jimin and I see that both him and Joon look a little off, I hope they got better soon after but for sure they seemed sick. Jin sweetly talks about always wanting to make the dish he prepared and how complicated it is and refers to it being a hard dish to make for a Family (the BTS bond is one of a kind). All the members admire the sampling of food, Jimin calls out the cuteness of Tae’s umbrella on the cheese, JK helps Jimin break the ribs apart, Tae tells everyone to try his appetizer, the member’s cutely all aww and ohh when they find out he cut the melon 💜, everyone but JK and Tae seem to know the dish, Hobi and Jimin cue to immediately try it for their friend so he doesnt feel left out, after trying it he cutely asks Jimin how it tastes and waits for his response, another awww, soulmate responds with its diff (which probably isnt his taste but eats it anyway for him ) lol and it zooms out with someone asking (sounds like Jin?) what they will have for dinner to have another member whom I cant tell reply LETS STARVE. These clowns 😂but I get it, it took like hours to cook each meal.

They get ready to clean and apparently prep something for dinner with Joon washing the dishes and eventually asking Jk for help who is busy cooking rice eventually summoning Jimin who heard his name with Jk cutely smacking his butt to tell him Joon called him to then Jimin telling Joon not to worry and he will take over ( I reread this whole sentence and ran out of breath haha but then again im not here for proper grammer.. oopps). This leads us to a sweet domestic Jikook moment where he asks JK to help him dry the dishes and the other obliges and they just fall in routine.. just cute.

Joon heads back to the main house to pack and I honestly think he probably was heading for a doctor check up, he just seemed out of it 🥺

Jimin gets done with the dishes and ends up next to Tae as the soulmates cutely discuss the game he is playing and Tae announces his kills and loses.

Jimin is then next to Hobi in the other house who is getting ready to customize his shoes, he asks Jimin to join but he doesnt seem enthusiastic to the idea so Hobi just goes “I’ll just do what I like” and to me sounding a little sad since this isnt the first time hes asked Jimin to do an activity with him lol. Before walking away Jimin starts singing a song about it. Yoonjin are back again as buddies down the lake fishing and we get a sweet after interview of Yoongi admitting he is not interested in fishing but he does it because Jin invites him. You KNOW you only do those kind of things for your closest friends or family and that was sooo sweet. YOONJIN goals!

Back at the house we see that Jimin ultimately decided to join Hobi and we get cute JIHOPE moments. Im glad because I honestly got the vide since the beginning of in the soop that he wanted to spend more time with Jimin and hadnt had the chance. They both decorate a shoe each and are careful not to splatter on each other. I also spy with my little eyes... an Iphone?? tsk tsk tsk.. all the others are at least trying and Jimin is like nope hahahaha. If that was indeed a samsung then my bad.

Next thing we know JK and Jimin are harmonizing and sounded just beautiful, can we get another subunit please? I know they did Who and We dont talk anymore but a legit korean song.. anyone? Ok.. moving on haha

Now here is a group I havent seen hang out together often, I know yoongi mostly keeps to himself but I was wondering if we would see any interactions longer than just passing food or related to meal prep between Yoongi and JK/Tae but here we are, the 2 kiddos singing and the hyung just watching on. Yay..

We later see Jimin revealing his excitement over the art project and im glad he enjoyed doing that with Hobi.

Hilariously enough, not long after, while deep into another song, Yoongi tells Jk that he needs to get out to pack. Jk’s reaction? Proceed to continue singing and kinda ignores hahaha. Cue to the camera angle still showing JK doing his thing and an exasperated looking parent *aka yoongi* just staring at him like 😐

They all head to pack their belongings and we fast forward to them playing games in the upper house. While Jimin is packing he walks out and asks to no one in particular where his hanbok piece is, then sees Jk playing in with the VR and proceeds to go up to tickle him cutely (domestic much? 🥰). This is ironically followed up by mischievous Tae wanting in on the fun by standing up from his spot and moving behind JK and after what seems like thinking it over, carefully tugs his pants down but not with the intention to actually pull them. JK laughs at this and goes “You shouldnt do that” hahaha. Which begs the question, did he know who tried to pull a fast one on him? LOL

Everyone is back to their usual roles, the 3 cooks prepping the dinner, the maknae line just doing their thing between JK still in the VR game and Vmin cutely playing games in the corner. Yoongi seems like he NEVER rests, poor thing. He sees them prepping the ramen and suggest they add meat and ends up cooking meat. He is such a DAD and im all for it. While all this is happening there is a whole ruckus in the background and we hear the maknae line having a blast but only get a short glimpse of what is happening when the camera is still on the cooks. Apparently Jimin is now on the VR game and Jk decides to mess with him by taking a controller away and putting it behind his back, as Jimin tries to reach out to find it somehow, mischievous Tae is back at it and steals the other and moves it all the way to the other side presumably above the food shelf LMAO. I gather from the way that Jimin reaches UP and not straight out when reaching towards JK and the controller that this is DEF not the first time this has happened and when it has JK played the “I am taller and you cant reach this” stance, so of course Jimin’s instinct is to reach above his head hahaha.

They finally get down to eat and they all run to the table, I spook a cute Jikook moment of JM sitting next to JK and pulling the chair up leaving little room LOL, then Hobi still needs help so Jimin proceeds to go in to help with JK not far behind and a cute JiHopeKook hug alongside a Jikook sweet moment (I see that waist caress there JK 👀🥰😂😏) and they all make it back to the table with their meals ready. Tae makes sure to remind Jimin there is also meat for him to grab. Aww, ive lost count of the times that these two have been looking out for the other and its just so subtle but sweet af.

Its time to finally go homeeeee. They all decide on who’s going in what car and then suddenly Jin remembers to check his fishing rod.

Now... you may be wondering why I called this Hobi’s revenge. Well well well.. I want to say that slowly, Hobi decided to butter Jin up by hanging out all day long to eventually go full betrayal mode muahahaha. I kid I kid. But as life turns out, Hobi was presented with an opportunity to return the favor of Jin’s BV4 master plan to abandon him in New Zealand. Well well well... how the tables have turned. He tells his plans to the other nearby and they immediately agree 😂. Cue to a total pandemonium... Hobi rushing them in, Yoongi slowly walking to his car because of course he aint gonna run, Jimin trying to drag his suitcase, Tae running from the house in a cute manner probably going hehehehehe as he hears the plan, Jungkook walking up to them with no idea whats going on, having like 1 second to understand it, and then immediately running unsure of what to do until Jimin goes “Help me load this in!”.

Jin finally approaches and they get in in time and start driving off. Jin finally goes heyyyyyyyy and cant believe what is happening, shouts out Yoongi, like you cant do this to me LOLOL. You can see Yongi’s big ass smile through the windshield which is even funnier. For a second he stops and it seems like Yoongi decides to have mercy on him, even open the door for him to stick his suitcase in. Hobi, Jungkook and Jimin seem to believe it as they are seen walking back up away from the car guessing the plan is a no go. That is until Yoongi goes full AGUST D and says “Who's the king, who's the boss?”... JK but lets just pretends he says that 😂, and literally does start driving off. Jihopekook see this and run their asses back to the car like little kids and laughing all cute as can be HEHEHEHEHE and they end up leaving Jin there LOL. Revenge is a dish best served cold and you just got served Jinnie.
