There's something off about the prefect of Ramshackle. There's been something off about them for awhile now and it was difficult to pinpoint when, exactly, the oddities in their behavior started. The overall consensus was the changes started, sometime, after Malleus's Overblot. Grim too started to to behave suspisciously.

Regardless of how the prefect has changed, there is a bigger issue at hand on the Night Raven campus. Howling and wild animal activity has started to go up, to the point some students are actively terrified of the night. Some have come forward and expressed feeling unsafe with wild animals being so close to their dorms.

This concern was expressed to the prefect of Ramshackle, since their dorm does not have pocket dimension of it's own. However, there seems to be a dangerous lack of concern from all of the freshmen that have sleepovers there almost every weekend. This lack of fear over, potentially, being mauled by wild animals would be surprising, if the school year hasn't already been a disaster.

But, in the end, it doesn't matter the freshmen's feelings on the creatures of the night. They seem happier than every and their grades seem to be getting better, whatever they're doing is improving their lives. Because of their overall improvements, there's no cause for concern around their whereabouts.

Alive but still hit with a bout of the ultra busy.

This is the second time in a WEEK I have managed to find time to pop onto tumblr really quickly before diving back into the pile of things.

What’s up?

Well, after a long weekend of festivities that was combined with a brief 4 day internet fast, I’ve been managing the whole house mostly alone this week which means 95% of daily chores, cooking, cleaning, etc rather than the normal 50-50 split.

Also, still putting the house back together after everything got dumped in a big pile of ???? bc new bedroom furniture arrived.

Oh, and all the tasty home cooking I have been doing for Required For Health reasons. (Everything smells fantastic and homey right now mmmmmm but yeah, so much) plus getting in my daily exercise bc necessary for 99 different reasons.

And getting work done every day, even if it means banging on the laptop til 1am. (From the comfort of home, thankfully).

Partner in crime is back and taking over EVERYTHING for the next 3-4 days so that will give me most of my free time back.

Right now I am about to celebrate with some chocolate cake and (non dairy) ice cream plus berries. (But I also have work to finish up before I call it a night so there is that too)

So sorry for being a disappearing pocket friend for a full 8 days.

Today was the first day of the semester and it went well! I left my last class thinking about how much I love my job and I'm really excited to see what kind of work and research my students are doing.

You don't wish your disability was worse or more visible, you wish your disability was taken seriously. Please stop confusing the two, I guarantee you would not get the support you need JUST by being more severe or more visible. Please listen to visibly disabled people when we tell you it isn't better on our side

Hug

It's nearly impossible to have a quiet and peaceful day with the crew, like the strawhats. Nami is mostly used to the noise on Going Merry but one day she gets fed up with Zoro and Sanji arguing. Not only are they extremely loud, but they've also already broken way too many things during their fights.

She decides that If they want to act like brats, then she's going to treat them as such. So she makes them apologize and hug each other in silence for an hour. None of them are happy about this punishment, but Nami threatened to raise Zoro's debt, and Sanji couldn't say no to her. It could be worse.

It's awkward enough for them to not incite any fight for a long time and Nami is quite proud of herself. She knows it won't last forever but at least now she knows how to handle them. It inevitably happens again. And again. And again.

Much to her surprise, those fights became more and more frequent. And what's even weirder is that she could see the way both Zoro and Sanji occasionally glanced at her to make sure she was nearby. It's almost as if they wanted someone to make them hug each other. As if they needed an excuse.... these idiots.

Soon, they don't even need Nami's help. When they aren't busy training, cooking or fighting, they cuddle together. Sometimes Luffy or Chopper would join them, but most of the crew knew it was their time.

After two years spent separately, they became extremely clingy. It's no surprise when they start sleeping in the same bed. What is surprising is that despite them behaving like a lovey-dovey couple, those oblivious idiots are STILL unaware of each other's feelings.
