Had an awesome encounter at work today! Person came up and was practically buying one of every item we had available for Pride month. We start chatting and getting on the topic of how no one else in the area has a good Pride selection and whatnot. It's a slow day (because Memorial Day), so we're still chatting even after everything is rung up, and somehow get on the topic of Tumblr being the place for 'weirdos like us'. Turns out this other person is also a fanfic author! We spent 20 minutes just bullshitting about the bane of plot bunnies and characters not following the plot we have laid out lol. It was pretty awesome to meet another fic author out in the wild like that, and just have a nice face-to-face convo with someone who is just as excited to have someone to talk about stuff like that and not feel like 'OMG I'M ANNOYING AND THEY ARE JUDGING ME!'

To the random fic author, wherever you are, it was great talking with you! Good luck on your WiP's and may your plot bunnies take a break from multiplying!

I am so hype for the I Don't Want To Be A Magical Girl animatic pilot @kianamaiart is in the process of making right now. Something just clicked in my brain where I had to make an elaborate piece of fanart with these amazing character designs the second I saw them, so I took the opportunity to sit down and finally learn Clip Studio Paint properly. Logo was made by kianamaiart and julietran.jpg on instagram. I just cropped out the solid background color for this fan poster to give it some extra flair. Kiana, you're a phenomenal artist and person and I can't wait to see what you've got in store with this project. I hope you like this as much as I enjoyed making it. :)
